They did put me on a cancellation wait list and did call with a followup. The facility was easy to find, with plenty of parking. When I arrived, I was immediately summoned to the front desk where I got the business completed. It was a friendly and easy process. After being seated, I was called in at my scheduled appointment time. The young lady was very friendly and did a skilled job at inserting my IV. My MRI tech was also very friendly and communicated constantly during the MRI process. Everything they did was well planned and executed. She recommended that my service provider has to call them back and say there is a stat on reading those x-rays. I was really hurting. I needed explanation as to my cause of pain. My PA after they read the x-rays that really didn't show anything wrong with my cervical area. She then ordered an MRI. Another week went by and then I was able to get an MRI and then I knew where I was at.

Super fast, easy and friendly service. This was a very nice and clean medical office. Was greeted right when I walked in and they told me to have a great day as I left. They had a nice dressing room and personal lockers to put your stuff in while you were getting your imaging which was very nice and made it more personal. Everyone was super nice and respectful. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. When I missed 2 days due to an unrelated illness the missed days were immediately rescheduled. Everyone was professional and pleasant, from the ladies at the front desks, all of the radiology techs as well as the doctors. When I finished my therapy, they all gave me a round of applause and offered congratulations. Great bunch of people.
