The entire experience with Sharper Service Solutions was a disaster. The tech changed our appointment schedule on his own. He said that he didn't work past 1:00pm. We had set up an afternoon appointment. When the tech arrived at our home, he said that he needed 10 minutes. He was smoking in his van. He smelled of strong cigarettes when he walked into our home. The tech didn't bring the proper tools. He asked to use mine. He actually pounded on our washer with a claw hammer, which dented the washer drum repeatedly. The whole time he was pounding on a pipe wrench, not the proper tool to loosen the drum nut, he was tightening it. I told him through out the entire process that he was hitting the pipe wrench the wrong way. Finally, he tried hitting the pipe wrench the other way per my numerous requests. It loosened the nut. The tech said, hay, you were right. I was tightening the drum nut. He dropped the lid of our washer on the garage floor when he tipped the washer on its side. The jolt tore off a tube from a sensor in the lid. When the washer lid fell on the floor it did additional internal damage unbeknownst to us. After putting the washer back together, the tech asked me how to turn the machine on? I said that you're a tech and don't know how to turn the machine on? My wife came out of our office to show the tech how to turn the machine on. The tech started a wash cycle and left. The washer wouldn't stop filling with water. We called the tech to come back. He told us that he would come back the next morning. We said no way. We demanded that he came back immediately. He came flying back leaving skid marks on my new concrete driveway. He found that an internal flow sensor hose had been jerked from its location when the lid fell. He said that this is an easy fix and guaranteed that the sensor hose would fix the washer from overfilling. He started another a wash cycle and left. The washer ended up overflowing on the floor of our new home. I had to use a garden hose to syphon the washer filled with water four times. Ultimately, Home Depot had to replace the washer due to the tech's negligence. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Seems to be a reoccuring theme with this company, never showing up. Looking at all the 1 star reviews, "I can't come because I'm sick, I'm injured", it appears that this company does not want to even come and look at any issues they were contracted with doing. Our tech Gavin, supposed to show 8 am - 12 noon, then at 12:20 pm get a text saying "I have a flat tire and cannot make it, I'm on the side of the road now." Then asks me for information from previous repairs, then diagnosed the problem from afar. It was a miracle that he knew the problem without even looking at the unit that he was contracted to do so! But then again, nothing got done as he never showed up to "complete the diagnosis for the repair" and the warranty company has to send out yet another company's technician to fix this ongoing Frigidair refrigerator issue. Stated he cannot fix sealed units, cannot pull the unit out of the built in, cannot fix it without parts, just a clusterf*ck to be polite. Worst company by far. I made a claim on my warranty company and paid $75 for the service call. Sharper service solution was the company that was assigned to my claim. My washing machine is leaking water while washing clothes. They said that couldn't find nothing wrong with it. A month later passed and the washing machine still leaks, I have to put towel all around the washing machine so it doesn't flood the house. I made another claim again to my warranty company and paid the service fee of $75. The company said if they can't find whats wrong with the machine I have to pay them additional $120. I requested another tech to service my washer and the company said the person is the ONLY tech in las Vegas area. You telling me a city that has a population of more than 600K of population and has only one repair Tech. That tech person must be superman or some kind of superhero to service more than 270k houses or apartment. Also they said over the phone that I don't know how to use my washing machine that I had for more than 7 years without leaks and all the sudden it leaks but they can't find whats wrong with it. I bought an open box Appliance at what I thought was a reputable establishment on Thursday. Professionally installed it on Friday. Attempted to use it for the first time on Saturday. It didn't work. The store I bought it from suggested having the manufacturer send a tech to fix it under warranty. I called the number and the agent in a foreign country sent these guys. The tech never had any intention of fixing anything. He didn't even open his bag. He looked inside the machine and accused us of overloading it and said it probably wouldn't be covered under warranty since we didn't use the product correctly. WE NEVER EVEN USED IT! He asked for approval to get the work done under warranty. I specifically asked that the service tech NOT call, but at 7:30am they called to say they would be here 11am-1pm. At 1:20 I called and the service tech said he would be here in another 15 minutes. If there is a box for no stars, that's what I would have marked off, this company is apparently the one that a big company as Samsung trust their customers to use when you have an appliance breakdown, mine was a washing machine, bought at Best Buy, Dec of 2020, with a protection plan of 5 years through AIG claims, the machine was making a loud noise but still works when I contacted them for repairs, Geek Squad responded and changed the drum and harness, then it broke again because the water wasn't draining and they changed the pump, then it broke again cause I smelled something burning and that's when I was referred to Sharper Service, a tech came out, given the description of the problem, didn't even bother to open the back of the machine and just assumed it was the computer board, so a part had to be ordered in, mind you, an appointment couldn't be made for service until you had the part therefore causing more delay, the part came in, the appt was made, and it still didn't work, this time the tech opened the machine and saw that the harness was burnt and now had to order the part, so part came in, it's delivered to the house and takes about a couple of days, but then you call Sharper for an appt and you feel like you're getting pushed back because you're under warranty, so the day comes and guess what, this time it's the control board and lock mechanism that needs to be replaced, so we had to order it, then it came, but I couldn't get the tech to come because he was injured on the job and had to wait for a temp, this company had a lot of people answering the calls which is out of state but only has 1 tech to service appliances, the tech also gave me his cell # so I can personally contact him to get the parts installed faster but to no avail, the control board was the wrong part so we had to reorder again and you get the picture, the temp finally got it fixed but two weeks later, the washer isn't working cause the water isn't draining again, this whole debacle started Dec of 2022 and it was technically fixed April 11, 2023, the representatives are not sympathetic at all, very rude and unprofessional, beware, don't buy a Samsung washer and if you do buy it at Best Buy, don't buy a protection plan so you won't have to deal with Sharper Service Solutions and the insurance company who kept telling me this machine still doesn't fall under the lemon law! read more

Two and half months without a fridge was painful. The bright spot was Carlos from Sharper Service. Came to house a couple of times and after a couple more delays to order needed parts, he fixed it!
