To make matters worse, after paying $275 for what I thought was a completed fix, I realized the unit still wasn't functioning. When I reached out to the company to resolve this, I was told it would cost an **additional $275** on top of what I had already paid. When I questioned this, the administration was incredibly unprofessional. The admin became rude and dismissive, claiming they were giving me a "40% discount"--which felt like a slap in the face given the machine was never fixed to begin with. They even had the audacity to tell me it was "my fault" for not checking the technician's work more thoroughly while he was there. It is not the customer's job to perform quality control on a professional repair. Now, I am back at square one, out $275, and having to figure out a new issue caused by their incompetence. I strongly advise staying away from this company. Save your money and your sanity; go with someone who is punctual, skilled, and actually values their customers. **Will not recommend.** Update. Now 4/19 the dishwasher is completely stuck in heavy cycle and not starting at all.
