I was super shy at first but she helped me feel comfortable and made me feel like the prettiest girly ever. I spent almost 5hrs here due to the fact that I had a lot of lashes but the energy that radiates of Andrea was beautiful. I texted her the day after I got them and sent her a picture and she said that they always look like that right after a procedure because they're so dark and once they lighten they will look better. She also said she wouldn't do a touch-up (which comes complimentary with the procedure) until 2 months later. I agreed. So, in the meantime I've been trying to fill them in with pencil and I can't find the right shade of pencil or powder so it always ends up looking horrible! After a few months of looking like this, I followed up with Andrea and asked to schedule my touch-up. She said that she had been told by a doctor that she has carpal tunnel and was recommended to no longer hold the heavy machine to do brows. I then asked if someone that works for her could do the touch-up at no extra charge since I had already paid $500 and have had messed up brows for months and the touch-up was supposed to be included in my service. Andrea said that since the people that work for her are independent contractors that they won't do my touch-up for no additional charge. I understand this but she should make it right even if she has to pay her co-worker a couple of bucks! This is horrible customer service. I run a business of my own and if we screwed something up or couldn't follow through with something we already agreed upon then we'd make it right by paying for it out of our pocket. Now I'm out of pocket $500, I have screwed up brows and will have to pay more to get them fixed. I'm scared to even go to anyone else as this is pretty permanent for now and a brow pencil won't make it look better. I'm totally screwed and out $500!! Thanks for nothing Andrea!

I was kind of desperate because I wanted to maintain my Brazilian, so I decided to search up other good rating and affordable sugaring specialists. Nisa's business popped up as one of my top 3 places, and when I inquired with her, I was able to book an appointment right away :D the price was almost as good as the original place I'd go to. I believe Nisa has her own website that will show how much she quotes on her services, but you can always text/call her to ask as she's super approachable and friendly. I specifically came to her for Brazilian sugar waxing only, although she is more well known for lash extensions. In order to book an appointment with Nisa, you'll have to put a down payment of $50 + tax first. Only contactless payment because of COVID, so she'll take Apple Pay, Venmo, or Cash App. The $50 booking fee is non-refundable but it can be used towards either the service or you can leave it there and use it towards booking your future appointments. (For example, I Venmo her $50 for booking fee, once I meet her to do my $70 Brazilian sugar waxing, I only have to Venmo her $20 after our session is done.) It is cheaper when you are doing maintenance on your Brazilian sugar waxing (coming in every 4 weeks), and it does grow back very slowly! Nisa is super flexible with scheduling appointments, and she'll always text you a reminder when your appointment date is near! I love her sense of humor, she's like a cool mom hahaha. Upon arriving for every session she will check your temperature and have you fill out a COVID checklist form. Make sure you don't book an appointment with her if you had travelled or was exposed to COVID in the last 30 days or so, it doesn't hurt to ask first about it. Wearing your mask is required throughout your session and she sanitizes every single thing, just incase you're wondering how her business is operating during COVID! Currently (from my knowledge) she is only operating her studio at one location, on Dillingham Blvd and another location in Ewa Beach. I'll continue to visit her for as long as I can since I'm always satisfied with her work :)

I was there for almost 3 hours. I don't get lash extensions often, so maybe that's an appropriate time frame for a full set. I'm not sure. However, in the end, my back was a little sore getting up. The design of the chairs is unique and adds a flare of style to the boutique, but they are not the most comfortable chairs to sit for an extended period of time. I wanted something natural, like..I'm not into big lashes anymore, so a foto was given to my lash tech for reference, and I don't feel like she achieved this style. The style I received was more of a full Glam set, very thick and full. There were also multiple technical difficulties during the application process. It felt like my lash tech Shan or Shantal was not sure where to apply the lashes. Somehow, the glue ended up stuck to my bottom lashes, causing them to stick together with the lash extensions. I couldn't open my eyes properly at the end because of the sticking, so there was extra time spent trying to correct that. Their is also visible glue clumping that can be seen on the lashes currently, which makes them look kind of blocky.Unsticking the lashes was also kind of painful. The lash tech was very nice about rectifying everything and told me I didn't have to pay. She offered me another service or to just start from scratch, unfortunately I didn't have time to sit there another 3 hours or even reschedule because I had other beauty errands to run for a trip to LA in the next few days. An hour after leaving, my lashes have already started to fall out. Im not sure if that should be happening. The owner of the boutique reached out to me and was very nice. I appreciated the ladies trying their best to rectify the situation.

There's always lots of parking available and it wasn't an issue finding the location. I'm a regular and see my lash tech Shantel. She's super sweet& friendly. I go get my lashes done regularly every two weeks. So I see her quite often. I just moved here in March from Hawaii and she's the only one I trust. She has never hurt me while doing a lash service. I've been to lash techs where they do a quick job that doesn't last and I've also been to lash techs where they hurt while they're taking off the tape. But Shan is super gentle, takes her time ,& makes sure I'm satisfied with my set and if I have a specific request to change anything she's never given me problems. Ive requested light volume to almost mega volume & I've never had any issues with my lashes, no heaviness, no irritation or allergic reaction, no hurting or anything. Also...her prices are super reasonable. She informs me if I have any questions about my lashes. Overall great service! I always feel relaxed! The people are humble & amazing & I Highly highly recommend for your lash & esthetics needs!!
