Loved the price. Sign up for the email specials. Was concerned about cleanliness but I didn't get the vibe. I only wish there was more explanation about the amenities offered. We explored on our own. Loved the red clay room, salt room and hot tubs. Ice room and saunas great too. Oh and the cold plunge pools. I would like to go back and try some other services. I did bring my own sandals which is recommended and we did 2 towels and a "uniform " as someone else called it to wear in the co Ed section. There are massage chairs that only take cash. The fitness center is no longer there. And apparently the snack bar is not open everyday. Good thing we ate before and were not planning on lunch there. Will be back to try some services and spend more time enjoying the facilities.

Listen, I do have a soft spot for this place since I've been going the year they opened... but, this visit felt different. It has been two years since I've visited and this spot is noticeably more run down than last time, unfortunately. I don't want to claim this will be my last visit here, because I have enjoyed the many years, but this visit made me almost sad. As-in... no hot tubs were working (so, I got a $5 discount to $40 which still feels high at $40 when I could get these same amenities at a gym), the clay rooms felt like they hadn't had a deep clean in a long time, the mats in the sauna look ancient and dirty. I don't know? This was the first time I felt a little ick on cleanliness here. I hope this spot is able to recover and get the hot tubs back up & running, because the construction zone & caution tape definitely isn't relaxing. I would love to see them thrive again like they once did in their prime!

At $35 for spa access, it's such a great deal, especially for Vegas. I've visited some bigger nice ones in my travels and this one, being the only Korean spa in Vegas, was not bad at all. Even some of the spas in Korea is not as nice as this one. I came here on a Tuesday night around 6pm. The staff at the counter were friendly. They do take credit cards with no extra fees. There is definitely room for improvements but at $35, it's a steal. But they could easily fix some things and raise the rates. I noticed that a lot of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were not refilled, the vents in the pool area could be wiped cleaned, I didn't see any hooks to hang your towel, the lounge chaise sunked in, the hair dryer has seen better days, the comb sanitizer machine was really dirty and they could install a temperature gauge for some of the therapy rooms. What I liked, was the jacuzzi, cold plunge tub, the "Flash Dance" movie rain shower, 2 steam rooms, sauna and the foot massagers in the cold room. I would definitely return.

They are currently offering a $40 day pass for this spa which gives you access to their pool, salt and stone rooms. However when we arrived, there were several things that were broken and under construction. The quality of what we were able to do was definitely worth the money. They have entrances for women and men on the first floor and then co-ed on the second floor. For the co-ed floor, you have hot stones which is worth wearing the uniform. I look forward to returning again to try a treatment and rate that experience as well.

After having a good experience at the Fullerton location, we went to the Vegas one in an attempt to relax after a long weekend. It is kinda of in a non-descript looking building in a not so nice-looking area of town. But once inside you are transported to relaxation. The day pass is $35 to use the Jimjibang and the other areas. The locker room areas separated by gender are clean and pretty spacious, there is a water station and hair dryer for your use as well. However what I notice is that there are far less amenities since Covid, such as hair ties. Not a huge deal, more of an observation. One thing I did find a little strange was that you are allowed to wear a swimsuit in the jimjibang. Considering I have never encountered this at any other Jimjibang and thought the point was to not bring in any contaminants (I.e. why they made you take a thorough shower before entering). They did have a large hot tub, 2 cold pools, a wet & dry sauna which were not crowded at all and almost felt like a private space experience. Also located in the locker room is a Himalayan sauna that I quite enjoyed. Upstairs you find the co-Ed area with the clay baths, ice room and red clay sauna. My favorite is the red clay balls, and in this room they also had other stones you could lie in although I'm now sure of their benefits. The red clay sauna was also unique since it had individual spots for you to lay in. It almost felt and looked like you were in a pizza oven. The floor in here is also heated, and I mean that it is hot! I took about 5 steps and felt like it was burning my feet. In all I had a very nice relaxing time here and it is a perfect way to end your vegas vacation.

The Spa was nice, one of the jacuzzi's was down. A very nice and calm setting, customer service was great I'll be returning.

Like what happened?! Ok it was a deal snatcher at $35 and I thought this is a deal for a locals a little rough but tolerable. Now March 17 we walked in and prices raised not by $5 or $15 but $20 DOLLARS!! Yes it's $55 for amenities!! Pros Nothing now! Cons Everything! Amenities don't include any gym equipment, NO upgrades so why $55 dollars!! This place is not worth 5 star prices there's torn couches stains and employees lounging on the couches watching tik toks! The SPA doesn't even offer ice towels or shoes!!! The spa where the jacuzzis are is cement and no shoes is pretty gross not to mention they don't clean the vents! So please why do you think $55 is worth it? You only get a robe if you have a service. Not to mention their kitchen is now closed 2 days and prices were also hiked up by $5-$8!! I rang the bell no one came the team was lounging on the chaise loungers didn't speak English the janitor called the kitchen. A coke can is $3.75 and Gatorade $4.75! Theres no relaxing music and worn out mats looking grungy with ceiling water damage. Not worth $55

Ask the Community - The Imperial Spa

Is admission included with any body scrub package?

Can you wear a bathing suit for the scrubs or do you have to be nude?

Hello, First and foremost, thank you for letting us be your Spa in Las Vegas. We recommend to be nude…

Can we go together to every room with my bf or we are separate to go?

The 1st floor is separated and there are jacuzzis, showers and some steam/sauna rooms. You can meet up with your BF on the 2nd floor. Up there they have about 6 different rooms you can do together and a couple of lounge rooms and a small restaurant.

If I want to go with my boyfriend to the spa, can he and I enjoy the rooms together?

Hi Mary, You sure can. The downstairs is separated by gender (women's side hot spring and men's…

Is everything up and working? Everything open?

    Yes, today is 2023/03/20.

I would like to visit but it seems like things keep getting broken? Does anyone know if sauna or certain rooms are still broken?

From what I'm reading now the steam rooms are also down in addition to the clay ball room and ice room and those two rooms have been down since last year "waiting on a spare part"

Do they require mask? Is it crowded?

No. Depends on time. 4pm seems to be peak hours.

Are the jacuzzis still broken in the ladies area? Would love to come back, but the health distract warning on the one pool keeps me away.

It's broken on that side too? Same issue in the men's side. Sign from the health districts reads something about disinfectant. So go get some and and it on?!?! Dunno.

Does anyone know when they'll be opening again or if they are open? Google says they are, but no one answers calls or emails.

Their website says they reopened on November 15th for reservations only. You can make a reservation request on their website or call at 702.382.9700.

What days and times are best to visit (with minimal children, crowds, etc) and how much time should you allow to try all rooms, saunas, amenities?

I don't believe children are allowed (I've only ever seen one maybe 15 year old- not child IMO) and I always find it less crowded earlier in the morning when they open...

Can you leave spa and go back with the all day access?

No. There are no in/out privileges.

Is this a nude spa? Is this spa good for couples? Are the rooms separate or is it a joint rooms for sauna, cool freeze, whirlpool, infrared red? Does anyone know how large their clothing they provide goes for females? 2XL, 3XL?

There are coed areas on the second floor which includes infrared heat, heated clay balls or stones you lay on and a freeze room. Areas on the first floor are separate by sex and include the heated tubs, cold plunge and wet and dry saunas. In those…

Do they make men wear trunks in the spa?

No it is up to you to wear trunks or not

Can I wear swimming trunks on the first floor? I've read where you have to be totally nude and I'm not there.

You used to be able to wear a suit on the first floor but Id call to be sure. I think its always been clothing optional downstairs.

Do they offer Korean body scrub?

I don't know what is it a Korean body scrub but definitely can say that it was one of the best scrub I ever had.

Are we allowed to wear swimsuits or is it nude?

Allowed to wear swimsuits but mostly everyone is naked

Do we need to bring a swimsuit and is it necessary?

How ever comfortable you feel. They have a women's side and a men's side. The upstairs you have to wear their shorts and shirt they provide or you may bring your own because the upstairs clay rooms and saunas are for everyone.

    Is it separated by gender?

Yes. Men and women's sides. But upstairs, it's not separated.

Are they handicap accessible? For people in wheelchairs or in crutches?

It is not very wheel chair accessible.

Has anyone used the Groupon deal for this place? does the Groupon deal only covers the price to get in the spa and you have to pay for things separately. Or is it included. Please help someone. Was thinking of getting this for my wifes bday

Pays foe entry all added services are ala cart. Note-if you plan on getting services you dont have to pay to get in. So use the Groupon ONLY for the use of the pools and spas

Because of…read morepregnancy, I was limited to taking only prenatal massages, so I looked up all the highly-rated places in Las Vegas and LOAM came up. It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy! Overall, I highly recommend LOAM for their prenatal massages!

After my spouse left an honest review about the service, I was shocked to receive an email from someone representing Summer & offering me money to take it down. This not only felt unprofessional but also raised serious concerns about the authenticity of their reviews. After leaving a honest review, I was then contacted by a representative offering money in exchange for taking down my feedback. This approach struck me as unethical and manipulative. I believe that reviews should be a space for genuine, unbiased opinions, and I was taken aback by this attempt to influence my perspective. While I can't speak to the quality of the services provided (as my review was based on my experience), I think potential clients should be aware of the way this business handles feedback. I would advise others to be cautious when considering their services It seems likely that the overwhelmingly positive reviews are a result of paying for negative ones to disappear, rather than genuine customer satisfaction. I originally booked an appointment for a chemical peel, but the provider offered a deal for $375…read morethat included dermabrasion, microneedling, and a chemical peel. I agreed, even though I only wanted the peel. She didn't mention that the peel would require a second visit until after, which disrupted my schedule. The next day, she texted me just 15 minutes before my appointment, saying she was off but could still see me (why guilt trip me about coming on your day off when day before we arranged appt) I rushed over, she told me she had quoted the wrong price but would honor the deal. She then went on a long tangent about how she was doing me a favor (again, why guilt trip me for your screw up) She ended up giving me a light peel instead of a deep one, saying my face wasn't "ready" because the extra stuff we did the day before and sucked because I felt nothing. I questioned it because it felt like I was getting less treatment due to her pricing mistake!!!!! I told her I wouldn't have agreed to the microneedling had I known it would prevent a deeper peel or require ANOTHER follow up visit. She never disclosed that up front. She also said I should've only gotten the microneedling and dermabrasion for that price, even though she initially offered all three. The experience felt disorganized. Her dogs were in the treatment room, even on the bed her customers used -- which didn't feel sanitary. In the end, I felt misled. I built my work schedule around this appt to allow my face the recovery from a strong peel, but I didn't get one. She's friendly but overly talkative, and I felt like she was guilt tripping me about coming in on her day off and going me a favor since she messed up on pricing. I wouldn't have gone through with the full package had I known I wasn't going to get what I wanted in the end. As a business owner myself, I understand pricing mistakes, but I also know the importance of being transparent and professional and also not guilt tripping the client that she messed up on prices and then settling for a light peel instead of a deep one because her mistake I did like the dermabrasion but my face barely peeled and in the end I saw no difference in my skin just felt clean but I wanted a peel that would shed the layers of skin to reduce my acne scars and dimpling.
