Loved the price. Sign up for the email specials. Was concerned about cleanliness but I didn't get the vibe. I only wish there was more explanation about the amenities offered. We explored on our own. Loved the red clay room, salt room and hot tubs. Ice room and saunas great too. Oh and the cold plunge pools. I would like to go back and try some other services. I did bring my own sandals which is recommended and we did 2 towels and a "uniform " as someone else called it to wear in the co Ed section. There are massage chairs that only take cash. The fitness center is no longer there. And apparently the snack bar is not open everyday. Good thing we ate before and were not planning on lunch there. Will be back to try some services and spend more time enjoying the facilities.

Listen, I do have a soft spot for this place since I've been going the year they opened... but, this visit felt different. It has been two years since I've visited and this spot is noticeably more run down than last time, unfortunately. I don't want to claim this will be my last visit here, because I have enjoyed the many years, but this visit made me almost sad. As-in... no hot tubs were working (so, I got a $5 discount to $40 which still feels high at $40 when I could get these same amenities at a gym), the clay rooms felt like they hadn't had a deep clean in a long time, the mats in the sauna look ancient and dirty. I don't know? This was the first time I felt a little ick on cleanliness here. I hope this spot is able to recover and get the hot tubs back up & running, because the construction zone & caution tape definitely isn't relaxing. I would love to see them thrive again like they once did in their prime!

At $35 for spa access, it's such a great deal, especially for Vegas. I've visited some bigger nice ones in my travels and this one, being the only Korean spa in Vegas, was not bad at all. Even some of the spas in Korea is not as nice as this one. I came here on a Tuesday night around 6pm. The staff at the counter were friendly. They do take credit cards with no extra fees. There is definitely room for improvements but at $35, it's a steal. But they could easily fix some things and raise the rates. I noticed that a lot of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were not refilled, the vents in the pool area could be wiped cleaned, I didn't see any hooks to hang your towel, the lounge chaise sunked in, the hair dryer has seen better days, the comb sanitizer machine was really dirty and they could install a temperature gauge for some of the therapy rooms. What I liked, was the jacuzzi, cold plunge tub, the "Flash Dance" movie rain shower, 2 steam rooms, sauna and the foot massagers in the cold room. I would definitely return.

They are currently offering a $40 day pass for this spa which gives you access to their pool, salt and stone rooms. However when we arrived, there were several things that were broken and under construction. The quality of what we were able to do was definitely worth the money. They have entrances for women and men on the first floor and then co-ed on the second floor. For the co-ed floor, you have hot stones which is worth wearing the uniform. I look forward to returning again to try a treatment and rate that experience as well.

After having a good experience at the Fullerton location, we went to the Vegas one in an attempt to relax after a long weekend. It is kinda of in a non-descript looking building in a not so nice-looking area of town. But once inside you are transported to relaxation. The day pass is $35 to use the Jimjibang and the other areas. The locker room areas separated by gender are clean and pretty spacious, there is a water station and hair dryer for your use as well. However what I notice is that there are far less amenities since Covid, such as hair ties. Not a huge deal, more of an observation. One thing I did find a little strange was that you are allowed to wear a swimsuit in the jimjibang. Considering I have never encountered this at any other Jimjibang and thought the point was to not bring in any contaminants (I.e. why they made you take a thorough shower before entering). They did have a large hot tub, 2 cold pools, a wet & dry sauna which were not crowded at all and almost felt like a private space experience. Also located in the locker room is a Himalayan sauna that I quite enjoyed. Upstairs you find the co-Ed area with the clay baths, ice room and red clay sauna. My favorite is the red clay balls, and in this room they also had other stones you could lie in although I'm now sure of their benefits. The red clay sauna was also unique since it had individual spots for you to lay in. It almost felt and looked like you were in a pizza oven. The floor in here is also heated, and I mean that it is hot! I took about 5 steps and felt like it was burning my feet. In all I had a very nice relaxing time here and it is a perfect way to end your vegas vacation.

The Spa was nice, one of the jacuzzi's was down. A very nice and calm setting, customer service was great I'll be returning.

Like what happened?! Ok it was a deal snatcher at $35 and I thought this is a deal for a locals a little rough but tolerable. Now March 17 we walked in and prices raised not by $5 or $15 but $20 DOLLARS!! Yes it's $55 for amenities!! Pros Nothing now! Cons Everything! Amenities don't include any gym equipment, NO upgrades so why $55 dollars!! This place is not worth 5 star prices there's torn couches stains and employees lounging on the couches watching tik toks! The SPA doesn't even offer ice towels or shoes!!! The spa where the jacuzzis are is cement and no shoes is pretty gross not to mention they don't clean the vents! So please why do you think $55 is worth it? You only get a robe if you have a service. Not to mention their kitchen is now closed 2 days and prices were also hiked up by $5-$8!! I rang the bell no one came the team was lounging on the chaise loungers didn't speak English the janitor called the kitchen. A coke can is $3.75 and Gatorade $4.75! Theres no relaxing music and worn out mats looking grungy with ceiling water damage. Not worth $55

Can a male customer have a body scrub and massage by female attendant?

The 1st floor is separated and there are jacuzzis, showers and some steam/sauna rooms. You can meet up with your BF on the 2nd floor. Up there they have about 6 different rooms you can do together and a couple of lounge rooms and a small restaurant.

Is everything up and working? Everything open?

    Yes, today is 2023/03/20.

I would like to visit but it seems like things keep getting broken? Does anyone know if sauna or certain rooms are still broken?

From what I'm reading now the steam rooms are also down in addition to the clay ball room and ice room and those two rooms have been down since last year "waiting on a spare part"

Do they require mask? Is it crowded?

No. Depends on time. 4pm seems to be peak hours.

Are the jacuzzis still broken in the ladies area? Would love to come back, but the health distract warning on the one pool keeps me away.

It's broken on that side too? Same issue in the men's side. Sign from the health districts reads something about disinfectant. So go get some and and it on?!?! Dunno.

Does anyone know when they'll be opening again or if they are open? Google says they are, but no one answers calls or emails.

Their website says they reopened on November 15th for reservations only. You can make a reservation request on their website or call at 702.382.9700.

What days and times are best to visit (with minimal children, crowds, etc) and how much time should you allow to try all rooms, saunas, amenities?

I don't believe children are allowed (I've only ever seen one maybe 15 year old- not child IMO) and I always find it less crowded earlier in the morning when they open...

Can you leave spa and go back with the all day access?

No. There are no in/out privileges.

Is this a nude spa? Is this spa good for couples? Are the rooms separate or is it a joint rooms for sauna, cool freeze, whirlpool, infrared red? Does anyone know how large their clothing they provide goes for females? 2XL, 3XL?

There are coed areas on the second floor which includes infrared heat, heated clay balls or stones you lay on and a freeze room. Areas on the first floor are separate by sex and include the heated tubs, cold plunge and wet and dry saunas. In those… Read more

Do they make men wear trunks in the spa?

No it is up to you to wear trunks or not

Can I wear swimming trunks on the first floor? I've read where you have to be totally nude and I'm not there.

You used to be able to wear a suit on the first floor but Id call to be sure. I think its always been clothing optional downstairs.

Do they offer Korean body scrub?

I don't know what is it a Korean body scrub but definitely can say that it was one of the best scrub I ever had.

Are we allowed to wear swimsuits or is it nude?

Allowed to wear swimsuits but mostly everyone is naked

Do we need to bring a swimsuit and is it necessary?

How ever comfortable you feel. They have a women's side and a men's side. The upstairs you have to wear their shorts and shirt they provide or you may bring your own because the upstairs clay rooms and saunas are for everyone.

    Is it separated by gender?

Yes. Men and women's sides. But upstairs, it's not separated.

Are they handicap accessible? For people in wheelchairs or in crutches?

It is not very wheel chair accessible.

It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy! At the Encore Spa, the water is once again comfortably warm! I had to check out the whole row of showers! They also have a shower where you have 9 different streams hitting you all at once from all different directions! These showers can be set to be cold or warm depending on your preference. - The steam room is also, once again, set just the way I like it! HOT! They have iced towels just outside the door so you can take one in with you. - They also have a row of heated stone loungers in the main wet area room. I've been to spas where you could barely feel the heat on the loungers. Once again, not here! My back was tight earlier this morning after my workout and this was exactly what I needed! They have 2 cold plunge pools as well. Not really my thing, but a lot of people really seem to enjoy them. lol They also have a cozy little seating area with a TV, drinks and snacks. I didn't spend much time in there though. I basically jumped around between the hot tubs, the waterfall showers, the stone loungers, the steam room, and the sauna. After about 4 hours of that, I was feeling like a noodle :) The service here is top notch, as one would expect from the mighty Wynn(/Encore). Vanessa at reception handled my check in and was friendly and pleasant. The attendants were friendly and helpful at every turn! Plus, they were really staying on top of keeping the place clean and looking great! I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years now. In that time, I have been to a lot of the spas in this city and Encore is far and away my favorite spa! The facilities are top notch and pristine. The service is always friendly, engaging, and professional. Although I didn't receive a massage this visit, I have purchased treatments here in the past and have always been impressed by the skill and professionalism of the providers. This has always been, and remains, a 5-star experience for me!

The rooms are super comfortable--the table had a heated pad and the whole setup made for a great experience. I booked a one-hour Swedish with Massi and she was amazing. I'm booking with her every time I'm in town from now on.

But, I will have to say me and my partner really enjoyed the privateness of this place. It was fun to learn they also have a location in Henderson and they will also get the couple suites. I made same day reservations which is on the phone only to book couples room, followed by a text to fill out your credit card information, followed by a few hours later to fillout preferences (though you can do this in person before service). The couples room was cute with a steam room, two person jet water bath and a infrared sauna (lower temperature). If I had to make a upgrade suggestion, I would say hotter sauna, add fun couple elements to the bath maybe a cute massage oil and for the sauna maybe offer a salt or sugar self scrub before access the steam room. I felt the experience of the couples room was nice but like it was missing elements to make it romantic and opportunities to interact with one another which a oil or scrub would help with. Anyways the massages were well worth it and really good. We both ended up doing the special which combines Swedish with thai stretching. Felt really relaxed afterwards and just focused on hydration with tea and water the next two days. Slept really well. I will be back!
