Ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral in the Hollywood Hills on 7-28-25. Ordered online from Blossom Flower Delivery and they used My Bella Flowers in Los Angeles for delivery. The funeral was scheduled at 11AM and I asked for the delivery at 10AM, to be safe. The flowers arrived at 11:18AM (per sign-in at the cemetery guard gate), while the service had already begun at 11:00AM. We could not interrupt the service, and the flowers were never displayed during the service at all. Don't know which flower service to blame or both, but it was inexcusable that with a very critical time slot of a funeral, the flowers were never seen, and the flowers never served any meaningful purpose whatsoever. I asked for a credit and a response from both flower companies, but neither one responded back to me with an adequate compensation for the mistake. Originally when I called Blossom, they offered me a $5 credit on almost a $200 purchase. I told them that was an insult. I will never use or recommend either flower service again. I was in need of flowers and decided to order local from this place a couple days in advance. Pricing was about the same for a nice spread. The day of the arrival I called around 2pm and to my surprise, the flowers were not delivered even though I noted that I'd like them delivered in the morning. I could tell the the lady that answered the phone was a bit disheveled as I was asking for ETA because it was already getting late in the day. I gave her a bit of an attitude because I wanted them delivered in the morning so they could be enjoyed throughout the day. We arranged for them the next day. They arrived the next day at 10am in the morning which was great and they were loved. 2 stars for not being delivered on time but 5 stars for adjusting, producing great flowers and taking my attitude with professionalism. A friend sent me a what should have been a lovely, large arrangement from them. They were hand delivered, but all the flowers were dry and damaged. Many were missing petals and the ones that still had most of their petals had many of them fall off as I was adding water. The petals of the roses had brown spots and the lillies were droopy and dry. Clearly they had been sitting around all day without water, or maybe they were just old flowers to begin with. I ended up having to take everything out of the arrangement they came in, throw out at least half and then try to save the rest. Even the saved ones just looked old and sad. I was home when the flowers were delivered (end of day) so it's not like they had been sitting outside for awhile. Ordered online prior to Valentine's Day, called to confirm the flowers could be delivered prior to 3pm so my wife would get them. Valentine's Day came and my wife didn't receive the order, I saw on yelp someone mention they had burnt down so I drove down there. Yup, boarded up and no note or message left. So I called the number and turns out it's a call center and all they could say is "We will forward your number to the owner to call you". I will not be shopping here again even if they open back up or call. Update: Still no flowers or calls from the shop. I saw "Flower Shop Network" (870-215-5444) on my banking bill so I called them. I received birthday flowers in a small ceramic vase with drawings of butterflies and flowers on it. The flowers were x 4 white tulips, little purple daisies, yellow daisies and what I would call Gerladton wax that smells like lemons with little pink flowers and assorted greenery. It's definitely not gorgeous, not especially ugly but definitely something my gay brother would not pick on the internet to send. I recently had flowers delivered from this business on a Friday night at around 730 pm. it came delivered half dead. I felt so bad for the person who ordered them for me because she had very sweet and good intentions that of course I called la bella and posted a picture on this yelp page to show that they most definitely could have done better especially with their prices!! I tried La Bella this month for a Valentines arrangement for my wife. By 7:30pm, the flowers had yet to be delivered. When I phoned the shop they said "Oh yeah, it's going to be delivered tonight." While I can't say 100%, it certainly seemed as if my 7:30 called set the arrangement in motion and that they most likely had mistakenly forgotten my order. The flowers did arrive after 8pm (We live close to the shop). To top it off, the arrangement itself was quite sparse and not even remotely close to what was represented on their website. I had to give one star in order to write a review; but frankly this shop should not receive a rating at all. The flowers were a gift to me from someone out of state. When they arrived they came with a note that said, "In Sympathy of..." with a salutation from a company I had never even heard of before. I was confused and began asking around to my neighbors. A day later my friend called to see if I had gotten my "thank you" bouquet. I guess she couldn't understand why I hadn't phoned overjoyed with her thoughtfulness. When the company was contacted they promised my friend they'd make up for the error. My Bella Flower did so by contacting me and asking if they could text me the intended message. Later I found out that the flowers, though a nice bouquet, was infested with pincher bugs or earwigs. The best thing I did for myself was throw them out (and I'm still dealing with a bug or two). When I called the shop just to let them know for the future, the first thing they did was get defensive. I made it clear I didn't want any more flowers from them. Now I'm letting everyone know of my experience. Check the other ratings... and then you decide. Hard times or not, doing right by a customer should always be top on the list. read more

I too had a problem with receiving my flowers, they came the day after Valentine's Day and the roses were old, petals started falling off the stems right away. I called three times, and finally a fourth, pressed #1 for "new orders" - finally got through to someone. I spoke with Christine, who felt so bad for all the orders that Bella Flower was botching for Valentine's Day, she even cried on the phone. I received an arrangement from this florist last night on my birthday. First of all, there was no card. This first picture is what came in lieu of a card. I had no idea who the flowers were from and when I called last night (the flowers were delivered around 6pm) they promised to call back and tell me who sent them. Nobody ever called and so I called again this afternoon. I had to email a picture of the piece of paper because she would not believe there was no message. After putting me on hold to look it up, she came back on the line and read me a message that nobody on earth would ever say to me. When I refused to accept that crazy message (thank goodness it was not read in front of a jealous husband!) she put me back on hold and finally came back to tell me who the flowers were really from. So that's just the "card" part of it. I was quite offended by the look of the flowers because I am sure the sender put some thoughtfulness and effort into this. They look fine from the front. I ordered a bouquet called Precious Purples as a thank you gift for my sister. The price was $65 for the bouquet, and with delivery charges and taxes it came up to $86. The flowers were delivered on time and the delivery person was friendly but the bouquet was worth about $45...and that's being generous by assigning $5 for each actual flowers in the photo. Aside from the five Tulips and the four Roses the bouquet contained three Carnations and cheap filler including Daisy-like flowers and greenery. It was pretty and my sister liked them, but it was no where near the value I paid for. I felt very angry and cheated by this florist and would not recommend it to anyone. read more
