Also the grits were very creamy and not mealy or lumpy at all. Loved it! The smoked salmon skillet was also extremely good. A good amount of salmon was on the skillet and the salmon was smoked well. Good sized portion of crispy hash browns as well. Well done I am going to be coming here multiple times to try all the items that caught my eye on the menu, so stay tuned as this review may be updated. Service has been great every time I've gone. Bronson was an incredible waiter and knew his way around the house specialities, was extremely pleasant, and was awesome with the refills (I drink a ton of water and coffee so this was much appreciated). He made the visit a treat and the excellent service I've received is a big reason I've gone back to FH multiple times. The restaurant has a "factory" theme to it!
