The shop is family owned with both father and son on site most of the time. I found it originally because my vet is on the same property and thought to give them a try. The work is exceptional! I can't even tell there was anything wrong in the first place. They are pleasant and professional to work with and very personable, which is not always what one would expect from an autobody shop. Honestly, after my first experience here I sent my mom to get work done too. The first time she went up there they did work for her free of charge! It wasn't a big job, but her experience was enough for her to also return and get more work done. Any place I can send my mom to where she doesn't feel like she is being ripped off speaks volumes about a place. My latest visit was great too. I had my hood replaced after being backed into. They worked with me and the insurance company to get the work done. They told me the work would take 3 or 4 days if they didn't find additional damage. The car was ready and complete in 3 despite having found additional work. Not only that but I had complained about a hissing sound I had been encountering since the accident. What they found was that when I last brought my car to the dealership for a tune up they had left a loose screw on the air intake. They the tech fixed it without being asked to look for it. The car looks great, doesn't hiss and the owner even remembered me and that I had run a race the week before. He asked about it and how I had done. This is the personal touch that I am talking about. His son is equally nice and easy to talk to. I can't recommend this shop enough to anyone needing work done. Take my advice and give these guys a try. They are part of my 5 star club!
