I can't imagine if people asked for regular ice, it would be 5 sips maximum. This is the typical Vietnamese style cafe where if you want no ice, they fill your drink less and if you ask for less ice, it's pretty much 90% ice. They have samples you can taste on the table which is really neat as it gives you a perspective on many flavors you have not yet tried. Side note, the fish tanks had fully green water. Trendy place with jellies and add ons you can't find everywhere else. Management is really nice and occasionally they have DJs there or other events. One time I went, they handed all the guests free watermelon. It was very nice. There's also always candy out at the tables which my family loves. Overall just has a cute and fun vibe every time I go. The drinks are good too, although I do tend to need to ask for a less sweet drink. You can also order bulk here for parties at a pretty fair price. Pineapple tea (8/10): The size is great for the price (~$7). I liked that it came with a spoon so that you can eat the fruit in the tea. Although I got (50%) sweetness, it was still really sweet which I'm not sure if that was how it's supposed to be or if they made it incorrectly. Wow! Their tea hit the spot when I was there a week or so ago. I got the Peach Orange Lemongrass Tea at 25%- or 30% sugar, one of those, with crystal boba (which you cannot see since I was being an annoying weirdo and wanted it in the cool looking signature black 'My Bottle' cup), lol. While the drink name is a mouthful, the tea and fruit juices were so refreshing. What's cool about this place that I don't often see in other boba locations is the variety of pre-made tea samples sitting in an ice bucket. I can self pour any flavor of interest (rather than blind buy and hope I like it). The staff are helpful and offer guidance on the options. They even thought proactively to put our drinks in a carrying case which we ended up not accepting as we wanted to eat and talk at one of the tables. It's a cute spot with some board games, too. My friends and I sat and talked for over an hour, finished our drinks already, and no one there tried to kick us out or asked us to leave. The place is a vibe and I appreciate that. Next time I go, I'm going full foodie fatty and getting the Roasted Oolong and, ugh, I can't recall the flavor, I think it's newer but there's a fruit tea combination with jasmine my friend got and I will be getting that one for sure. This place is lit at night! We didn't see the samples on the side and ordered by feel, but I really wished we saw them earlier! The cantaloupe peach and lychee tea were my faves out of the samples. As for our order, we got: - chicken gizzard: tasted interesting, not sure what spices they used but it wasn't what I'm used to. I was expecting the flavors of Taiwanese popcorn chicken but gizzards. Don't think I'd order it again - jasmine oolong 25% sweet: the tea flavor is strong, and it was a good amount of sweetness for me - kumquat sugarcane: this was really good! Tasted authentic and was comparable to the nuoc mia stores in the SJ Vietnamese plazas - peach orange lemongrass: tasted a bit too artificial for my liking (got 75% sweetness and it was still too sweet) but my friend enjoyed it Service was relatively fast despite how crowded it was. We couldn't order food (chicken gizzard) at the kiosk and had to do it in person. My friend and I came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was relatively slow. I've tried drinks here before and I loved their Oolong Jasmine tea, so i got it again this time. I got it 50% sweet and I thought it was just right. I think the tea here is much stronger and floral compared to other places. Tapioca was fine, but I'd prefer it chewier. They have good atmosphere inside with good music, decors, and service. You can also order from the kiosk if you're a visual-orderer. I ordered a pina cane, which was sugarcane with pineapple. This spot is located in a popular and highly visited plaza, so parking can be a bit challenging on weekends. We dropped by for a quick snack while waiting for our Happy Lemon drink order next door. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. There's a small kiosk out front, but the item we were looking for wasn't listed on the menu, so we placed our order directly with the staff. The shop is so cute and a great place to hang out with friends while enjoying some boba. A tip for those who might not know what to order, on the wall table on the right, there are a few bottles of their milk tea for you to sample. That was a nice touch and much appreciated to sample prior to ordering I decided on the lychee oolong milk tea (from the sample) and it was so good. I love that the milk tea is nice and creamy. Green Thai Tea (4.5/5): Super tasty, was a little sweet for my liking but again, personal preference! For the prices, they're pretty big drinks. You can order ahead online. The parking lot is what is is, but there's usually more parking on the end close to My Bottle. The food is good but you can't order it on the kiosk, you have to order with a person. There's plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor and free candy. I go here at LEAST twice a week. I have tried a handful of drinks and none of them have ever missed. I would love to try them all but I'm forever loyal to the pandan oolong.
