I appreciated that there was signage to signify the kiosk is for card orders and cash orders are at the cash register area. I needed help because the listed promo code did not go through, but the staff was able to help me right away to make sure the promo code would work. It did which made me appreciative. Went to R&B Tea for the first time today with my Sister for Mother's Day to fulfill my boba crazy. Walking in I was amazed at how bright and welcoming the space was. I especially liked the artificial plants on the tables. Like most places now, they have screens that you can order from that were easy to use and pictures of the drinks to make it easy to choose. My only complaint about them is that they were in a corner that were kind of hard to get to due to the table set up. I ordered a Thai Tea with brown sugar boba and it was really good. With this place so close to home, I'm excited to come back and try more off the menu. read more

I think for this chain specifically, I appreciate how it's not overtly sweet and there is a milder sense of flavor that is classy. I stopped by R&B Tea for their National Boba Day promotion and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and efficient. My friend and I ended up ordering 10 drinks total, which earned us 2 very cute and stylish canvas bags! It was a fun way to celebrate the occasion and the quick service was much appreciated. As for the drinks, I tried the Devil's Booster and the Hawaiian Black Tea. Unfortunately, the Devil's Booster was quite watered down this time and a bit of a disappointment. On the other hand, the Hawaiian Black Tea was solid and pretty flavorful. I'm giving one star for having lots of options on their menu and one star for having a clean restroom. Today I went to R&B Tea with some friends to hang out since they have a lot of options for drinks. I saw a big sign with their BOGO promo for their summer drinks, and wanted to order the hibiscus lychee drink. Well, guess what? You can't order it! I tried ordering on the kiosk first, and it wasn't even on the menu, so I went to ask the worker. She explained that you have to order the hibiscus drink to get the hibiscus lychee drink. (Did any of my friends want the hibiscus drink? No. Did I feel like wasting an entire drink? No.) Pretty lame promo if you ask me! Anyway, so I ended up getting the peach yakult instead. My husband got a watermelon drink. Two friends got the strawberry yakult. One friend got a potato corn dog. One friend got garlic fries. Everything was pretty disappointing. Potato corn dog was too small. Garlic fries were meh. All the drinks had way too much ice. The ice was also a weird size where it was small enough to fit into your boba straw yet too big and chunky, so we were drinking and spitting out ice the entire time. This is not your traditional popcorn chicken at any other milk tea spot. This is two chicken patties, fried up, cut and topped with basil and full garlic cloves. This is the worse attempt of popcorn chicken I have ever witnessed. It's basically $7 for some chicken nuggets. The store is pretty spacious for a boba shop, and there were plenty of seating there.
