As a student, I'm always hunting for deals on GroupOn and am excited when new waxing salons pop up. MyBrows did not let me down; I booked a Brazilian appointment but was running 10 mins late. Had sketchy cellphone service so unfortunately couldn't call ahead, but when I reached they saw me immediately anyway. It's a small, nice, and clean place with friendly, personable service. Niko did my wax and was constantly asking if I was okay, she switched on the fan when she saw I was starting to sweat, and did a great job overall. She even waited while I checked and pointed out a few missed stray hairs, which she took off immediately. I was in and out in 15 minutes! I was referred here by a friend, and I'm obsessed. I've never had my eyebrows threaded before, and was slightly terrified for the first time. DO NOT GO HERE for your own health and safety! I went in with the intention of getting a full face wax to remove some light peach fuzz and left with painful wax burns and an infection. After 3 years of facial waxing I can assure you this is not a reaction to wax or skin sensitivity. This was the most painful wax I've ever had in my life. Once they noticed the wax had pulled of some of my skin, they gave me a face mask to reduce the redness (Unrequested) I assumed it was part of their full face package but they were just trying undermine costumer service and add $10 to the overall cost! Luckily the owner disregarded the charge when I began to question it. On top of the facial nightmare, my underarm waxing experience was just as bad. Red, itchy and irritated (and they didn't even remove all of the hair). I'm so disappointed that places like this exist. Worst $35 I've ever spent read more

I was happy that this place was open with everything going. Unfortunately the Brazilian wax (CBD) was the worst. The lady was so rough and rushed through the process, leaving excess hair behind. When I mention it she told me she couldn't get it but next time I come back she will. She also charged me extra for buying it off Groupon. The worst place I ever been too! Came in to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady left a bleeding cut on my eyebrow from the thread! I've never had this happen before. And when I tried to bring it to their attention they told me it was a "rash" and would go aware in half and hour... it has now turned into a scab one day later. They did not seem sorry and all and even tried blaming me... and then on top of that were very pushy when it came time to pay and add a tip!! So rude and I am very unhappy. During my first visit I have my eyebrows threaded and tinted and I instantly fell in love! Usha is very talented and kind and was able to get the perfect shaping and tinting, so naturally I felt comfortable to try the other services.
