I have heard nightmares from people online about their dentures. I think this is my third or fourth time back for adjustments since I got a bottom denture from AFD. They are so accommodating and kind. They keep going until it is working for you. I think we finally worked out all the kinks and I was overwhelmed with emotion about how good my denture felt when I left today. All the staff is so personable and kind and I am so glad I found this group of excellent women. Highly recommend!!

I loved my previous dentist and was loyal to him but we relocated to Austin a little less than a year ago and so we can't go to Huntington Beach for cleanings anymore. No problem this women run business has all the cool tech and amazing client care I have come to adore and they have amazing bedside manner. I appreciate that your first appointment is thoroughly checking your baseline and you can see over your next cleanings what progress needs to be made and they track it for you. They have the coolest 3D imagery technology too. I also had my teeth whitened (over $1000) for my wedding and it whitened my teeth 2 -2 &1/2 levels which made a difference in the close up pictures! Because of them I'm more motivated to floss because I want to improve my progress! They are also incredible about trying to respect your time and schedule you if you have an emergency. (Individual results may vary but found them to be very accommodating)

Before…read moreour first visit, she struggled with brushing her teeth and would fight me every night, so I was worried about her first dentist visit. Luckily the office is very kid-friendly, and the toys in the waiting room loosened her up before they took us back. Every member of the staff clearly adores kids, and they were great at interacting with her without overwhelming her. She had such a great experience that she was excited to go back for her second visit (and she suddenly liked brushing her teeth, but I'm unsure if that's related to the first visit or just the whims of a 2 year old). Overall I highly recommend the practice. The front office staff is sweet, the hygienists are skilled, and Dr. Loving is helpful and kind. We will keep coming to this office as long as we live in North Austin!

She's cured every time she walks into a medical office of ANY type since she was able to communicate. When we walked into the dentist office for the first time it was no different. She was terrified. Dr loving and her team met her in her fear and held her. They have tenderly and patiently nurtured her and helped her rebuild trust not only with her body, but also with her medical providers. Giving her space to ask questions, taking time to show her and patiently moving at a pace where she could engage the courage she needed to step into situations and spaces that felt scary and overwhelming. Including things in her mouth, shots, x-rays, any anything where she felt a loss of control. Today we went in for an emergency visit, she had cracked a molar and turned out she needed a crown. 1 hour later we walked out with a smiling little girl, who she'd maybe two years before the procedure started. She did amazing and she left feeling proud and happy about her new "princess crown" a feat that ONLY happened because of the care and attention that has been provided by Brandy and her team. I can not recommend them enough. I have kids ages 15 - 6 and have had multiple different dental experiences since becoming a mom, hands down THIS IS THE BEST! I wish we had known about her earlier and can guarantee we will be with her as long we she will see my kids. I'm so thankful and feel like they have not only helped instill confidence in my daughter related to her experience at the dentist, but they have truly helped her heal from medical trauma that could have caused anxiety for the rest of her life. The best. Thank y'all so much!

Been taking both kids to Little Smiles since they were in elementary school. Due to not being in network for my insurance, our last appt in January 2024, we were told and shown that our daughter had 5 cavities and the estimate would run around $1500. Dr. Jenny jokingly asked, "Do you drink Starbucks drinks because if so, we tend to see cavities in teens due to sugary drink consumption." I sought a 2nd opinion at my adult dentist knowing the cost to get them addressed would be lower, given they are in network since Little Smiles is not in network for us. To my surprise, x-ray films sent over and evaluated by my adult dentist discovered that my daughter had NO evidence of ANY cavities whatsoever--nor the beginnings of ANY cavities. In shock, I asked if they were certain. A second set of x-rays were taken to confirm and ease my mind. Again, ZERO cavities. Had I not sought their care to reduce cost, my daughter's beautiful adult teeth would have been drilled and modified for no reason. I warn everyone as I too had been warned that dentistry can be notorious for recommending unnecessary treatment to make a profit. My daughter had a friend who experienced something similar from Little Smiles. Unfortunately, this discovery ended my respect and my relationship at Little Smiles Dentistry in Cedar Park. They have a fun office with friendly staff and all but sometimes that can cover up lucrative practices if you as a consumer are not vigilant. I'm fortunate that my circumstances resulted in preventing unnecessary dental work for my daughter's adult teeth. We go twice per year for regular checkups and the next checkups at our adult dentist confirmed--STILL ZERO cavities whatsoever this past January 2025. Both of my daughters have been cavity free their entire lives so far and we hope to keep it that way. My advice, get a 2nd opinion if you have the time especially when it involves your child's permanent teeth.

It was a little worn down, but my teeth were in great shape. The doctor said he couldn't replace or smooth out the composite because it would make my teeth weak. He suggested veneers and a cleaning. I was initially against it, but he said he would just shave off a small portion of the teeth and place a very thin porcelain veneer on top. He assured me my smile would look exactly the same. On the day my teeth were prepped, I was asked to arrive 1.5 hours early. I thought I was coming in for the cleaning, but he was prepping for the veneers. My entire appointment was rushed. He prepped my teeth in 10 minutes tops and sent me home with hideous yellow temporary teeth. He claimed that was the only color he had in his office. The regret immediately set in. I realized he didn't take pride in his work that day. The veneers are huge. They tapper at a weird angle and are obviously uneven. My teeth feel tight and sensitive. I have gaps on the back of my teeth where the veneer connects to the natural tooth. Food will sometimes get stuck. He also hit both of my lateral incisors with the drill, resulting in a chipped tooth. I expressed my disappointment to the doctor before he glued them in. He told me that if he makes the veneers any shorter, he would have to re-prep and that could lead to a root canal. I left that day so defeted. The cleaning was also never scheduled. I posted a picture where you can see the chip, he left in my tooth that wasn't even supposed to be touched. I am so upset that I allowed him to do the veneers in the first place, I had a gorgeous smile. I now have to find a doctor who can fill the chipped tooth and replace the veneers that also take VA insurance. I am devastated. I truly believe that if I went to another doctor, I would not be in this predicament. They most likely would have replaced the composite instead of pushing for the veneers. Unfortunately, there are people out there who would rather make a quick buck than do the right thing. Advance Smile Center called me after I asked the VA to send a referral to another dentist. The receptionist tried to guilt me into making a follow-up appointment with the same doctor. She told me the right thing to do would be to allow him to fix his mistake. I will never let him near my teeth again, lesson learned.
