I took my ps5 to see if they could repair it because my uncle had came 3 months before my ps5 broke to fix his which they did. They told me it was 120 up front and that it would be done by the beginning of next week. I never got a call the following week I had to call them, they didn't really tell me what the issue was but that it was going to take an other 1 or 2. they called the second week and told me it was all fixed once i got my ps5 and tested it at home it was worse then when i took it the issue that i was having is that i would play my ps5 for 30min to an hour and it would shut off on me, when i took it home and just start updated the ps5 it overheared almost right away on top of that my ps5 is missing some pieces. The phone came back repaired, but the next day it went into convulsions. I took it to another repair facility authorized by Samsung. They said the motherboard was fried and non-repairable. I was looking for a specialized tool to take apart a toy my grandson got for his birthday. After not finding what I need at hardware stores, a friend suggested I try My Cell Repair because specialzed tools are needed to work on computer equipment. When I went in to the store, I asked the owner if he sold tools, but he said he did not. However, he asked me what I needed, and when I showed him, he said he may have a tool that would work for that. It did indeed work, and he offered to give it to me. I tried to get him to accept some money, but he refused. I said I would bring it back when I finished, but he told me to just keep it since I might need it again. What service! I had just dropped my phone the day prior and totally shattered my screen. Gave my iPad a bath-- by mistake. After three days in rice, it came back to life, but the screen had lines. Took it to Chris and he replaced the screen. Oops! That one didn't work right, so he kept it a few more days and popped in a new one. That one worked. While he had it open, he ferreted out the corrosion and cleaned it up. iPad works like new. This place knocked it out of the park today. There is absolutely no reason anyone in their right mind would take their iPhone to any other shop in Petaluma for repairs. My technician was Jake and I was also assisted by Robert. They are both extremely knowledgeable and I was truly impressed by their abilities. I own a computer repair shop in Sacramento and employ three full time techs. I wish I could steal these two guys immediately for my company, but the commute would be too long... such is life. Brought in a busted iPhone 6 screen. They had it replaced within the hour for a very fair price.
