I highly recommend this mechanic shop! They even took the time to drive my car to me 25 miles away at no charge! Wonderful owners!! Reliable courteous staff too!!!

I provided the fault code (P0750) along with background on what had already been done to the vehicle, and asked them to review the problem and provide a quote to replace the shift solenoid. The following day, I received a call with their "diagnosis," which was surprising and disappointing. They stated that based on the code, dirty transmission fluid, the solenoid supposedly being internal to the transmission (it is actually external), and what they believed to be 180,000 miles on the vehicle, they recommended replacing the entire transmission. In reality, the vehicle currently has under 153,000 miles. They quoted approximately $5,000 for a transmission replacement, which I declined. I completed the repair myself shortly after. The shift solenoid was accessible through a side pan in the engine bay, and the job took only a few hours. I also performed a fluid change since it was due. The vehicle is now shifting smoothly and operating normally, confirming that a full transmission replacement was unnecessary. I will say the manager/owner was friendly during our initial conversation and did not seem dismissive. However, the information provided during the estimate was inaccurate and ultimately led me to feel that either the shop was pursuing a high-dollar repair or simply did not want to take on the actual job. If the work was outside their technicians' scope, I would have preferred they say that directly. I wish them well as they grow their business, but based on this experience, I will not be returning.

All I can say is don't use their mobile auto repair service. They'll come, fiddle around, "try" a…read morefew things, "figure out" what's wrong and then tell you they can't do it that day. Then disappear, leave you with a business card with writing to confirm the "fix". Tell you they'll send you a receipt via email and never will. Then, after all of that, will no longer answer or return your calls. I had Bill Jass visit me. Had a fuel pump/filter issue supposedly. He changed my plugs and wires and charged me $100. Basically a cheap tune up that could be done by anyone.

I should have really paid attention because he showed me a wire which I should have noticed was way to clean to have been at the bottom of the car. I decided to drive it 15 minutes after he left and I still had the same problem. He didn't fix it. I will try and report this company to who ever will listen. So I am out of money that I worked hard for and really could not afford to pay the $140 I paid him, but I did hoping I would get my car running. Beware of people on Craig's list. I will never use anyone on that site again. Theirs a reason why they don't put their address on the supposedly business card. There is no commercial business. I just pray they get put out of business before they scam anymore people. If he does do work for you, make sure you get a receipt with a signature and ask for their ID so you know who you are suing.

My car has never had any problems before, so I didn't even know what that meant. The guy told me to leave it and come back later and they'd let me know what was wrong. When I came back, they gave me a huge list of things "wrong" with my car, which already didn't sit right with me because again my car was perfectly fine before I came there. I was planning on getting a second opinion, but before I could even do that, my car stopped turning on completely. It just started making a slow ticking noise. Come to find out, ALL of the oil in my car was GONE. That does NOT just happen out of nowhere. I had a good amount of oil before I brought my car there, and somehow right after I leave, it's magically empty? Why was my oil even taken out in the first place? The only thing I can think of is to try to "prove" I had an oil leak which makes zero sense. That is extremely dangerous. You can literally destroy someone's engine or put them in a dangerous situation doing something like that. As a woman, that whole experience felt disgusting, disrespectful, and like I was being taken advantage of. I don't recommend this place AT ALL. Be very careful bringing your car here. The people working on my car and the guy I spoke to can honestly go to hell for that. Yall are lucky IF I don't file a damn police report on yall ass! KISS MY ASS!
