I had some Covid symptoms. Despite quarantining, I had do go to a doctors appointment so I could have been exposed. I have pre-existing conditions so I wanted to get a rapid test. I found MyConciergeMD and made an appointment same day. I'm anxious about my results. I got to my appointment early and got tested at 2:22pm. The tech did not go too far up my nose but did each nostril 15 seconds. I asked when I would receive my "15 minute results" and I was told 30 minutes max. She asked if I wanted text or email results and I said text. We triple checked my phone number because I wanted to make sure it was legible and then I left. My husband was with me in the car and was impressed with the experience. Almost three hours later and I don't have results. I've called the office and have emailed them multiple times. I waited an hour because I understand that there could be delays even though the tech said "30 minutes max". Despite the fact that they are doing Covid tests, the main office is not open and no one picks up. I've tried every option. Emails have gone unanswered. I even found the Doctors Facebook and commented to see if he sees it and can help. It's bad business to charge people $180 for a test and then not deliver it on time and then not have anyone around to triage the issue. I drove an hour to go get the test and there were other options around me. If I had known, I would've gone somewhere else. When a staff member and the website set an expectation and don't meet it, it's on them. I'm still sitting waiting for my results. This is unacceptable. UPDATE: I received a call after multiple emails and phone calls and was told my negative result. The person on the phone said "we weren't sure if the texts went through" which is ridiculous. No one ever tried. They were never sent until I started complaining. In another review, the doctor says it must be in the patients spam. No one sent it ever. Ridiculous. read more

Total Scam!!! Do NOT use this service for COVID testing. They are price gouging and I plan to report them. $225 for a nasal swab in a random parking lot with no signage. Still waiting for my results and now well pass 48 hrs. Guess what no one calls you back. Should have paid $125 for a local clinic to do the same test and would have gotten results in an hour. Do NOT use this service! Go to any local clinic for less and faster results. My Concierge MD should be ashamed of themselves. Had to get tested for COVID-19 before my flight -- amazing process from start to finish. Was lucky and got my results in 12 hours. Dr. Nazarian and his team (including Melissa, Sarah and Luis) were incredibly helpful, working around the clock to get me the documents my airline was asking for (and they were not easy to procure). Was it a little pricey at $225? Sure. But if you're in a hurry, the excellent service at this clinic is absolutely worth it. Can't recommend them enough. read more

I booked a Covid test for my family so we could travel to bora bora. The French Polynesian government requieres all passengers to produce proof of a negative test taken 72 hours before boarding flight to French Polynesia. We are a family of 5 ages ranging from 2 years old to 40 years old we all got tested with no problem. As many other places had informed us they would not test small children. We flew in from Boston and arrived at LA via the Burbank airport around 11:30am on Sunday august 2nd it took sometime to get our luggage and especially more time get our prepaid rental car. We arrived for our 2:15 Sunday appointment all five of us were tested and were literally out of there with in 20 minutes. Monday at 2pm I received 5 emails with each family members results thankfully all negative I called the office to ask for an additional letter from the doctor as a backup to the test results since it was day of travel my hotel was no longer cancelable and it is a significant amount of money. They provided the extra documents at no charge ( FYI you don't need these for air Tahiti they saw them and said not needed the lab results were fine). Also I called the office probably a dozen times or more they answered every time and responded to all my questions. I was probably annoying but had to be because I needed to make sure I would get results in time and also that the test they performed met the airlines requirements. I can tell you 100% based on my experience this is the place to use if you need a Covid test for travel tried 2 other places before them they never answered the phone or emails. So I ultimately went with my concierge md and I am so glad I did. I would like to specially recognize Abby who answered several of my calls and made sure I had all the documents I needed she went above and beyond. Leslie was super nice as well as were all the other people I interacted with. Things you should no they do not test in some alley way test is done in the parking garage of their office building. If you have ever been tested for Covid you will know most of them are done in parking lots. So I had no issue with this it was actually a very professional set up. I paid $225 per test including kids I felt price was high but I gues you pay for what you get they delivered faster than expected and I got on my flight so I can't say if the other guys I called at $155 a test would have got it there in time because I didn't use them. But my concierge md got me on my flight and I am currently in bora bora so the extra money is small potatoes to what I could have lost on a reservation past cancelation point. All in all if I had to do this again or if a family member needed a Covid to travel with out a doubt I would use my concierge md thank you again to all the staff and thanks again to Abby you were super helpful. read more

Best place to get your covid test if you need instant results! We came here back in late September to get our Covid (PCR) test done for travel, and we got our results back in less than 12 hours!!!!! If it's not clear on their website, they only offer drive-thru testing, and it's very quick! We went in at 1pm on a Thursday, filled out some paperwork, got our tests done and were out by 1:14pm. There was no wait time, no line, and the whole process took about 15 mins. The results were emailed to us right after midnight and the test cost us $225 per person! Getting Covid testing for travel is the most stressful process because of all the restrictions and requirements. This place made the process so much better. They are well versed with the requirements from different countries and the one I needed it for was one of the strictest. They provided all the necessary documents in addition to the test result. $450 for a cheek swab in the alleyway. They were fumbling with tests and dropping them. They had a hard time explaining the simple process. Test results were supposed to be ready within 24-48 hrs and they weren't. I can't get any information and I have to have results to go to work. They are a rip-off and may cost me even more money. My family and I went to have my covid test today at the LA location. We had a bit of a wait and we were in a bit of a hurry, which is why we got to our appointment on time. I saw only one person doing the testing. She was being very sweet and kept coming back to let me know she'll be right with us. She did the swab on my son and was wonderful with him. READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS - they are truthful. I scheduled 5 Covid tests for my family as required for airline travel to the Bahamas. Two weeks before my scheduled tests the Bahamian Govt. announced that the country was closing their borders to all US flights. I immediately called My Concierge MD to cancel my appointments - 13 days before my scheduled appointments. It actually took me 3 or 4 calls to reach a live person on the line. Sarah, who was very nice, told me I would be refunded the full amount and that someone would call me back. Nobody called me back, even after I called 4 more times, left messages and sent them an email. Reaching anyone by phone or email at My Concierge MD is extremely difficult. Today, 15 days after my initial call, Luis, called me back and said I would be refunded but that I needed to send him an email explaining my situation. I told him I had already sent an email and spoke to Sarah in the office, and had left repeated messages but he asked me to send another email. Later this evening I received an email from someone named Desi saying that although they don't normally refund cancelled appointments, they would refund me mine minus $25.00 per appointment for a total of $125.00. They claim that this is a booking, processing and cancellation merchant fee yet they would be happy to give me a credit for the full amount ($1125.00) if I wanted to set another appointment with them in the future. There's your scam proof right there. BE FOREWARNED, this company is very difficult to reach if you wish to speak to a human being. They set your appointments via an online site and require you to pay for your appointment in advance. It's nearly impossible to speak with a live person in the office. You'll have to wait and then beg to get your money back if your flight is changed or cancelled - something I had no control over! What kind of doctor manages a practice like this in the middle of a pandemic? Shame on him. read more

I used My Concierge MD to do my COVID test before I boarded my flight to Hong Kong in mid-Dec, 2020. I scheduled online in advance, got to my testing site in Los Angeles, did the test, and received the results in 24 hours. Because the Hong Kong government required very detailed paperwork, including the lab's ISO certification, I needed to email MyConciergeMD staff about the extra paperwork. They were extremely helpful and gave me everything I needed. Before this trip, I was turned back twice before in Chicago and in JFK because of test result delay and incomplete paperwork, and this time I could finally board because My Concierge MD was highly professional and responsive, knew what they needed to do, and the staff were very responsive to customers' needs and helped me immediately. When I got to Hong Kong, one of the public health workers at the airport who needed to check all in-coming visitors' COVID paperwork told me that he recognized this company, many had used its services, and the paperwork was excellent. read more
