I used event pros for dance on the cloud effect (dry ice) for our first and second dance at the wedding and they were very professional and efficient! They are one of the vendors that we had no issues with in terms of showing up on time and carrying out what was paid for. The end result was beautiful and my only regret was not using them for photo booth because the vendor we used for Photobooth did show up but believe it or not- no printing papers! My advice- if you can use one vendor for multiple services do it. Be assured Event Pros won't let you down. read more

Most unprofessional staff and team I have ever met!! They played my father daughter song twice before I even danced to it. Alan and the crew at My Event Pros were awesome! My husband and I got married on June 14 and we hired the team for our DJ, MC, bartenders, photo booth and lighting and they did an excellent job. We had our reception at a community center and they completely transformed it. All of our guests had a fantastic time! The only reason I would take off a half star tar is because of our music. There is a spot on their website where you can request music for your event and I spent hours picking songs. I also had our guests RSVP with a song they would like to hear (which each song had to be entered one by one) and hardly any of those songs were played. The music they played was great anyway. I just wish they didn't have the option of choosing your own music in the first place... Would've saved myself a lot of time. All in all, though our reception was amazing and Alan and his team worked hard to make sure everyone had an awesome time. They were prompt, hard working and fun. Terrible service!! For one, I was the one who had to reach out the week of my wedding to finalize everything and make sure they had everything they needed. Not once did they reach out to me!! Second , None of the songs I had requested were played. Third, my first dance was ruined!!!!! The song I requested was not the song that was played.
