Once again disappointed. I've got to stop spending my money here. We got in line almost 10 minutes before 11. The line was moving painfully slowly, all the while I'm watching additional employees milling around doing nothing while the second register sits unused. By the time we get through the 20 minute line made up of only about 5 people, they refused to serve us the American Sunrise sandwich, the only reason I come here. I'm in no way a 'Karen' or complainer, but to have a line this long and then still turn your grill off on the dot of 11 is just bad customer service. Now I get to eat their nasty microwaved egg sandwich. I'm given the excuse of the cashier being new, which is fine everyone has to learn, but now I--the paying customer--gets to suffer because you aren't staffed properly. The solution I was given is to call ahead, something I will never know I am needing to do until I get here and see a line, so in my opinion that is not a solution. My experience at my favorite muffin will definitely vary every time I come in. Sometimes it's great sometimes it's okay. The muffins are delicious! I'm not going to lie my recent encounter here was not the best. I was disappointed when I came into the shop and was not acknowledged for ten minutes. There was only one other customer besides me in the shop and they were being taken care of. When it came to my turn, I got a sense that I was annoying the worker.
