Interior was clean and relatively comfortable. Service was quick and friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. We may return.

Stopped in for a little break on a Saturday morning. Had an iced vanilla latte. It was sweet without any espresso bitterness. For those who like sweet drinks, it would be a welcome treat. The staff is very nice and helpful. The bagels and pastries look so good, I didn't see any gluten-free options though.

Cute location. Plenty of seating. Bagel special ($4.99 for sandwich and drink) is an amazing deal, and they sub'd a hot tea for me instead of coffee. Bagels and muffins seemed good but pretty standard.

Cute little shop with breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and more. The staff was super sweet and helpful. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. I got the turkey and havarti sandwich on an onion bagel. This was an amazing sandwich and I was super pleased with it. I would eat it again in a heartbeat. I was disappointed with the muffins. I got a four pa k to try the blueberry, chocolate cheesecake, lemon cheesecake, and banana nut. The lemon could have had more of a lemon flavor, it was there but not doing too much. The blueberry muffin only had a few blueberries in the batter so again, nothing too exciting. The chocolate muffin was pretty good, but not too much cheesecake filling was inside. The only one I would 100% order again was the banana nut. Great banana flavor, good amount of nuts. Other than flavor, the muffins were moist and good - like would eat them again but maybe not go out of my way for them. By that sandwich... wow!

My favorite muffin is so cute! I love coming here and bringing the friends and family to try it. Their menu is huge and has a lot of options, their muffins are to die for and their sandwiches are amazing. The staff is always very friendly and on top of it. They have a ton of bagels to choose from that are fresh as well. It's been a hit each time so far, we will always come back. :)

My Favorite Muffin in Reno is awesome! The Cherry Cheesecake muffin was incredible -- moist, rich, with perfect cherry topping and crumbly streusel. Tasted like a mini cheesecake! Blueberry muffins looked amazing too. Fresh-baked daily, great coffee, friendly staff, cozy spot, and fair prices. If you're in Reno, definitely stop by -- highly recommend the cherry one!

So so yummy bagels! We came here for the Lox and cream cheese, heard great reviews about it, we were not disappointed, it was so good, although the portion of the salmon was not as much as before - from what we've heard, but the bagel is super tasty and soft and fresh! We saw the daily specials, so we can't help but ordered the daily specials today - grill chicken! It is also very yummy, for $7.59, you got a cup of drink also, what a great deal! Finally we tried the muffins, which is their signature item also, we are not big fan of muffin, so we ordered the mini muffins (I think that is a great idea to have mini version). It is good but we like the bagel more. Will come back for the bagel. whenever we are in the area.

Overall i would give this place a solid 3 out of 5. Its a basic breakfast bagel place You can't really mess up a bagel so that itself make me happy. The American didnt really have any flavor. The southern only flavor came from the sausage The BLT was the best bagel out of them all. The muffins were dry but had decent flavor. They were also out of expresso when we went. That to me didn't make sense as a breakfast place at 9:30am. My lady was not happy. For the price and what we received I would go back. But if you are expecting seasoning and great flavor.. this isn't your place to go. It.

I stopped in for a mini dozen muffins today. My favorite coffee place Purple bean where I usually buy My favorite muffins from sold out today on my coffee stop this afternoon. It's a must that on the weekends I pick up My favorite muffins for my kiddos, so I made the trip down to California Ave to pick up a dozen mini muffins. The line ran right to the entrance and the every table was sat. The energy was buzzing, but I wish I wasn't standing there that long to just pick up muffins. Everything looked and smell of fresh brewed coffee and fresh baked bagels filled the air. It's been years since I had last been in, but it gave me nostalgia. It used to be a spot I would frequent in my 20's with my oldest. I'll always love and support this local spot. If you're in the area give them a try for brunch. If you're in Sparks they have a D'Andrea location next to CVS in that shopping center. It's nice to see they still offer breakfast and lunch specials throughout the week, but you guessed it. With inflation, everything has gone up.

First time visitor and I went straight for the muffins. The selection and flavor combos insures there is something for everyone in my group. From cranberry to blueberry to lemon and pumpkin...I could go on and on. Muffins are delicious!! Coffee varieties are as varied as the muffin and bagel selection. The service is super friendly and they helped me sort through the myriad of choices available. I opted for a nice medium roast coffee and a cranberry cheesecake muffin. Fantastic combo. Looking forward to coming back for a bagel sandwich and with outdoor seating available for my best friend.

Until this 4th of July weekend (250/2026) we had never heard of Archie's. It was recommended to us and we stopped in on Sunday the 5th for lunch on our way out of town. What an amazing choice. I ordered their bacon cheese burger. Guess what? It was GIANT. It was delicious. It was perfect. Comes with fries but I got onion rings. The onion rings were perfect too. Largest order of rings I have ever seen. The burger (1/2 Lb I think!!) had nice thick bacon in every bite, two large and fresh slices of tomato, a big old slab of an onion slice, mayo and lettuce. I can't remember if there were pickles. It was the best burger and onion rings I have eaten in at least ten years, maybe 20. We will be back, EVERY time we are in town from now on. I can't recommend this place enough. Special shout out to David, our server. This guy made no mistakes. Laughed at all my stupid dad jokes, was attentive, patient while my companions changed their minds 36 times, and was friendly too. Says it was only his 2nd day on the job, but I wish he had been working for us at our restaurant (Hokkaido Noodle House) in Sacramento. He is a pro already, give him reasons to keep working for you boss. Don't worry, we won't steal him from you, we are retired and closed our joint 10 years ago. Rock on Archie's! Was surprised it had a second floor with a small deck and pretty decent views! Big place. Great Happy Hour Deals (half off drinks) and other specials. I haven't eaten breakfast there but the burger I'd put in the top 4 in Reno. It is giant diameter wise but the meat is the same amount of a smaller thicker burger which makes it no too hard to eat. I'd call this a Purist's Burger. Crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mustard, sauce. They went really light on the sauce to the point I didn't think it had any. Fries were excellent too. Price is very reasonable (that's typical near a college.) I've tried Royce, Juicy's, and The Parlor. I'd put Archies below Royce and Parlor but above Juicy's. Two left on my list are Armando & Son's Butcher Shop and of course Beefy's.

When we arrived, every table was full, so we grabbed seats at the bar. It turned out to be a great spot to watch the bartenders create beautiful drinks, including some of their signature cocktails served in a glass purse for parties of two or more. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, with groups celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. After looking over the menu, we decided on the lox crostini bites and the bruschetta. We each ordered a glass of sparkling wine. I added a chocolate rim to mine, which was fun to look at, although it didn't add much flavor. While we waited for our food, we enjoyed watching the flowing chocolate waterfall. Considering how busy the bar was, our food arrived quickly. The crostini were crisp, and both appetizers were fresh and flavorful. The only drawback was the volume of the DJ, but we knew what to expect as soon as we walked through the door. This is definitely a fun place for parties and groups looking for a lively night out. One last observation: I probably wouldn't choose this spot for a group of men. The décor and overall vibe are very much geared toward women, but the name says it all.

I tried the McIsley (fried chicken, dill pickles, ground mustard, honey) and nearly passed out from pure bliss. The biscuit is golden brown on the outside while warm and pillowy within. You'll need a fork and knife, but the menagerie of sweet and savory building blocks will come together any which way you deconstruct it. My wife tried The Chatfield (fried chicken, cheddar, bacon, apple butter) and was equally content. The Oregon Marionberry jam was a tart yet sweet customized side, and I much enjoyed the fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese to round off the plate. The breading is evenly blasted with seasoning and the tomatoes themselves are plump but not the least bit soggy. Without a doubt though, the service was unmatched. They handled a line going out the front door with class, getting us tables before we even ordered to remove the burden of seat searching and our food getting cold. There was a list of specials for the day too. - For a place that has "wine" in the name, I thought the wine list was a bit limited/uninspired...the reds, for example, were heavily focused on CA wines, with a few Italian ones thrown in. - My wife and I ordered the Bee Sting Pizza, the Pistachio Pesto Arancini, and the Wedge Salad...all to share between the two of us. While everything was good, the Wedge Salad was the standout, with the Arancini's a close second (and a great sized portion). One of our friends ordered the Salmon special, and it looked good but pretty small in size considering the ~$40 price tag. - Service was good. There was a mess up where the server didn't hear our friend's order correctly and brought the wrong item, but she fixed it although it meant that he didn't his food for a while after the rest of us started eating. It was an honest error, but it would be good if the staff were empowered to do some kind of goodwill gesture, e.g., a free drink, a free appetizer while he's waiting for the food, etc., when something like that happens. - There was a weird thing that happened on our bills...the total that was on the itemized bill that we got from our server didn't match up with the pre-transaction processing fee total that was on our credit card copy...and, unfortunately, our server couldn't explain why. And, yes, there is a 2.5% credit card transaction fee added on (which we didn't see on the menu or anywhere else, but we learned about when we got the itemized bill). - Vibe is just ok...it's pretty loud and the tile floor and tables/chairs felt a little cafeteria-like. I wouldn't call it cozy by any means. Bottom line: Liberty Food & Wine Exchange was a nice place to meet up and the food was tasty...when I asked my wife if she would go back again, her answer was that we should try other places first, which is probably what we'll do.
