Walked in on a Sunday. Was greeted by a friendly face. We asked about menu. She handed us a bagel bomb to try, and I was sold, and then the owner came out! What a nice guy. Super friendly and kind. Told us his vision and where he started and how he got here. Am I a bagel lover- yes Can I tell what's a New York bagel vs another state- no But his breakfast bagel sandwich was massive! Fried egg, thick bacon, cheese - so good. I could only eat half. Bagel bombs. Just get one and try! They are delicious. It's like a bagel stuffed with cream cheese. Blue berry bagel was very good! Real blue berries. Owner gave us a few bagels to try and did not disappoint! Few chairs inside to sit at. I definitely will come back! read more

This place was very delicious, I got the everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese and added chive smear. The cream cheese was filled with chives which I loved and added a great aspect to the bagel itself. Everything was so fresh and you can tell they put care into each bagel they make. One thing to note is the gluten free bagels r frozen and shipped, so I waited 20-30 minutes for the one bagel sandwich so that is just a note if you are in a rush. Service was great everyone was very nice, very small spot with a few tables but still recommend this place for a bagel sandwich!!! read more

My new favorite bagel spot... Local and yummy. I happened to be scrolling through breakfast joints open on Sunday and this little gem popped up. Never heard of them before and since it's a bagel and bagel sandwich shop, I HAD to investigate. It's a small, hole in the wall local startup (a year'ish) with a really nice owner. He came out and spoke to us for about 20 minutes and relayed some cool stories behind the names of the bagel sandwiches. Cool guy. The bagel bombs.....a round bagel stuffed with cream cheese. THESE are a must try. I love how soft they are on the inside and how creamy it is. Perfect size and they are great for on the move, easy to eat and not messy -great for hikes or a picnic. I ordered The Amy - breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, bacon, HOWEVER, the interesting part is it'l comes prepared on a blueberry bagel. The blueberry bagel is the star of the show here. Loved it and highly recommend you try it. Oh and the bagel is large and easily can save half for later. The owner is planning on extending the menu to include pastrami and ham/cheese bagel bombs. Can't wait for these items. PS - they do share the place with a Brazilian gentleman who makes empanadas. Please don't rate Nano's based on your experience with the empanadas. Nano's Bagels is such a great find in Sandy! I got the salt bagel sandwich - packed with bagel, egg and cheese. It was the best bagel sandwich I've had in a long time! Hot, fresh and delicious. Service was great. I was greeted right away and I had my sandwich in no time. My wife's from NY and said the bagels are spot on. Slight crunch outside, soft @ chewy inside. Veggie schmear is fresh and creamy & the Officer Dan is awesome! (Fresh egg, big pieces of bacon, jalapeño honey mustard & cheese on a jalapeño bagel. Really, really good.) Note - new brick & mortar location is not a sit down & hang out place. Only 2 or 3 tables, and a shared kitchen. But the bagels are the closest we've found to a true NY bagel. Just go in & get a dozen and some cream cheese, take them home & enjoy! read more

I fell in love with the bagels at the farmers market and was excited to see them in a brick and mortar serving lunch. They share the space and walking into a bagel shop to be hit with smell of empanadas frying was off putting. The space is tiny with very limited seating. Went to Nano's Bagels for a breakfast sandwich this morning and it was absolutely delicious. It was the best bagel I have had in Utah, hands down. And let's talk about the smeers The Peach Habanero is an incredible sweet-heat combo that I crave constantly, and the Chive is fresh, savory, and ridiculously good on everything. Honestly, I've never had a bad bite here. On top of the amazing food, the owners are some of the friendliest, most welcoming people you'll meet. They clearly care about their craft and their customers, and it shows in every detail. If you're searching for legit New York bagels in Utah, this is the spot. Best bagels in Utah. Owners are from New Jersey and have all the charm and know-how of an east coast bagel place. I've had two sandwiches - their lox bagel, and bacon egg and cheese (on a blueberry bagel which turned out to be a great idea) and both could hold their own against most NYC bagel shops. The lox is cured in house. The bacon was meaty and crispy. The egg had the perfect amount of yolk to make the sandwich moist but not too messy. So happy to have this place near me in Sandy! read more

I've lived in NY and the northern Chicago suburbs (IYKYK) before moving to Utah 8 years ago. Bagels are the one food I've never been able to find here. Until yesterday when I found Nano's. Chewy, flavorful bagels, homemade cream cheese smears, and a 10/10 breakfast sandwich with Taylor ham, cheese, and egg. Solid coffee. And very reasonably priced - not cheap but super fair for what you get. Owners seem great and passionate as well. If you want a real bagel, highly recommend you checking Nano's out.
