Then I went to the experts, The Backyard Barbecue Store. First they were more knowledge about the grills themselves than anyone else and they have a company that makes units just like I wanted. Bonus, they have multiple finishes for you to choose from. I stopped in a couple of times before making my final decision and they were so knowledgeable it was stunning. They were super patient with me. I am such a novice. They do classes here too. I am planning on taking one on how to use my new Big Green Egg.
