health/safety concerns The staff here are typically wonderful and pleasant. However, the owner and manager do not care about your child's allergies. They state their facility is peanut free on their door yet they hand out candy with peanuts such as peanut butter cups. Additionally, they ask for any allergies when you reserve your class and do NOT take what you write in the allergy box seriously. My friend and her son are both allergic to latex and they continually put up latex balloons and put out toys that are latex. They do not notify her when these things will be there or be a choice to play with. Its very disappointing read more

So I sign my daughter up for the 29.00 dollar trail to see if she will enjoy it and she did, I even enjoyed it so I was ready for the next week to start her. But as time went on there was a child that cause havoc the parent couldn't control the lil one the toddler was screaming the hole class and the parent was yelling back at the toddler which made me uncomfortable that also changed my child behavior in which she didn't want to engage any longer the toddler was hitting other kids throwing things at them and the poor instructor looked so embraced she did her best to try to help redirect but it was no good I can't see myself paying 129.00 monthly and I can't even hear the Instructor over all the loud N0 and crying and falling out I don't think it's fair to pay for something you can't enjoy and they didn't even say anything to the parent read more

I've taken our daughter for over a year now. She loves it and looks forward to it. She is so sad on days when we cannot go. My Gym gives children a bit of structure and a large space to play. It is perfect for all those days that are too hot, cold, or rainy. It gives your child a great opportunity to play with children their own age prior to preschool, too. The instructors are helpful and caring. My two year old has a few favorites and asks about them when they aren't there. So cute. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. read more

My daughter loves coming to My Gym each week. The instructors are all very nice and do their best to interact with each kid. I'm really glad we have this place so close to home. My daughter has learned and grown a lot since we started coming here back in August. The only thing I think they can improve on is time management in the classes. Sometimes the kids get cut short on certain activities or we don't start on time giving the kids less class time. For example, the other day they had to completely skip free play time because they ran out of time. Overall though I enjoy bringing my daughter here and I think it's a great place. read more

My son loves the Waddlers class. The instructors are really great -- enthusiastic, encouraging, and supportive. They are super accommodating to all children in the group, including my own. We have been working on my son's developmental delays and the staff members have become his biggest cheerleaders. It has been a wonderful environment for us. I only wish that there were more Practice and Play (open gym) opportunities in the afternoons/evenings so that we could attend after work so we could make the most out of our membership. read more

They were so attentive to him and noticed what he was liking and what he was not, so they could tailor the activities to his liking. They were so great with all of the guests and everyone left saying it was the best kids party they had been to. And your staff was SO helpful to me! Visited today and took advantage of the first free class with my 1 yr old son. My Gym is extremely clean and inviting. The two front desk girls/ instructors were so friendly and welcoming! My son did pretty well, minus being overwhelmed by the newness, but I knew he loved it! During the class, children were able to play with all the fun things available and observe one another. There were interactive opportunities with us parents and then there was also separation time. I've never done this with my son but it was great! Being an only child surrounded by adults can get him a little used to being tended to and always entertained so being surrounded by other children and the instructors, while mama sat away... was refreshing. When they had toys out for them to play with, the girls made sure to let parents know that whatever they saw being placed into a mouth, put it aside. That's great because obviously, we don't want to spread more germs. Anyway, I plan to sign up! It seems flexible with my schedule and fairly priced at 83$ per every 4 weeks. They do have a special for 49$ with no initiation fee ($75 normally). Definitely need to ask about contract terms though. Also love that I can bring my husband, mother, or whomever I wish. That way he can learn and develop but also so my family can see him enjoying himself. Thanks ladies! I'm sorry I didn't get your names but I appreciate your kindness and professionalism! UPDATE 10/21/19: I joined and my son loves it! I feel it challenges him and it promotes social learning. The instructors so far have been amazing! My 2y.o. daughter has been attending MyGym classes for about a year now plus we just had her birthday party at MyGym and it has been worth every penny. We absolutely love Miss Serina in classes. My daughter had a lot of "stranger danger" and was very shy but one class a week gradually changed that. She is so much more outgoing now, she gets all her wiggles out and sleeps better the days we have class, I can confidently say MyGym is her favorite place on the planet. Which is why we had her second birthday here, hosted by Miss Maria and Mr Josh. They completely blew us away. Everything was tailored to Allison's favorites. Miss Maria obviously was paying attention to what Allison liked most in class because it was all there. We had kids 6 months old to 7 years old at our party and they all had something to play on. I highly recommend adding on the bounce house as this was a massive hit. The best was when they had my husband and I tow my little birthday girl out on a toy horse while everyone cheered for her. Would give this MyGym 10 stars if I could. My kids love this place. I literally have to drag them out. The staff is always great and it's SUPER clean. The jumpstart program is amazing. They do circle time, art, planting, and lots of learning. My youngest son takes the waddlers class and we've seen so much progress in his development since he's started. They also do AMAZING parties. We've had 2 parties here and the staff literally made it so stress free. I didn't have to do anything but show up. I cannot recommend MyGym enough! Such a wonderful space to bring your little ones to interact, play, swing, climb, learn, practice independent play and explore. ALL OF THE INSTRUCTORS are incredible and love my daughter like their own (especially Miss Stevie)!!! We looooove her. We have been apart of this community for about 3 solid months and go 3 times a week. I have seen major growth in my daughter and everytime we pull up she does a happy dance! Miss Mia, Miss Sophia, Miss Stevie, Miss Jasmine, et. al. are so skilled and patient with my firecracker daughter. She loves it here *so much and often protests, rather vehemently tbh, when it is time to leave. She is learning all sorts of physical skills through the obstacle courses they set up and also how to follow directions, take turns, and respect boundaries while still being able to run around and play like the wild horse she is. During the summer especially, having something active inside is key, as my daughter and I are basically translucent and really have to watch it with the sun. We both really love it here. read more

Couldn't be happier that tonight was my son's last "ninja" class. We have been going to this Gym for just over a year now. I'm not sure what changed with their philosophy the last few months but the staff have become very short tempered. I have been on the verge of leaving many classes because the way they are speaking to the children. These are 3-5 year olds and in my sons class it is primary boys who are very active. I think it is ridiculous to expect a 5 year old who has the attention span of a cat to sit for 15 min to do the same warm up week after week. I understand there has to be rules, but you cannot run the class one way for almost a year and then suddenly change to a punitive and militant style. I do not appreciate the staff telling my child if he doesn't participate in the warm up he has to sit in the lobby. I am not happy by this and will no longer continue to pay for my child to be treated like this. This is supposed to be a fun experience and it certainly is not that any longer. The classes and obstacles are redundant. There is nothing ninja about this class. There is frequent turn over in staff which might be the problem. Miss Mia and Miss Maria are always kind and welcoming. Miss Serena one of the newest additions is just off putting in every way. I have yet to see her without a scowl on her face. Not sure what kind of training these "kids" receive but they are definitely lacking in communication skills when dealing with kids. I have seen Mr. Blake and Miss Serena become borderline aggressive with the children, mine in particular. If you are looking for extra curricular activities for active little ones, perhaps you want to look elsewhere. read more
