Sticky Rice
Lani N.

Will definitely be coming back. It hit the spot with authentic flavors. Pleasantly surprised that the papaya salad came with real sticky rice which is normally how you're supposed to have it. Next time I will make sure I order it spicy! Curry was smooth buttery with a hint of spicy. Eggplant with tofu as expected, delicious. The sauce was perfect, not too sweet.

We ate here when they first opened and the food was very tasty and plentiful. We de ided to try it again. We had calamari (6 small, very tough pieces for $12!!). The chicken Penang curry was flavorful but only a few pieces of chicken. The pork Red curry had a few pieces of pork and lots of big pineapple pieces. The taste was not as i expected. Both came in containers smaller in size than their competition. Both the containers were filled up. Each cost $15. See attached photos. We'll, we will go back to our regular restaurant in Fredericksburg from now on.

Thai Green Curry

Stopped by during our road trip off of I-95. Saw there was Thai food in the area and decided to check it out! We had the spring rolls and papaya salad. Very good and fresh! The papaya salad we got hot spicy and it was really nice and a good spice. The sticky rice was also great! We also ordered the Thai Green Curry with tofu and medium spicy. It was thick and filling with side of white rice. Not as coconuty as I've had it, but very tasty. We ordered the Nam Tok--highly recommend. The cilantro lime adds a nice touch to it. Would probably order it hot spicy next time but it was great quality. The Pad ginger had a great savory sauce and I've never had anything like it before. Really enjoyed that dish! Lastly, we had the Hawaiian Fried Rice (with chicken and without raisins) and really enjoyed that. It was very savory and would order again. The waitress was very nice and everything came out quick. It was very comfortable inside and definitely is a hole in the wall! The prices are amazing. The food was very authentic Thai food and I will stop by there again when I'm in the area!

We drove hours in driving rain from Pooler GA to Fredricksburg today. We explored Yelp and decided on this Thai restaurant for our New Years Eve meal. We chose wisely. Perfect meal, perfect place, perfect staff, great price. We each loved our dishes, see the pictures. Seems you can't go wrong with anything here. Spoke with one of the owners and our wait staff Vanessa. So nice and friendly. The place is quite homey. Beautiful murals on the walls. So great when every part of the restaurant makes one great whole and it all fits.

Amazing Thai food! I ordered the Panang Curry with Chicken and Shrimp and hubby ordered the Drunkin Noodles with Beef. We also ordered the Wonton Soup and Calamari's. The cost was reasonable and portion was good. I took half of my curry home. Highly recommended and we look forward to coming back again soon. Thank you!

Stopped in from traveling on I95 and super impressed with how great this restaurant is! Got the pad Thai and Tom yum with tofu. Flavor of both were outstanding. Highly recommended. Service was kind and helpful!

The Singapore noodles are amazing. I got takeout, so I can't speak for the restaurant itself, but the flavor of the food is 10/10.

The ambiance was just ok, but the food was incredible! Varied choices served in Togo containers, but the best Thai food I have ever had!

I finally made it to Marin after reading so many positive reviews. We were some of the first dinner…read moreguests and were greeted warmly by an older gentleman who I believe is the owner. The menu has a lot of options, so I guided my choice by photos in reviews. I ended up going with the kofta lamb, which was served with rice, a side salad, and grilled onions and peppers. Overall, it was delicious. I loved that everything tasted fresh and homemade. The prices were a tad bit elevated (entrees average $25-30), especially for Fredericksburg, but I'm glad I tried it. Overall, the ambiance was welcoming and authentic.

DELICIOUS! Amazing! Try it! First time having Yemenise…read morefood. It's similar to what you'd call Mediterranean cuisine with slightly different and delicious spices. Service a great! Faris took time to tell us about the menu and recommended an amazing grill combo! We had grilled lamb chops, chicken, koftah, rice, side salad, fresh pita, and salsas. Two of us couldn't finish it all! The flavors were amazing! I really enjoyed the lentil soup we had with our hummus starter. The soup came out the perfect temperature. Not too hot not too cold legit just right! I had the shai which was delicious! Black tea with spices. And Faris was kind enough to give us each a sample of the shai adani , black tea with condensed milk and spices. I'll for sure order a cup next time. Think chai latte flavor! The restaurant itself is very nice inside and there's an outdoor patio as well! We will for sure be back!

Our bartender/server was Lashone and she was funny, fast and friendly! She was pouring drinks for the ENTIRE restaurant and didn't miss a beat!! The breakfast menu is small but everything sounded fantastic. I chose the Steak Tacos; my husband chose the brie and bacon frittata (added by the chef since the quiche was sold out. Steak tacos were delicious (see pic). Menu said they had steak, cheesy scrambled eggs, tomato salsa, breakfast potatoes and cilantro. I didn't see or taste any potatoes, but the tacos were still delicious! I'd only recommend draining the salsa through a sieve because of the excess juice affecting the integrity of the tortilla. My husband's frittata was awful. The eggs were dry; he compared them to "eggs at the bottom of the warming tray at a cheap breakfast buffet." The chef also served a side salad alongside. My husband asked about subbing potatoes and Ms. Lashone made it happen. She was the star of our brunch: drinks were delicious, the conversational quips were quick and funny. She was attentive without being intrusive and made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. 5 stars for her and my food; 1 for the frittata. I don't want to average it and tank the rating. We'll be back soon to see Lashone!

New to the area, and what an amazing experience!…read more From the outside, the restaurant looks smaller than it actually is, but once inside, it's surprisingly spacious with a warm, traditional Sicilian atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome. Our waiter, Jack, was an absolute superstar. He was knowledgeable, attentive, funny, and incredibly helpful with our selections. He truly made the evening special. We started with the calamari and a salad with goat cheese, walnuts, and pomegranate unfortunately, I can't remember the name of it, but it was absolutely delicious! The complimentary bread served with their infused olive oil was outstanding and worth mentioning on its own. For our entrées, my husband and I both ordered specials the Lobster Ravioli and the Halibut. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We also enjoyed an excellent red blend wine. By that point, we had enjoyed enough wine that I completely forgot to take photos of the specials! We finished with the cannoli special dessert, which was good, though not quite as memorable as the rest of the meal. Most of all, we can't thank Jack enough for the great service, laughs, and overall experience. It's rare to find food and hospitality that work together so perfectly. We'll definitely be back very soon!
