What is not to love about this awesome cafe!? -Only a few minutes from the water. -Witchy in the best way (Wizard of Oz, witchy) -Picnic tables out in their backyard. I was lucky enough to go on a beautiful day and loved sitting out back. Perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch with lots of seating both inside and out. -The entire menu looked really good and after much I got the grilled chicken sandwich with brie & bacon. It was SO GOOD! I got mine on ciabatta and it came with sweet potato fries and a small salad. My plate was wiped clean. -My waitress was super sweet, as was everyone else I chatted with. They have the restaurant and then a more casual grab and go market right next door. One thing I was jonesing for was an iced latte but they did have lots of other options: hot coffee, smoothies, etc. Don't go expecting a full coffee menu but do go expecting good food and a really wonderful space, especially on a beautiful day!

The service was good. It took a while to get the meal. The food was very good, but not excellent. I was excited to taste the handmade sausage-again: good not great. There was a generous portion of steak in The Bewitchin' Bowl. The strawberry butter was delicious. The biscuit was a bit dry. When I read reviews about this establishment, they described it as "Wizard of Oz themed." The decor was more witch-themed than Wizard of Oz. But I guess I should have guessed that from the name.

Somewhere over the rainbow is the cutest cafe ever! If you're a Wizard of Oz fan like me, this place is for you. And if you're not, you'll still enjoy the food aspect! Atmosphere: small cafe with tables in close proximity to one another. Definitely a casual and cozy vibe. Wizard of Oz memorabilia everywhere! Fun to take in all the decorations and theming while you're at your seat. It embodies the perfect shore town breakfast spot. Food: I wasn't expecting much but I was very satisfied with the flavors of my breakfast and my expectations were exceeded! I had the Emerald City omelette which came with tomatoes, pesto, mozzarella, a generous side of breakfast potatoes, and a homemade biscuit with delicious strawberry butter. A simple breakfast which I loved! The hot chocolate surprised me in that it didn't taste like it came from a mix. It was rich and chocolatey as I like it. The waitstaff was excellent. Very friendly, hospitable, and service was always provided with a smile. I will definitely be back, hoping to enjoy their French toast next time!

Good food, bit of a dive in need of a refresh and owner could expand significantly, but value and quality of food as it stands is top notch.

It was definitely busy and a little noisy, so I probably wouldn't choose it as a place to sit and get work done, but it's perfect for grabbing coffee or breakfast, or meeting up with friends. The horchata overnight oats were SO good--easily the highlight for me. They were unique and so delicious. I could eat them every day. I also got a cold brew with coconut cold foam. The cold brew itself was really good--smooth and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. The cold foam was just okay; I thought it was a little weak in both flavor and texture and would've loved it to be fluffier and more flavorful. Still, I enjoyed the drink overall. Service was incredibly quick, especially considering how busy they were. Our coffee and food came out almost immediately. Such a cute beachy coffee spot and the perfect pit stop before heading to the shore. I'd absolutely come back, especially for those horchata overnight oats!

Luckily we are usually able to find street parking within walking distance. Inside is quite spacious with lots of seating. There is a good list of food options usually ranging from sandwiches to wraps, bowls and pastries. They even have ube coconut loaf which was also sweet and satisfying! we tried their sammys and chicken caesar wrap and they are delicious. The coffees are made well too with great seasonal flavors. Their peanut butter mocha is yummy! Another bonus for me is their family-friendly atmosphere with a baby-changing area in their restroom and the fact that there is a playground right across! One of the top reasons we appreciate this establishment aside from visit-worthy service, drinks and bites! aaand close the beach! lots of WINS!!

The coffee is excellent with a variety of drinks (hot or cold) to choose from. I had the pistachio latte (never tried this before and enjoyed the distinct flavor of the coffee with the whisper of pistachio in each sip) and the maple sea salt latte which was Devine. A few tasty treats are in the display (I wish there were more options of to select from....maybe some more warm options). My sister ordered the empanada which had egg, cheese and some steak in it. I tried the almond croissant which was very flaky and a bit sweet (I believe it had some crumbled brown sugar sprinkled on top) it was extremely fresh. The only issue with Cafe Eleven will surely be parking particularly if the weather is warm. This area is always bustling and the side streets you need a permit to park so this may be a glitch in trying to go to cafe eleven.

It feels a bit more style over substance in my opinion. Let's start with the positives first! The place itself is very stylish, and we loved the holiday decor! Honestly, just walking towards the building felt like you were being transported into a mini Christmas village. The menu is vast and looks enticing. The place has a great vibe, with a good amount of seating (indoor & outdoor). Definitely makes for a great meeting and study spot! Now onto food and drinks...the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Frappuccino was not good. It was so overrun with cinnamon, you could see the chunks throughout the drink. I love cinnamon, but that's all you tasted and not in a good way. We barely got through it. The serving was large considering the $8 price tag, but the quality was just not there. The pistachio latte was definitely a bit better, but not great. You could taste that bottled syrup flavor and it just wasn't done right. The pistachio croissant was decent. Definitely fresh, with a nice, soft texture, but the Pistachio frosting was super sweet! I think I probably would have preferred it plain. The place definitely has potential, so if they can up their drink game a bit, I'd be open to possibly giving it another go!

The restaurant wasn't crowded but was definitely more full than I would expect at that hour. The entrance gave very Miami vibes with the palm trees, string lights, and faux grass. We opted to sit outside and were glad we did, they have a very long dock with plenty of seating where you get to view the marina. You are definitely paying for the ambiance and the ability to smell the fresh ocean breeze. We decided to order cocktails and a bunch of apps to share. I was disappointed to find out that they ran out of the liquor they needed for the Lychee Beach cocktail. I hope they were able to restock before the dinner crowd. We got a dozen of the beach blondies which were very fresh and tasted of the ocean in a good way. You could tell the calamari was not frozen and fried fresh as it was crispy with the perfect amount of breading. The Korean BBQ wings tasted more like regular BBQ sauce and the crab cake was a bit on the small side. They did not skimp on the mushrooms on the mushroom flatbread pizza, which I feel like is hard to find. The main reason I took off a star is because service was slow and it was because our server was taking a break while we were dining. Let me be real, there is nothing wrong with taking a break but at least get another server to sub in. We could visibly see her standing to the side eating her lunch as we dined.
