Had my mom in town and we desperately needed some morning grub after running errands -- luckily Felicia's was close by and the reviews lured me in. This was, hands down, the best breakfast I've had since moving to NJ. Not only were the eggs perfectly fluffy, the potatoes perfectly crispy and the toast -- an often forgotten about afterthought of a diner meal -- was fresh and flavorful. Greeted warmly. Followed up regularly with water, menu explanation, recommendations. The environment was remarkably warm. Laughter and fond greetings exchanged about the cozy restaurant. Eggs Tagaminos is a refreshing breakfast dish which I haven't had the likes of me, yet my childhood begs to differ, just like the Mediterranean dish, Shashuka sp? My mother made me something like this as a child, sans the bacon. Backed with grain bread and iced pomegranate tea, this meal hit the spot. Came back here after almost 8 years! The place is just as homey and friendly as it was then. They always make you feel like family and the people that came in, seemed like they were regulars. Felicia and her husband Sammy are very friendly and funny, so you can surely have a laugh or sit off to the side. The food was delicious. I didn't have much this time, but the breakfast potatoes were amazing!! I've had lots of them from many different places, but DAMN , those were incredible. We decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews. The restaurant is pretty big, with tables covering every inch of it. Two portraits sit against the wall on either side of the restaurant and novelty T-shirts hang along the middle of the restaurant wall on the right side. There is also a counter in the back and if you sit there, you'll be able to see into the kitchen. Daughter ordered the pork roll and cheese omelet. The omelet has 3 eggs and comes along with toast and hoe fries. She chose the whole wheat bread. Daughter liked it and thought it was nice and cheesy. Hubs had the Sammy's Special Eggs Tagamino but thought it was more like Italian Shakshuka. He thought it was ok, but he likes the Mediterranean version better. He thought there was too much parm. He had it with 7 grain bread. Blueberry pancakes with maple syrup. The pancakes were delicious. It was nice and fluffy. The maple syrup was an extra charge. This place is located in a strip mall and has plenty of parking. Service is fast and friendly. Will definitely return to try other items on the menu! read more

You can't go wrong with the bacon, egg and cheese wrap or pork, roll, egg and cheese on a roll. The prices are super reasonable for what you get and Felicia is a true doll. I was shocked that no one had written a review of this quaint little restaurant within Little Silver's only "shopping center" so I figured I would break the ice. Over the past month or so, since I have moved to the Red Bank/Little Silver area, I have become a regular here at Felicia's and it is clear to see the things they do well right off the bat. Felicia is always in-house, greeting customers, shaking hands, kissing babies, and occasionally causing a commotion (in a good way). She is a great person to have at the helm of this family style breakfast and lunch spot because she always makes sure to come over and say hi whether she is serving your table or not. She does a good job of making you feel like a regular, even if it is only your second or third time there. Maybe that is why my girlfriend and I continued to return, because Felicia made us feel like we had been coming there for years. While Felicia's courteous and inviting demeanor does help, it is the food I come here for. Preparing breakfast food such as eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon and other early morning staples is a basic task but can be easily neglected. I love a good breakfast spot who is consistent and Felicia's has never disappointed me. Apart from the great eggs, pancakes, and french toast, Felicia's also offers an assortment of tasty lunch items. Burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and other homemade concoctions are commonly found on the specials board daily. Alongside of these mid day snacks can be found the single greatest aspect of dining at Felicia's - the disc fries!!! I have only been able to find these amazing little potato discs at a small handful of other restaurants but here at Felicia's they are always cooked to a perfect golden brown and served along side of lunch or breakfast items. If you do not order them on the side, you are only short changing yourself! It is also worth mentioning that Felicia's is a cost-effective option to other local luncheonettes like Turning Point where you can barely escape with a bill under $25. Felicia's offers combination breakfast platters that come with two eggs (your choice), sausage, pork roll, or bacon (your choice), disc fries (Thank God!), toast, and a cup of coffee for around $6.75 or $7 - that's a steal in this neck of the woods.
