I like this place and have had their spring rolls, banh mi, and pho. Everything is good except their tofu, which is hard as a rock and prevents me from coming in more often. Their tofu is fried to the point where it's too hard. I prefer tofu that is lightly coated and fried until golden, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. I've attached a picture of the style of tofu I like, which I had at a restaurant in another state. If they changed their tofu, I would love this place. read more

The worst Vietnamese food I've ever had. It was so bad that I considered requesting a refund through Uber Eats, but I decided to write this review instead to warn others based on my experience. The phở tái broth was extremely watered down. I asked my boyfriend to try it, and even he said it tasted like tap water. The Hainanese chicken rice tasted stale, and both the chicken and rice were incredibly dry. Don't even get me started on the fresh spring rolls (gỏi cuốn). Who puts cilantro in gỏi cuốn like that? I had to cut them in half and pick it all out. The peanut sauce was also way too sweet, and everything together tasted so weird. I usually don't like leaving bad reviews, but this food was genuinely terrible, and I'm still mad that I spent almost $48 on it. To be fair, we didn't try a wide array of food here. Two banh mi's and egg rolls. The food itself wasn't bad, but it was very skimpy. The ratio of bread to filling was heavily skewed in favor of the bread and neither was memorable. I would say the best part of the meal was the egg rolls and it wouldn't be enough to come back for. WOW - really disappointed! I was craving pho and stopped by this restaurant while in the area. I ordered a small pho, some extra broth, and water, and my total came to $22.51 with tip. I was shocked--$3 for extra broth, an extra $1 for a combination pho, and additional charges if you don't pay with cash? None of this was disclosed upfront. I really wanted to support this local business--they were friendly--but the pho itself was not good! The broth tasted like it was a pho powder you can get from the Asian stores and the pricing felt completely unreasonable. Very disappointing experience overall. Very good Vietnamese restaurant. The pho tai broth was delicious. The noodles had a very good consistency. The beef was fresh. My wife rated the spring rolls as 10/10. Which is the highest score I've ever heard her give to any food in the US. The vermicelli was good, but the beef slices were a little tiny. I am on a quest to find the best Bahn mi in the area. Ms Saigon is a solid choice and by far has the most flavorful Bahn mi I've tried. My only complaint is that I wish they were bigger! I also love their bubbly tea. There service is speedy, the prices are on the pricer side compared to some other locations. However, the quality is superb and worth the price difference. Inside they have a good amount of seating and a relaxed laid back atmosphere. Although I usually just get my food to-go. My second time here... the first time we had Pho & it was amazing, you can't really mess up Pho. I went back today, called in a togo. Got a chicken Bahn Mi w no daikon, they didn't let me know there would be no carrots... I would've gotten it on the side and just added the carrots & chicken was really dry, but still good. I also got an order of chicken fried rice and it came just chicken & rice, no veggies. It's only my second time here, but that's not what the online photos look like. I'm a bit of a pho snob so take that for what is worth. This is also a to go order so travel can change flavors. My standard is Vy's on 377. I found the broth flavorful but didn't have the typical bold pho broth flavor. It was very dark and salty. Having worked in a Vietnamese restaurant before; my guess is the soup wasn't freshest and had been diluted and reseasoned mostly with salt. All other ingredients were to notch. The noodles were a perfect firmness, the jalapeños were plentiful and the eye round was fresh. We ordered the tempura shrimp and it didn't travel very well. The crab Rangoon was decent and I think it would've been better fresh as well. I liked the more savory version they offer compared to most places these days that basically serve dessert Rangoon. Overall it was an OK meal that filled my belly. I usually will try someplace twice before writing it off, so we'll see. read more

I decided to try a local spot yesterday for PHO instead of driving out. Upon entry we were greeted by our server Josh who was very welcome, attentive and kind. Thank you for the amazing service, Josh! Now to the food, my daughter ordered two items off their happy hour menu which were okay. Nothing special but she didn't have much complaints either. I was looking forward to my PHO which ended up being very disappointing. It was supposed to be a combination and the chefs had exactly 4 slices of beef, one and ONE piece of the tendon and one meatball cut in three pieces that they'd actually forgotten about. Good experience. Need to start by saying don't be shocked if everyone at the table does not get their food at the same time. This is a very Vietnamese thing. Who wants their food sitting around back, while another dish is being prepared? Not me. Thuy had the pho. I had the beef stew (served with bread). Thuy's pho was quite good, as was my beef stew. The pho's seasonings were not as developed as I would of liked, but it was enjoyable. The beef stew had a bit of sweetness to it, which led me to think that the person in the kitchen was from southern Vietnam. Our server confirmed this. We watched several sushi rolls go by, and it definitely has us wanting to try Ms. Saigon next time we are in that mood. Also need to say kudos to to the service. We found our server to be quite pleasant and helpful. We never felt neglected. With only to dishes tried, I'm not willing to go five stars yet, but I suspect we will be back. I am a huge fan of Vietnamese food and so when I saw the ratings for Ms Saigon I really wanted to try it out. I came for a late lunch and was able to get a seat right away. All the tables were clean and ready for a guest. The staff was welcoming and it was a great start to lunch. I like to order the vermicelli bowls with grilled pork and an egg roll. Their vermicelli bowl is well done. There were lots of great vegetables with lettuce, carrots, daikon, and cucumber. The noodles were perfectly cooked and they included the chopped peanuts which seem to get skipped more and more. The pork was really lean and well-marinated before going on the grill. You can add an egg roll to the pork bowl for one dollar more, so I definitely wanted to try one of those. I would have preferred to have my egg roll cut into four smaller bites, but that is just a picky detail for me. I bet they would do it if I asked in the future. What made this bowl stand out was the Nuoc Cham. It is amazing how much their Nuoc Cham influenced the dish. Their preparation of this essential item is special. I think it is a little sweeter, but there is other goodness in that little bowl that makes us want to eat it with a spoon. The service was quick and I really enjoyed Ms. Saigon Pho & Grill. This is the best Vietnamese I have had in the Keller area and I want to come back and try some of their other dishes such as the stir fries and of course the Pho. After having a negative experience of a purchase of 2 phos and my order wasn't right the owner personally called me and apologized and fix the experience. And it means alot because not only shows the care of your customers but also your business. I really love THIER PHO and customer service, my son and I usually go twice a month and get THIER delicious pho and pot stickers.
