Went here last minute when my usual place was booked. I called and was told walk-in was fine. I get to the door and it's locked, there's a doorbell so I ring it. Nothing. I peer through the heavily tinted window and then see a woman jump up from her chair that was facing the door. She opened the door and asked if I had an appointment, I said no I just called you. She informed me that I spoke with someone else at "the office." I ask for a 1 hour deep tissue massage, and before she begins I ask if she will use her elbows, and she said no just her forearms because the elbows hurt people. I told her she wouldn't hurt me and I preferred she use them. I don't know if there was a language barrier or she just didn't care but she wouldn't use them, and the pressure she was applying didn't begin to put a dent in my knots. The technique, if you could call it that, was terrible, so many parts of my body were barely touched at all and others were so slathered with lotion or oil that there was no way she could apply a firm grip. There's nothing worse than anxiously waiting for a massage to end so you can just get out of there. I've been to this location and the Kendall one and it was the same experience. Great massage session and the same cost for several years when others have increased their prices. I told them where I had my muscle and body aches and they worked on those areas a little longer and I still got a full body massage. We need to tell the massage therapist where we hurt, and let them know how strong or soft we need it. Communication is key! I woke with both feet sore and looked up a massage place near me online. I loved that I could schedule and pay online. Because I asked a question, they called and I ended up with the 40 minute foot, leg and hand reflexology massage. When I got there I was put in the front room with a big chair recliner. Jonathan started with my calf and worked down to my foot after working on both legs he finished off with my hands. He asked about the pressure, and by the time I left my feet and hands were absolutely relaxed! They do a AMAZING REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE... Jonathan is THE BEST! Jonathan is worth his weight in diamonds! I've returned once so far for a 60 minute full body massage and added 30 minutes for reflexology with someone else. She was good, but JONATHAN WORKED MIRACLES! To the owners, think about adding a 60 minute foot massage option that covers the whole body (contact me I'll give you a few companies that you can try out). You have the set up already! I have been going here for 4 years, recommended so many people, hisband, daughter, mother all go there. But i think they have new owners who are frauds. My mom got 2 gift cards for me and my husband . I tried to redeem $65 card last sunday. They claimed no money in it. And then said sorry. Then gave me $100 courtsey gift card as someone didnt put money in the gift cards sold to my mom. Today they said $25 left on that gift card as we charged $75 for the massage on sunday. Come get it. Massage that I already paid for thru my mom's girt card + $10 cash as the massage cost has gone upto $75. What frauds and no way to run a business and treat a loyal customer. Am I missing something? Called beforehand to confirm they are experienced in providing DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE. The friendly person said yes. They told me they've been at the location for a number of years. Sounds positive. Was received by friendly staff. No clip board of paperwork to fill out, no sit around and drink lemon water for 15 minutes. I appreciate the speediness. The massage was NOT deep tissue. In fact, I'd be surprised to learn that the masseuse had any formal training in massage therapy at all. It actually felt like a massage by someone imitating a massage they saw earlier on YouTube. Very nice people but the whole point of a massage is to relax. I booked two sessions of reflexology. I was told to be there at 2:30. When I got there was told that " I don't know why they told you to come at 2:30 because the therapists are booked until 2:50". I had just driven in a heavy thunderstorm to get there on time. So I waited 20 minutes. No big deal. But then during our session, which was only a 30 minute session, the gentleman giving my son a massage walked away three times to talk to different walk in customers. No extra time given so he probably got a 20 minute massage at best. Actually 15 minutes because I noticed the time they started and ended and it was 25 minutes. And finally, at the end of the massage, my technician dried my legs with the hardest, cheapest towel in the world. Felt land sandpaper and really felt very uncomfortable. I like the location and they were nice. I would maybe give this place a second chance but would ask if they will have enough staff to not interrupt the session multiple times. I will try a few other places in the area before I decide which place I will use on a regular basis. read more

I have gone to my fair share of spas and honestly, happy feet still tends to be one of my favorite massage places. My favorites are Yvette, Andy, Maria and Francisco. They take out the knots while still allowing you to relax. For the price you really can't beat this place since the masseuses are extremely well trained and knowledgable on what they're doing. There's another lady that works there, I'm not sure what her name is but she's the only other person who works there who isn't listed as my favorites. She works well with the foot massages I've heard but do NOT let her touch your back because you will leave with more pain than you went in with. read more

I go to Happy Feet knowing that I am not going to get the best massage but I typically do get a halfway decent one at an inexpensive price, which is a rare find in this part of Miami. My most recent visit, on the other hand, was definitely the WORST massage experience of my life. I believe my masseuse's name was Francisco. He started my session by asking what kind of pressure I would like for my massage, having my fair share of massages I asked for hard. That may have been a mistake as he took "hard" to mean fast-paced, vigorous and abrupt. Through my entire hour massage I did not have a moment of relaxation, on the contrary my adrenaline was pumping with my eyes popping out of my head underneath my towel. I don't know what massage school my masseuse went to but thoroughly "baby-shaking" all of my body parts MULTIPLE times does NOT feel good and it is definitely NOT relaxing. I don't think anyone wants to be jiggled with both hands. I mean, WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!?! Towards the end of the massage, he "stretched" my knees to my chest and let me just say that I am thankful that I left my panties on, if not my lady parts would have been fully exposed. The ENTIRE experience extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Before this experience I had a relatively positive opinion of Happy Feet. Now, I am scared to go back and most likely won't. read more

this is the absolutely "worst" place to work with. called to make an appointent. they texted me the day before to confirm. "then" they texted me yet again the morning of my appointment to confirm. then, they texted me (after i drove there and was outside their "locked and closed door) when i received another text that unfortunately they could not find someone to give me a massage. i was furious after all the confirmations. i called and asked who the manager was. was told his name was peter. i texted and left over 7 messages for him to call me back to discuss what happened and what to do. peter or no one from this company ever called me back. stay far far away from them. they have no idea how to run a business or treat people. wish i could give them les than 1 star, but not an option. read more

This was my second visit to this location. First time I had an awesome massage. Today I had the massage from hell. As one reviewer posted, I was shaken, tapped and exposed over and over. The massage therapist spoke very little English ( I think he was Francisco) so I felt out of control. He massaged at the top of my thighs that was very inappropriate! I voiced my disapproval but he only moved his fingers a few inches. At one point he lifted me to a sitting position and the sheet fell off me!! If I could have left then I would.
