I had an amazing experience at this location yesterday. I booked a 4:30 pm appointment. There's parking downstairs and you take an elevator to the third floor. The staff here are friendly and so so so sweet. The front desk girl and Caitlin, who did my injections, made me feel comfortable through out my process. I came nervous. I asked my injector, Caitlin (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) many questions and expressed my anxiety. I can't believe how patient she was with me. Came in for the new client lip filler & lip flip. This was my best visit ever getting fillers and tox. My injector was a qualified RN who talked me through every step of the process and she did a really good job explaining aftercare and making sure I had everything I needed to take home with me. The office is super easy to find, they validate parking, they take tap to pay, it's aesthetic and clean inside and they have a good number of staff so the process was quick. I'll def post some before and after pictures after I've healed. I was a little nervous about getting the lip flip since it was the first time I had the procedure. I showed them my reference photo (Chloe cherry lol) and they suggested I get the lip flip so I could reach my results. One thing about me...I am a tox girlie! There's nothing like a fresh full face of the golden elixir to make me feel extra confident, so when I heard all the good things about Naked MD, I knew I had to try. Arrived on time for my 11:00am appointment, checked in, and was greeted by the lovely Ty who got me started with my renewal facial. Ok, so this facial was so wonderful and thorough! I couldn't believe that it was a complimentary add on to my appointment! I haven't gotten a facial in a bit and Ty was wonderful. She calmly talked me through my problem areas, asked about my routine, and got to work! I think most med spas can take a page out of NakedMD's book and add this offering. It beautifully goes hand in hand with the rest of the appointment and it really rounds out a self care morning like mine. Next, Ty walked me to my Botox appointment (great customer service btw) where I met with the consultant about the areas I wanted treated (honestly I always want everything but my darn budget won't allow it). 1 Star -- January 2026 I sought care at the Beverly Hills location to address ongoing lip filler migration that happened from NakedMD Santa Monica. What followed was a five-month correction process involving multiple dissolver appointments, yet the migration was never fully resolved. Scheduling follow-up care was consistently difficult, and progress felt prolonged rather than solution-focused. Over time, I also noticed structural changes to the shape and trajectory of my lips, even in areas where filler was no longer present. When a fourth dissolver appointment was discussed, I was unexpectedly sent legal paperwork requiring me to sign a general release prior to treatment -- something that had never been disclosed earlier in the process. I was also informed of a preset limit on dissolver before any in-person reassessment had occurred. At that point, I canceled all remaining appointments and sought corrective care elsewhere, where the issue was immediately acknowledged. This experience significantly impacted my confidence and peace of mind. I can't recommend Naked MD Beverly Hills for lip filler or corrective care. read more

BE CAREFUL. Horrible service, a few of the nurses were extremely unprofessional. They were yelling at each other and getting into arguments claiming "it was fine because no one was in the office" - meanwhile I'm sitting in the room hearing this altercation. They don't follow a specific standard order of operations and put numbing cream on my face prior to getting an all clear signal from a designated doctor. I went in for my first appointment today at their Beverly Hills office, and I have to say--from the moment I booked my appointment to the time I checked out--everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Before my Botox, I received my one-hour complimentary facial with Ty. She was very knowledgeable, had the gentlest touch, and made my skin look absolutely radiant--like the famous Korean glass skin! What I really appreciated was how she educated me throughout the facial, explaining what products work best for my specific skin type. She made it clear that skincare isn't one-size-fits-all and gave me personalized recommendations from the NAKED MD product line to help maintain my results. SHE WAS THE DOCTOR and she didn't KNOW. The health department should be all over them. Regret every penny I gave them. When I asked why I can't just get the pen that it comes in her response was "well Ill have to charge you more" MAKES NO SENSE. .5mg for 4 weeks is the entire pen why would I be charged more??? Today was my second trip to this location for Botox, and I had the best experience I've had so far. First of all, the office is very aesthetic and calming. My injector Nairi was amazing - super sweet and strategic with mapping out my face. Her pokes were also very gentle, I barely felt anything at all and I hate needles! She did this little tapping on your face while injecting and it really helped distract from the process. I was in and out & back to my day within 20 minutes.
