I am very pleased. I have a 2016 Chevy van that had terrible squeaking rear suspension. The fix was new leaf springs and shackles. Outlander, gave me a reasonable quote and quick time frame for repair. The day of the repair went smoothly. They were finshed in a few hours. The shop even bagged up, the hard to get plastic spacers, that go in-between the leaf springs. They said I should hold onto them for future use, if need be. That is going the extra mile. I also liked the whole scheduling process with text reminders of my repair date. This shows professionalism in the use of modern communication. read more

My experience with Outlander Motorsports Concord has been pretty poor. Initially went in for an alignment and was told the LCA's needed to be replaced. I decided to return at another time with the parts, Julian botched putting the front skid plate back on by incorrectly reinstalling one of the bolts. Gave them another chance by dropping off my truck for three days to install a set of LCA's and gusset cam tabs. Thought everything was fine and even came back to them for retorquing the alignment bolts after the break in period. Fast forward a couple months later, I'm informed by another off road shop that the gusset cam tabs weren't even painted and the weld beads aren't done well. It looks like someone just eye balled it. Reached out to Jamie immediately with the photos, at first he was very dismissive and stated he would need three days to fix the issue. Giving me the whole run about of why three days is warranted. Cam tabs are a one day job, not three days. I would be very leery of bringing your vehicle to them. read more

I'm a first-time customer. I tried to DIY my (vendor-assembled) Bilstein 6112 level kit on my 2020 Chevy Colorado - only to run into an issue with the top ring not fitting the top mount. With our family adventure trip coming, I don't have the time to ship back to the vendor to fix. So, I purchased the factory top ring from Chevrolet Concord and drove to Outlander Motorsports to see if they can help me swap the top ring. Then I met Jamie. Awesome guy. Down to earth and very easy to work with. I felt at ease. So, I asked if they can book me in for the top ring swap, suspension install, oil change and alignment. He was able to accommodate me and scheduled the work for the next day! How great is that?!! Julian not a guy to work with and definitely not to trust. After me making sure he able to works on my Prerunner and making sure everything will be done on the professional level like he promised everything went down to leaking bearings much more.... I have full reports of what he did from another shop described as hazard repairs and NOT to be trusted. The amount of money he asked over price and I did agree but not for what a got. Martinez Outlander Motorsports botched the installation of front springs (Bilstein 6112's) on my 2020 Toyota Tundra. It took them a day and a half to install the front springs and new Upper Control Arms along with add-a-leave springs and shocks (Bilstein 5160's) in the rear. Upon taking delivery of my Tundra, I discovered a loud clunking sound coming from my driver's side front suspension. When I took the Tundra back, Jamie (shop owner) kept it for two days to diagnose the problem but was unsuccessful in resolving the problem. He was insistent the problem was not from the install, but rather from bad body mounts, bad sway bar bushings or perhaps a loose CV axel. Any way, after two days he was unable to resolve the issue let a lone identify the cause of the noise. He release the truck back to me with the noisy front suspension unresolved. With Martinez Outlands Motorsports unable and unwilling to resolve their installation failings, I took my Tundra to an off-road performance shop in Union City and after hearing the clunking noise from the front suspension, the owner of the shop immediately identified the noise coming from the driver's side front shock assembly. The problem was quickly resolved by removing the shocks, disassembling them and reassembling them before reinstallation. Problem resolved, no more clunking sounds. If you need work on your off-road vehicle, stay far away from Martinez Outlander Motorsports. read more

Customer service, more accurate diagnosis! They mis diagnosed a sticky unlubricated yoke on the driveshaft for an unrepairable transfer case. They quoted a $4,000.00 replacement, turns out it was the driveshaft issue. Then they wouldn't return my calls to talk about it. I just wanted to let them know that I fixed it myself, I don't know if it was intentional but If I left it there to have them fix it I would be out the $4,000.00. read more

These people are miracle workers and are super nice and accommodating. I had taken my WRX to 2 different Les Schwab's and the Subaru dealership twice who both turned me down for trying to figure out what was wrong with my car ( I had 2-3 different clunking noises from the suspension, but because they were after market parts they couldn't help me). I took my car here and they were able to diagnose each noise and also lift my car up a little bit (was way too low before) and now my car is running it's best! I've had my 2002 Tundra's custom suspension serviced by Jamie for a couple years now. Jamie is patient, honest and has a work ethic that, sadly, is few and far between. He goes way above and beyond and never sells me things I don't need. I actually wrote this a few weeks ago but forgot to post! Sorry Jamie! Quick, easy, accommodating, and a fraction of the cost having a hitch installed by the dealer. Jamie installed a hitch to my new Q5 Sportback. To do this, the rear bumper needs to be removed (amongst other panels) in order to attach the hitch to the rear face of the bumper spar.
