Located in San Juan Capistrano, this beautiful little gem is upstairs right above Starbucks. The inside of the salon is very clean, and very well decorated. The reason why I am writing this review is because I was very happy with the service that I received here today. Not once, did the person doing my eyebrows hurt me. Yes, getting your eyebrows threaded is not the most painless experience. This time though, I felt almost no pain whatsoever. I feel that if someone is going really hard on your eyebrows and hurting your eyelids, then they have no idea what they are doing. Here, they did not hurt my eyelids at all. They were slower, and more precise with what they were doing to my eyebrows. The atmosphere of the salon was actually very modern and beautiful. They have nice lighting, cute couches, and wall accents. These touches, make the salon very comfortable and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends. I just got my brows done and this place is horrible. I grew my brows out for a couple of months to get them done properly and went here due to the high reviews. My mistake. I showed her pictures, explained that I wanted them to remain thick. Instead, she completely thinned them out and also created spaces. Parking gets a little confusing but they are upstairs and there is plenty of parking. It's in the same plaza as Starbucks. They took my appointment right away and I had lots of waxing to do . Mala took care of me and she is not only amazing with how she waxes .... I am not kidding when I say it did not hurt! I anticipated it but she was quick and efficient. I did my nose too. If you have never tried it (even if your hair doesn't show-mine doesn't) but it feels amazing! Trust me it does not hurt at all. Threading was so gentle and no nicks or anything (redness etc). I usually go to the one in Newport but this one is closer to my house and I really liked Mala. This is my new place! First time getting my eyebrows done since COVID began, so my eyebrows were worse for wear to say the least. I did what i could voy tweezing, but there is nothing like getting a professional to clean and shape them up. I was so excited to find my perfect brows because i could get my eyebrows threaded and get a lash lift. I made an appointment through yelp for Saturday morning and they were not busy. I was seated right away and they started on my eyebrows. Luckily it wasn't too painful. And then she moved onto my lash lift. I had previously gone to another salon in Dana Point. I have pretty thick eyelashes and they do not hold a curl so I was curious to see how they would hold up after this treatment here. The whole process took about an hour for both my eyebrows and eyelashes. I am three days out and wow - my eyelashes look great! Definitely better than the last place i went to. They have not died down and the curl has stayed. I could not recommend this place enough. And to boot, they are much cheaper than the other salon and much nicer (at the other salon you're seriously just paying for the "aesthetic") I did not catch the name of the woman that did my eyelashes and eyebrows. But she was so nice and so attentive and super quick. I will definitely be back! read more

Love this place! Highly recommend either Kat (Tuesdays only) or Mona (Wednesday's/Friday's). Mona was my go to girl somewhere else but they were charging too much so I started coming here and coincidentally I found out she's here as well! ‍ they're both awesome at threading eyebrows and giving you that perfect shape. I went here for a lash lift and my lashes are completely destroyed from it, I am so upset. They do not have the experience to do lash lifts and over processed mine BIG time. They were ok for a few days and then they went completely frizzy and just a mess. I have never seen my lashes like this and it's going to take months for them to grow back to normal. Yep! Owner gave me wax service, and honored her word from yesterday. She was friendly and conversational (I asked a lot of questions), and provided a very thorough service. She did the whole shebang, front and back, tweezed the details, and a total wipe down. You can buy a packaged deal where you purchase 5 services, get 1 free. So 5 brazilian wax @ $30 each = $150 for total of 6, which comes down to $25 each. Give them at least a 24 hours if you plan on booking your appointment online. I was making a quick break at Starbucks on my way to Irvine from San Diego and I always stop by Ortega Hwy. I suddenly thought about getting my brows done because there aren't many that offer threading in San Diego and those that do charge at least $12 where in LA the pricing is more competitive and inexpensive. Much to my surprise I found one within close proximity (and I discovered another Starbucks much closer off Ortega). It was not busy at all, they had only been open a few months so I was greeted immediately by the two ladies working and I was seated right away. I was in an out within a few minutes. I really wanted to like this place, but I'm not happy with how my brows came out. I told the lady exactly what I wanted and still she over threaded them and I ended up with really really thin brows and one side is thinner than the other and she made the arch so off compared to the other. Normally I wouldn't care much as hair does grow back, but the fact that it takes a month and a half to grow my brows just enough to get them done and now they are even thinner makes me annoyed. Love this place. I used to go to Artesia to get my brows threaded, but it's far and I have no other reason to go out there, so I tried finding a place in OC. I didn't have any luck. They were either not very good or way too busy that I didn't feel I was given proper time and attention. Then, I found Perfect Brows, and all was right in the world again. Para is amazing. I prefer to have my brows be a little thicker and just shaped and cleaned up. She keeps my needs in mind, and does my brows so well. Whenever I am in town I stop here to have my eyebrows threaded. Anyone of the ladies are skilled and know how to make my eyebrows look good. My eyebrows are now thicker, shaped to fit my face and symmetrical. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. The one thing I don't like is that they say they close at 6pm on Saturday's and it says that on their signs but they really close closer to 5:50pm. I have to say everyone I have met there has been nice and the face threading service is good BUT I decided to try the "lash lift" there for the first time and it was the worst decision ever! First of all the lady Mona who did my lash lift also did the lower lashes by accident instead of just doing the upper lashes. After she finds out that she did the lower lashes she just laughs about it. My lower lashes are sticking out with a weird shape and it's been over a month that I look like this. My upper lashes don't look any better, each lash goes toward a different direction after a couple days and you end up looking ridiculous and it is not reversible either!! I don't know how long more my lashes will look strange like this. It is very very frustrating. I can't put mascara on because it will make my lashes look worse. I do NOT recommend lash lift at this location at all and really regret doing it. read more
