Front desk is horrible, the woman has such an attitude. Can't stress enough, how bad her attitude was for no reason. Then they kept saying my insurance doesn't cover pharmacy, made me pay out of pocket, then my insurance had to call them 3/4 times just to get them to say "oh we fixed it, thanks." And my insurance was shocked and said "we have no idea what's going on at this pharmacy, such weird interactions we had when contacting them." I used to come here for 15 years, then moved, returned and went here again, but I won't return unless that front desk is different. My family doesn't go here anymore either but I decided to give them a try still - I see why they stopped. read more

the first time i had my prescription filled here they were kind and said that they could fill my particular order (which has a shortage) when i go through them. Since then every time i have called to fill my prescription they have been unwilling to even be kind or helpful in doing so. Unwilling to even say they would TRY order it. I have been happily having my prescriptions filled at Robertson Center Pharmacy for 27 years! Tony and Mike don't look old enough for that to be true so we must have all been babies. LOL! I am a Type 1 Diabetic who has a large monthly prescription list and they never make a mistake. If I forget something they remind me! I cannot imagine them not being part of my life. Found this pharmacy when I was desperate to track down the right dose of lovinox for my mother. I was in Denver on vacation and she was in LA and I had to send a friend to pick up the shots. No pharmacy in the area had either lovinox at all or the proper dosage per syringe but this pharmacy was quick to accommodate us and made the entire transaction so simple. Great pharmacy! I had never really considered customer service at a pharmacy until I went to this one. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to assist you. My prescription was out of stock everywhere I tried ( about 8 places) and only Mike offered to call me when it was in. All the others just dismissed me with a "sorry, we don't have it" made me feel like I was a nuisance. I had to wait for days for these people to get my meds delivered. I called and they said they had delivered the SAME MEDICATION to me and ALMOST charged me twice for medication I ALREADY HAD. Because they messed up and delivered the same medication I already had to me they couldn't or WOULDN'T deliver the medication I actually needed. Because of this I was in medication withdraw for days.
