Just letting everybody know that the doctor is not a sugar coat but she makes sure that her patient could build up their strength and collaborate with diet in order to get the quality, which you do, you will. I believe this location only dispenses meds, not sure. Anyways i made an appt. For the same day I think they take walk-ins also. The girls are really nice, no one else was there but me. I get weighed, measure my BMI, next step is a consulation as to what exacts foods to stay away from and which foods are ok. Then they switch off and the doctor comes in, he is very nice. Asks me medical questions and writes out a pill cocktail. I am then escorted to another room for my B-12 shot, the young hispanic girl was friendly and we make small talk, she says she doesnt recognize me and asks if im new. I said yes this is my first visit. She replies that her regular patients have been coming for years! Wow they must be rich! I then wait outside for the girl to dispense my meds. They go over everything! Which is great but lots of pills to remember. Im giving them 4 stars for helping me lose 5 lbs in 2weeks. I dont think I can afford to keep going. Its too expensive for me $5O/week is just too crazy. ----------- FYI if u decide to visit make sure u ask for the correct B12 dosage. Theres some miscommunication between the staff. I paid for a 2 week shot and almost received a 1 week shot. Luckily I asked right before.

Dr. Cheng explains every step of the treatment beforehand and while she's actually removing the hair. She's very easygoing and more importantly gentle. Hair removal hurts, and Dr. Cheng is really good about adjusting the settings on her machine to find what will work for you, your tolerance, and your skin tone/hair thickness. She even offered me numbing cream, but I politely declined as I was familiar with the pain from laser hair removal from before. She has current/up-to-date machines, which I noticed right away was different than the prior place I had been to. She is efficient and really works with you to ensure your time and money is not wasted. She completed my treatments in half the sessions of my Groupon debacle and even offered to help me complete my unfinished area "as needed" since we weren't sure exactly how many sessions it would take to completely fix/finish the Groupon debacle. She confirmed my appointment the day before and she followed up with me a few days later to see if I was doing okay! What great communication!
