I will die, be born again, die again and be born again before I ever step foot here again. I showed up on time for my 5:20 appointment. I sat there. I waited. And I waited. And while I sat there, trying to hold on to a shred of patience (I am trying to turn over a new leaf) I watched one of their employees take a full, leisurely lunch break as if no one was waiting. She moved with the urgency of a snail on Ambien. No rush. No apology. Not even a flicker of awareness that there was a literal line of people waiting to be served. 6:15 rolls around. That's nearly an hour of my life I will never get back. And when she finally decided to start working again, she called someone else. Someone whose appointment was after mine. When I spoke up--because clearly, the concept of a schedule here is a joke--she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. No apology. No accountability. No attempt to make it right. Let me be crystal clear: this place does not care about you. They do not care about your time, your money, or your existence. You'd be better off shaving at home. The floor, walls and air are all salt and it's incredible relaxing to lay back in the zero gravity chairs. After, they have a tea room with lots of tea options and locally made mugs. The warm, little globe salt lamps are a favorite and I think one will be coming home with me next time!

The tech told me that I will lose five lashes a day ( should have left immediately after hearing that) , she didn't seal them afterwards and told me she would not ( my fault again). So I did not go back did not call back. Figured it was my dumb choice to allow the tech to do this to me. When she finished I didn't have a graduate look, the lashes started mostly in the center of my eyes and I asked for those to be filled, instead she took some out she said to balance. Shame on me but not a fool to go back. So I really paid $200 she wanted $225, so I got a slight discount for my lashes to look cute for that one day.

I did my own research on what they recommended & I understand why others would suggest cream that turn over skin cells. Called back to ask for that cream and was told I needed to come back in the office. For one of the most commonly prescribed skin creams by dermatologists. I swear you would have thought they were prescribing a controlled narcotic. I think this was just an attempt at a money grab to bill my insurance and I just gave up as I do not feel I should have to beg for treatment.
