She is not allowed to retire ever, even though I have. She does great cuts and color if you need someone to do your hair. I love the girl that I go to, to do my nails at," My Salon," she is the BEST!!! But the people who rent here at My Salon are very rude and just vindictive. One particular person who we believe is the one who sent a complain to the owner which by the way I found out today who the real owner was and she has Pink hair, and not a early 50 y/o lady with blonde long hair with a Louis Vuitton purse who walks around and told my husband one day, "you can't be on your phone," which was completely understandable which make noise not to be in the phone, but she stated she was the owner. Apparently she is not the owner. I actually saw the actual owner today. That same blonde lady even told me," you were to loud (ie. To my husband) and your baby is to loud as well. This is a place for relaxation and not taking or making sounds," so till this day we try to hide my baby in our lady suite or my husband walks outside so there is not that much noise in the salon. We only come here 1 x every two weeks to get my nails done because my lady is amazing! Today I experience the lady from the salon right across the waiting room ," Lena Hair Studio," suite 403 close the door in my face and give me a bad look that we were there in the waiting room , as we are a disturbance to her and her clients. Which I can see she can be another individual who complained about us as well. A few month ago someone complained to my lady that my husband was again making noise and my baby and he was actually in his lap too working with NO NOISE, and I even asked her to look at the cameras because he was not making noise and my lady knows he was not because we had the door open and we did not hear any sounds at all. I believe everyone should be welcome and respected, and not treated rude when coming here to get my nails done which is once every two weeks. They even put a sign on their little table complaining about sounds. I am sure that we are NOT the only ones that make sounds there. Other people sit there as well AND MAKE NOISES WHICH I have encountered before when I have gone to do my nails, and nobody has complained to them. read more

She was able to brighten my face with a smile just from the first interaction I had with her when she first styled my hair when I first met her in San Jose for my hair trial for my Wedding day. What is up with hair stylists, nail techs, and massage therapists constantly moving around in this town?! As soon as I find one I like, they move and I have to follow them to a new salon. Luckily, Adrianna Hernandez's hair skills are totally worth any drive. Enter MSS and find a small lobby- a screen shows who is available for walk in services and which stylists are in which rooms. Use the touchpad to buzz in and make your way to their assigned room. It reminded me of a dorm of beauty services- lashes, nails, and various hair services all available under one roof from different staff. Building is nicely decorated, rooms are clean. Metal and glass partitions separate service areas and keep the space from feeling closed in. I like the concept! Adrianna is amazing with hair- color, cut, and style were all awesome. Appointment went quick because she's so easy to talk to, and I left looking and feeling a million times better- isn't that why we come to places like this in the first place?! Wonderful organic, vegan pedicure from Karen! I am so happy I finally found a nail technician that does everything with organic, non-toxic and vegan products! The location is quite secure (they have to buzz you in). Her suite is very relaxing and comfortable. The decor is cute and girly, and the vibe is more intimate than a typical salon setting. I especially loved the copper tub to soak my feet in! Karen is sweet, hard-working and pays close attention to detail. I really enjoyed my one-hour pampering session! I went to suite 14 room 404 to get my nails done. The worst acrylic set I have ever had! it took this girl 2 hrs and not even 3 hours later one completely fell off, I mean completely off my fingernail as if it was a press on nail.. The next morning while opening my drawer another one of my middle nails fell, they just continued to break off by middle of the day I had 4 broken nails. And I am a secretary! At this point I no longer wanted them fixed I wanted my money back. I just took them off which by the way didn't even hurt they came right off ( I attached a pic of my nail beds) I have had nails on for 2 weeks that hurt like hell to even break or attempt to take off! I am now being ignored from this young lady as she no longer answers my messages for a resolution. read more

I came to the appointment feeling nervous because my pervious haircuts were so horrible I never got a haircut for 2 years until today. Right when I walked into Amy's room I knew I was in good hands. We went over what I wanted and she guided me to my perfect haircut. She took into consideration of my face shape and what complimented it, which was one of my biggest things. When I first went to Amy my goal was to be platinum, she was honest and told me it would take a process and it wouldn't be cheap I respected that from her. I knew she had lighten my hair before we've done anything to be honest after three attempts I was impatient and did not like the blond on me. I waited about two months then I started to think of colors I wanted to try I sent you a few pictures I also made comments about pictures with comments about what I like and what I did not like about the hair colors in the highlights. I went to see Aimee for a cut and a Brazilian Blowout and it was hands down the best experience!! This review is for Studio K, (Suite 105), for both Kelby and Kim, the sister duo! Let's start with Kelby! I've been going to Kelby for my hair ever since I moved to Vegas almost 2 years ago and no one else has touched my hair since. She works wonders with my hair and keeps it healthy and shiny. One thing I love most about Kelby is that she keeps it real. I started with really dark hair and transitioned to blonde. I wanted to go more ash brown but that would require really bleaching my hair. She was really upfront and told me that in order to get my hair that color, it would require several sessions in order to maintain the integrity of my hair and not fry it. I appreciate her honesty and caring for the well being of my hair. She's very sweet and flexible with scheduling. I'm in nursing school so there have been a few times I've had to cancel and reschedule and she's more than accommodating. I recommend her to all my friends and family. Also, her prices are really reasonable in comparison to other places I've seen which is allows for a broke college student as myself to afford. Now for Kim! Kim is an amazing esthetician! I started going to her a few months back and my skin has not looked any better. I started with a basic facial and I loved how Kim explained every thing she was doing and the products she was using on my face as well as what it does and how it will help my skin. She was very gentle and I actually fell asleep a few times during my facial because I was that relaxed. She massages your face, head, and even your arms which is the icing on the cake. My second facial I had with her was a microdermabrasion which was done to help with some of my acne scarring and I immediately saw a difference in my skin. My skin has is a lot more even and smooth since the facial. I can only imagine how much better my skin will be after the next few sessions with her. read more

Had an appointment with Lindsey from lashinglocks and I was extremely disappointed. I had to wait a while to get an appointment. I texted her telling her My lashes were super balled and asked if she was able to give me some more time to fill my lashes and she said she was booked and that I could only get the hour that I had originally scheduled. I wasn't upset and totally understandable. The problem didn't start until she was telling me that she was going to charge me for a full set because my lashes were so balled... even though I was only getting an hour of her time (where a full set takes 2 hours) and she admitted that my lashes would not be as full as a regular full set.... what I don't understand is why I am paying for a FULL SET when I am NOT getting the same amount of time or product as I would if I actually got a full set. I told her I agreed that my fill should be more expensive but asking me to pay for time and product I don't have is ridiculous.
