One particular person who we believe is the one who sent a complain to the owner which by the way I found out today who the real owner was and she has Pink hair, and not a early 50 y/o lady with blonde long hair with a Louis Vuitton purse who walks around and told my husband one day, "you can't be on your phone," which was completely understandable which make noise not to be in the phone, but she stated she was the owner. Apparently she is not the owner. I actually saw the actual owner today. That same blonde lady even told me," you were to loud (ie. To my husband) and your baby is to loud as well. This is a place for relaxation and not taking or making sounds," so till this day we try to hide my baby in our lady suite or my husband walks outside so there is not that much noise in the salon. We only come here 1 x every two weeks to get my nails done because my lady is amazing! Today I experience the lady from the salon right across the waiting room ," Lena Hair Studio," suite 403 close the door in my face and give me a bad look that we were there in the waiting room , as we are a disturbance to her and her clients. Which I can see she can be another individual who complained about us as well. A few month ago someone complained to my lady that my husband was again making noise and my baby and he was actually in his lap too working with NO NOISE, and I even asked her to look at the cameras because he was not making noise and my lady knows he was not because we had the door open and we did not hear any sounds at all. I believe everyone should be welcome and respected, and not treated rude when coming here to get my nails done which is once every two weeks. They even put a sign on their little table complaining about sounds. I am sure that we are NOT the only ones that make sounds there. Other people sit there as well AND MAKE NOISES WHICH I have encountered before when I have gone to do my nails, and nobody has complained to them.

Saw his listing for a complimentary haircut, wash and blow dry for a few years through HouseSeats so decided to give him a try. Made an appointment for 1pm. Got there at 12:45 and checked in on the computer. 1:05 and nobody came out to get me so I checked in again. Still nobody. Then at 1:14pm, I called and no answer so left a message. At 1:20 I asked other business owners which office space is Patrick and they pointed it out. I knocked and went in and told him I'm his 1pm appointment. He said did you check in and I told him yes, 3 times and also called and left a message. Never apologized for came out to look for me. He sat me down around 1:25pm and asked what I wanted so told him to just trim about 1/2" off the sides and the top and leave the back alone except for the very bottom to trim up 1/2". He started with using an electric hair clipper with a specific length and started running it up the sides of my head and then on the back. At that instant it's too late to tell him to stop. So I just let him proceed and was hoping the best. Definitely not what I wanted. Then he sprayed my hair at the top of my head and coughed a couple times into his hand then immediately wiped it on my hair as if he was putting my hair down. That was disgusting. Then he used the sheers and cut the top part of my hair very quickly and in less than 5 minutes, the job was done and he was about to dismiss me but I told him there is a little area he needed to trim down so he did that. Never did he wash or dry my hair. Never did he even use a mirror to check if I am satisfied with the cut. This has to be the quickest haircut I've ever gotten in my entire 60+ years. Patrick shouldn't be allowed to operate in such a nice establishment. I don't usually judge people but this person gave me bad vibes from the beginning. Instead of trying to gain a new client, he just got himself a bad review. Beware of Patrick. He is a person who does not take pride in his work. Not friendly either. I still gave him a tip but I should have just walked out.

Not so great. I wish I was told to wash my extensions before coming in that way I would have fresh clean extensions put back in. I was told my hair would be washed I figured my extensions in my head would too? But that wasn't the case. Also because my hair was crimped and when re installed and tried to curl the hair It looked a hot mess. My hair wasn't washed properly my scalp had a ton of glue in it still when it was being blow dried.
