Ashley is THE BEST! Whenever I am in town I always make sure I get my hair done by her. I trust her completely with my hair and I always get soo many compliments after. She really takes the time to talk about what you want, and what would look best. 10/10!! There is easy parking which is always the best, and it's in a really cute shopping center. Right as you walk in you're greeting by the friendly staff, and offered water, coffee, or tea. The salon is always really clean and smells amazing! I would recommend this place to all of my friends. I needed pedi badly. Found this place randomly near by my place. I went twice and used Groupon for my manicure and pedicure. Jacqueline did my mani & pedi. She was nice but gel manicured chipped within a day. And as I'm leaving the store clerk asked if I tipped the lady. First I already tipped her, just thought it was rude to ask. I've never been reminded from any salon to tip before. Maybe they should pay there nail stylist more salary than bagging customers for more tip. When I went a month later for my pedi, Jacqueline has quit so I had to get mine done by another lady. I was also asked about the tip again when I was paying in the front. read more

I bought a gel mini and petty on Groupon three weeks ago and immediately made an appointment for 9 AM this morning as I am traveling out of state on vacation tomorrow. Yesterday I got a reminder to be there at 9 AM to see Jennifer so I arrived early. An employee arrived who was opening the store and I asked her if she was jennifer She told me that jennifer had just called and would not be able to help me today. I explained that I was leaving town and on vacation the next day and while she made an effort, she was unable to accommodate me. Fortunately, Nails R Us a few doors down took me in immediately and did a fabulous job. Just waiting for Groupon to refund me for the money spent. Will not be coming back. read more

Decided to take my daughter for her first haircut. I've never been here before but I was blown away by everyone and how sweet they were. Kids aren't always welcomed so warmly in salons so this was really quite a great experience. Ashley H did her cut and it turned out so cute! I've been going here since it was Kaya beauty, and I'm so pleased with the new ownership and lower, more reasonable prices. I stopped going for 2 years because it felt obnoxious to pay those prices, however a few months ago, I desperately needed my hair done so I bit the bullet and went back while it was still Kaya. Since then, I received a phone call informing me of the change in ownership, and I went online to check out the prices and I was so thrilled to see they almost halved the prices from what they were. Ashley has highlighted my hair twice now, and I can confidently say she will be my new hair stylist moving forward. The head massage during shampoo is my absolute favorite! Ashley is also great at communicating with me to make sure I'm happy with the final product, and I always walk out feeling so beautiful and rejuvenated. Everyone else on staff is also so friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant experience. I 10/10 recommend Ashley and VT Salon and Medspa. read more
