The Subs are done well here, that also goes for the boba. As for the other items on the menu like Bo kho, pho and others they are not that great. Timing is also not that great. I love going here after work and treating myself to a small treat. My personal favorite is the vanilla milk tea with popping strawberry boba! It's so amazing and simple but it is on the sweet side. The menu is 95% Vietnamese but they do have Thai and Korean dishes too. I got the Seasons' special banh mi sandwich and a strawberry/banana boba tea. The bread was what made the sandwich awesome. Nice and warm, crispy outside and soft inside, it was well done! All of the ingredients tasted fresh and was piled in. It was smaller than normal but well worth the $3.50. I was tempted to get another. The boba tea was nothing special. The young, bubbly cashier had a difficult time explaining what the special was and the kitchen needs to work on timing. I got my sandwich and finished it long before my drink came out. I also watched two girls walk out with nine (yes nine) drinks and they ordered them after me. The place is small with a handful of tables, some with a random chairs that seems out of place but the decor is fun and inviting. They also have a pastry case with dessert items like cupcakes, truffles, and assorted cakes and sweets. In addition, they have a variety of prepackaged Asian candy and cookies with hello Kitty items. I love this place! I have been here over 10 times, and everything I have tried has been great. Banh mi sandwiches - fresh. Papaya salad - my favorite! But be careful with how many peppers you ask for. I think I can only do 1 or 2. The last batch I ordered with 3 peppers was overkill. Love the sticky rice that comes with it. Chicken wings are delicious with the side dipping sauce and sticky rice. Bubble tea and boba are great. And of course, you must try the shaved ice to end the meal! The interior is clean and modern. What's not to love? this place is actually Laotion, or food from Laos. which is why you may find dishes slightly different then Vietnamese. So first off the food is amazing and they are open late everyday! until midnight on weekends and 10pm week days. There is a Shaved Milk Ice bar which is very good treat while you wait for food or after you eat!, it's condensed milk on shaved ice with choice of many toppings from fresh fruits to weird jelly cubes. I have been craving for papaya salad for quite some time now. I have a friend that really makes good papaya salad which is really spicy. But this papaya salad is really good too. They have big portions, and as much as I want to indulge myself and eat it on one sitting, I just can't lol, so saved some and I'll have them again tomorrow for lunch. Best place to get a vietnamese sandwich and boba around the St. Pete area. Whatever you like, they can customize. I particularly love their chicken wings and papaya salad. Probably the worst customer service available at a Asian establishment. I've been to many so I don't expect to much to start with but this place has made even my bad experience seems OK. Ordered 2 drinks off their menu and after half hour of waiting I confronted the cashier about my prepaid drinks. He says he's on it but after another 5mins I see 4 drinks for other customers which were after me. Needless to say I'm getting angry after this point. Banh mi is amazing! So fresh and delicious. I had their pho too. Good. Wish they'd serve culantro with it. Hot tea is delicious too( but they charge boba tea prices for it!!!$$). We were really surprised about this place! We had no idea what to expect, we didn't realize it is a Vietnamese restauaurant. But we love all Asian food & decided to try it. Plus, they have tons of Boba drinks to choose from - YUM. The place was pretty busy, even on an off time of day. Really good service. Very friendly clean environment. I ordered spring rolls and iced green tea. The spring rolls were good. I especially liked the mint in it. The iced green tea... That's a different story. HORRIBLE! This drink is beyond a reasonable doubt, spoiled. I can't get the taste out of my mouth. Boba is okay, but good enough since there aren't too many places here in St. Pete. Options are limited but they also do have food! My low review was mainly because of the rude people here. Staff was just awful today -8/21/15 at 5:45pm. I would rather cross the bridge and go to Naga Tea or Boba Cup. Staff over at those places are way nicer and the options are plenty as well. As a vegan this restaurant will cater to your needs and is understanding if they need to edit a meal to make it work for you. The fried rice and pad Thai are both fantastic, the boba is better than any other boba place I have tried in the Tampa area. The boyfriend was craving a freshly squeezed sugar cane drink so I googled a place and found Seasons Cafe. He was so happy and really liked the sugar cane drink that we had to go back the next day to grab 2 more just for him. This is a cute cafe and different from any other Vietnamese places I've been to in Tampa. I picked up the menu for the food and drinks and they were super sticky. Also the tables were sticky too, maybe they wiped the menu and the tables with the same towel. I tried the bun bo hue and it was average, I wish the noodles were propotional with the soup. After bun bo hue I saved room for a small shaved ice. I wanted a customized one so I told them taro ice, coffee jelly, custard pudding and condensed milk. It took them 15 minutes to make it and got my order wrong! They didn't listen to my order and gave me another order of shaved ice instead. Disappointed :/ read more

I was taken here by a buddy of mine. I ordered a Ban Mi, Vietnamese Iced Coffee, and spring rolls. The Ban Mi was delicious! I gave it four stars because I am a bigger fan of the Vietnamese restaurant named Ban Mi off of Waters Ave and Dale Mabry. I would definitely go back here if I am in the area. Unbelievable freshness, flavor, variety of textures in their bahn mi! They are so ridiculously good that we always order extra for the next day and they taste just as good then. This is one of our favorite places to go for banh mi and for iced Vietnamese coffee. Prices are reasonable and the decor is inviting. However, don't get the pad thai. For some odd reason they load it up with paprika, which doesn't belong in the dish. Everyone at our table agreed the pad thai was really bad. This place is a hole in the wall at US-19 and gandy next to the honeybaked ham store. If you blink you'll miss it, but don't. I ordered the typical bahn mi and was not disappointed. Service was very fast and the restaurant is really clean (if you're familiar with this strip of vietnamese restaurants, you know how rare that is.)
