Yum yum! I can't believe it took me so long to try this place! I ordered the chicken banh mi and a lychee iced tea. The French baguette tasted like it was fresh from the oven and the pickled veggies were fresh and tangy. For under 5 bucks it was a perfect lunch meal! They have a large variety of teas, both hot and iced. My lychee tea was a bit syruppy (I know that's not a word) but still good. I've been coming to Season's since they first opened. I love everything that I've ordered there but my favorite would have to be their porkroll sandwich. Their bread is always really fresh and has a nice crunch to it. I order it the way it comes but hold the butter and I add a bit of soy sauce. It's the best pork roll I've had. For drinks, I normally get their green tea with grass jelly which is really refreshing or their strong Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly. read more

This is my second time trying this restaurant. The first time was about five years ago. The first time I got one of their sandwiches. Their sandwiches are delicious ! This time around I tried their shrimp and avocado fresh rolls and their shrimp pad thai. Lots of flavor in both of these dishes. The spring rolls seemed as if they were previously made. Though the ingredients used were quality. When you first walk in you grab a menu. This place does not offer table service !It was mildly busy so we waited about 10 minutes to order. The inside of the restaurant isn't too fancy. This place is pretty casual. Great for quick weeknight dinners. My food came out quickly. No complaints the staff was friendly. My meal only came out to less than $14 which is great because I got an entire meal and an appetizer. Their portions are huge. Don't forget to check out their desserts to the left of the counter or grab a boba ! Parking may be limited due to multiple business in a small plaza, so car pool if possible. I find myself coming back here many times a week for their boba tea. Their milk teas with boba are very good. I generally get the vanilla milk tea with extra boba and egg custard. Very flavorful and still easy to drink with all of the extra ingredients added in. Their regular teas are also very good and I do recommend those as well. Their food is fresh and full of flavor and bite. The portions are large, the flavors are outstanding and every bite always includes a little bit of everything. The short ribs were soft and not tough whatsoever, the flavor was savory and well balanced. The meatball sandwich was a good size, very fresh with great bite from the vegetables. The meatballs were soft and perfectly seasoned. The bread for the sandwich was also fresh and very soft so the filling didn't spill out all over the plate. The spicy noodle and beef soup was a very large portion and came with the second plate of all the toppings you can add. The cabbage and bean sprouts gave it a very nice crunch and the basil added a nice touch to all of the flavors in the soup. The meatballs, once again, were soft and flavorful and the beef chunks were great as well. It's a great little spot for drinks and delicious food. This place is absolutely disgusting. My sister found a USED bandaid in her spring roll. The worse part about it she found it after she took a bite into the spring roll and started chewing on it, thought it was a chewy shrimp. Took it out of her mouth and saw it was a bandaid. Please heed this warning, do not eat at this establishment. We used to love this place, always ordered pho and spring rolls but this dedicated customer is no longer going to this place. Sometimes I wonder how places that are totally up my alley, go totally under my radar even when I drive past them nearly every day. I love tea and Asian food and how did I never make it here? I think I helped write a weekly yelp about this place even! I digress, this is my new favorite place to go for lunch. Everything I've had has been great. Pho, Beef Salad, Chicken Curry, banh mi, so good! Everything is fresh and made to order. Service is really nice and prompt. At lunch, the pastries call my name, and they look awesome, I have not had one because I try to limit calories during lunch, but man I do want one... so bad. Please have one on my behalf. I have had the shave ice and boba tea. A lot of people have not had REAL shave ice, like Hawaii shave ice. NO NOT A SNOW CONE, it is different. Seasons has really awesome shave ice. Highly recommended. I even lost track of time once while eating it, put a lid on it to get back to work, and it was still ice even when I got back to my desk. Awesome. I love tea. You know it is a good tea place when the whole leaf tea is displayed in jars for you to sniff. Lychee, passion fruit, jasmine, green, all tasty. This place gathers most of the famous Asian street food (salty and sweet) under one roof. We came in just for a dessert and ordered a small Taro shave ice. I loved it after the first bite. The flavor was simple and elegant, melt right in my mouth . I saw other guests having grill chicken wings. The cashier said it was the weekly special and was sold out that night. Well, we missed. I have been going in and out of Vietnamese restaurants and cafe around the area, but I did not even know about this place until recently when I got bored and decided to search around Yelp. They've got an amazing menu selection unlike anything I've seen in any Viet restaurant and cafe. From coffee cakes, amazing drinks, to traditional Ph, you want it, you got it. They look like they really take care of the place, just picture your traditional Asian restaurant but more modern, a bit upper scale, and very easy with the first time Asian cuisine taste buds. So since moving back into the area, my friend mentioned a place in town that has some shaved ice like Suno (from ATL) and I was all for it, since I love the snow-like ice I get topped with condensed milk. It was around lunch time and I was pretty hungry too, so along with my fruity seasons ice, I also ordered their banh mi special. The banh mi is nothing to rave about, except for the amount of meat they put on which is great. But I'm picky with my banh mis, so I wasn't particular with the bread and at least give me an option to have my jalapeno on the side. Now on to their shaved ice. It was amazing! (Hence the 4 stars. It was a soft as Suno's shaved ice, like a fluffy cloud (snow). I loved that they have various sizes, so the small size was perfect to try. The bananas, strawberries, lychee and kiwi tasted so well together with the condensed milk over the ice, I was in heaven. When my little honeybunches got to try it too, she immediately fell for the heavenly taste with me. I also got a chance to taste my friend's seasons ice with beans. It was definitely good if I wanted something remote to che, but I'm not a big fan of the beans over ice. But my friend loved it. It was great to see they have other options here at the bakery. I saw Chinese buns (will check them out next time), some cupcakes (which I think was overpriced), and other special dishes (like some noodle and rice dishes). For those who have never had a Vietnamese sandwich, you will fall over yourself thinking how wonderful the flavors and freshness is but this Vietnamese restaurant is good not great. I have had much better. However, with that said they have something called Seasoned Shaved Ice, which makes the visit and continuing visits worth while. It is a little taste of light heaven. I have never had it before my visit to Seasons and if I lived in the area, I would be a regular. I had strawberry ice with fresh strawberries. It was wonderful. Also, put aside whatever you think "shaved ice" might be because this is a light fluffy milk like concoction. It is not a slushy or italian ice. If it were just Seasoned Shaved Ice shop, they would surely get 5 starts but since I had sandwiches and spring rolls that were just good, they only get 3 stars. I am tempted to push them up to 4 stars because they inside is very clean, cute and convenient parking. If you go for the Seasoned Shaved Ice, you will not be disappointed. read more

What we ordered: - Goi Cuon (summer rolls), $2.99 - Banh Mi Xiu Mai (meatball banh mi), $4.49 - Season's Special Banh Mi, $3.49 - Pho Dac Biet, $7.99 - Mango Slush Boba - Milk Tea Boba The portions and prices are reasonable, but what we ordered here is very typical to most small Vietnamese banh mi places. The goi cuon had a little kick to it because of the avocado, but it was just okay. The banh mi baguette is on the smaller side to me, but maybe that's because I'm so used to the banh mis up north. The pho was pretty decent and there were plenty of fresh bean sprouts, basil, and lime. The boba was alright, but it wasn't anything to rave about. I do have to mention that my absolute favorite was the Banh Mi Xiu Mai (reason why I added another star). You can order it with the meatballs inside or separate. The baguette was crunchy and the meatballs and sauce were so, so good. I literally scraped the bowl clean. I mean, it was so good that I almost ordered another one! I honestly think Banh Mi Xiu Mai is underrated sometimes, even at other banh mi places, being that the Special Banh Mi with cold cut meats gets most of the popularity. Overall, given the nice atmosphere and being that it was one of the few decent Vietnamese places in St. Pete open on Monday, we were definitely not disappointed. read more

Just got back from a trip to Florida. A big group of myself and some friends decided to go to Florida from Georgia for a short mini-vacation. A childhood friend introduced me and a few other friends to Seasons so we all mad e a trip there. My close friend and I ordered some boba tea and a Viet sub as well as spring rolls and a 5 star spicy chicken pad thai. The boba was amazing. I was amazed by how many types of boba there were! I also loved how there were many choices in flavors as well as the type of tea you can get. I got the rose boba tea and it was delicious! It wasn't too sweet but it wasn't not sweet. It was perfect. The pad thai was very spicy. Usually, restaurants that make pad thai aren't spicy enough to my tasting and I usually have to add other condiments to make it spicier but whooooooooo boy was that pad thai spicy! It was worth the burn. I really wish we had a Seasons in Georgia. The layout of the cafe was really clean and the decorations were cute. This place is so cute. The interior is adorable and casual. There's some small booths and chairs and tables for hanging out and enjoying your food/drinks. It's all so clean, too, which is a huge plus. There's a little section with baked goods, some Asian and some more American. They have mostly Vietnamese food, but I also saw some other types of food (e.g bulgogi). I came in with two friends and the woman who helped us was really personable and friendly. We ordered banh mi and boba tea, and sat down waiting for our food to be brought to us. The banh mi was really yummy, especially the bread. I had boba milk tea, which was as good as any milk tea I've had before. They have a drink card which you can get stamped to receive a free tenth drink. Definitely an incentive to return. Food is delicious and authentic. I've ordered the papaya salad, chicken wings, and beef salad (all served with sticky rice). All are prepared Laosian style. I'm Thai so I love spicy, but I ordered my papaya salad medium and it was more like Thai-hot. Go with the mild! My friend ordered the pho and was impressed. The banh mi here are scrumptious, especially the Brian special which has a fried egg in it. Mmmmmm. The delicious yolk mixes with the sandwich filling and bread as you eat. What more could you want? Give the salt and pepper seasoned quail a try. So crispy, salty, and if you squeeze the provided lime on it, tart... Like your mom!! To cool it all down get a dessert. Was really excited to try this place, especially since I haven't had any shaved ice since moving from Houston. I need to note it wasn't busy in there. First, my order was rung up wrong AND missing boba, which was clearly on the receipt. Had to have them fix that. Secondly, they ran out of original shaved ice - in the middle of the day! So I had to get a flavored one instead. Third, they served it to me with no condensed milk ... What?? That's a key ingredient of shaved ice! Had to have them fix that. Fourth, along with the strawberry ice I had to have subbed in, there was a layer of taro at the bottom. Gross!
