Initially, I ordered two of the Tactical First Aid kits and they arrived this afternoon via UPS. The price was fair and reasonable for what I received. I also took advantage of a promo for free TacKnifes. They sent them without a shipping charge. I will be able to add a knife to each First Aid Kit to be available in an emergency that I pray will never happen as I am putting one in my wife's car and one in mine. They are packaged well. The hook and loop (a.k.a. velcro) material is very strong as are the various buckles. It has been my experience that when ordering from "My Tactical Promos" they are very dependable. I ordered a mystery box. Got a tiny envelope full of trinkets. Found out they automatically put me on a subscription so I told them to cancel my subscription. Well apparently they gave my credit card number to unsubby to do the cancellation and unsubby added a subscription to their service, so I was charged every month unknowingly for over a year. I didn't notice cause it was on the 21st of the month and I never checked my card. No one told me. No one emailed me. All I was told by MTP was my subscription was cancelled. So I contact unsubby they say well we understand none told you and understand you were not informed but we are keeping the money we stole from you . See email from unsubby. MTP is a horrible company, but I got 5 worthless pieces of plastic. I know what a mystery box is. I buy them at comic con. An overstocked hat, a flag, a shirt, and a few cheap things. Out of nowhere my credit card had a $37 charge. Fortunately, the credit card company (BofA) called and asked if I authorized the purchase BEFORE they honored it as they thought it might be a scam. Apparently, they have had issues with this vendor. I declined but a few days later I received a Trump T-Shirt. I sent e-mails and chat note to cancel all subscriptions associated with my e-mail address. NOW the B*I*G problem. Since I declined, my old credit card is cancelled, and I have to get a replacement credit card. They were offering a shirt for just shipping five dollars. Up sold me another shirt saying it would be the same price. But charged me fifteen dollars for shipping. I received the shirt that they charged me fifteen dollars for but never received the shirt that they charged we five dollars for. When I emailed them about that, they told me that my shirt were delivered. Here's the tracking number. Email them day after day with no response and never receive the shirt. That I originally ordered. If you do do business with him, just order one thing out of time. They must not be very smart because they can not figure out how to put more than one thing in the box or bag at a time. read more

Not impressed at all with this company. Communication has been a nightmare. Replies to my complaints hidden within ads. Most recent text, I sent from the computer instead of the Android phone. I ordered by clicking on a QR CODE on the TV. When I received the package, I contacted them to let them know it looked like it was dropped from an airplane, everything was a mess. The lid on the box was off center / twisted a bit, had to fix that. all of the coins were out of their plastic protective case. The extra pieces "a $150 value" is most likely only worth $50 and that's being VERY generous. Seems to have zero quality control ! Shipped in a plastic bag and considering I found a half of a protective case for a coin, I'm wondering how much of my order fell out. I did see the invoice of what I was charged for, but I know me, and there's no way I would have ordered that little bit for $109** I'm so unimpressed and feel like I'm spinning my tires in mud and going no place with all the texts and e-mails. No remedy offered. I done something today, I've never had to do before. I contacted my Credit card and disputed the charge, and will also be contacting the BBB unless I can get some satisfaction. Seems like no one cares though. On a positive note, they seemed to care, but after the communication started concerning the condition of the first order, and me waiting on the main order that somehow never made it.
