Oh-EM-GEE! This place is the bomb! My 1st time to actually see pahrump at daylight and didnt think we would have found an awesome place like this! From Vegas we travelled to attend a wedding but we were too early and hungry so I just checked yelp and a few good rates places popped up, said to myself, let's try this place, havent had thai food in a long time. Me and my friend arrived and immediately this guy came up and started entertaining us, to my surprise, he was our server. He had such a spunky personality, and woke us up from our tiredness and really made us laugh. I wish all the servers in other places were like him, so welcoming. The place is small but so homey. We didnt know what to eat so our server made his recommendations and added soup. Omg all the food was good and authentic! I may have to travel back to pahrump just to eat here. I have been to Thailand and the food is soooo good and I have never been to a thai restaurant that is as close as the food in Thailand. Theres so many thai restaurants in vegas but this one is the best! We were given a basket of candy after we ate so we can pick as much as we want and I asked if I could have the whole basket,just joking aside..lol. and soon the server came with a ziplock and put a lot of candy inside and gave it to me hahaha. Omg! We were gonna say goodbye to him after we had paid but he was entertaining another table. Then as we were going inside the vehicle he came out the restaurant and greeted us goodbye. WOW! KUHL My Thai restaurant - Pad Ka Pow, Pad Thai and Hot Sizzling Seaford plate. ALL OF THESE ENTREES ON POINT with solid flavors. Noodles and rice perfect. NO MSG! I was in shock this hole in the wall faded signage is in deep cover. Note* Max the waiter has a routine for new customers i.e. can you eat nuts, spice level and more. He is funny as well. Says he is from Earth ? The female chef keeps a clean kitchen and you will wait for your food to be cooked to order. Even the lemon water is good, no chlorine. The Food is pretty good but the wait time is crazy. Me and a few coworkers went there after work, pretty hungry after the long day. Best Thai Ive ever had...as well as my family. We dine there a lot and know when and when not to go. We usually dine early to beat the dinner crowd because this place is a hidden gem in Pahrump....unless you live here you would never know it existed. We always call ahead to order appetizers so once we get there we are served immediately and we already know the menu by heart so we are good to go!!! This is my favorite place to eat in our town of Pahrump, Nevada. The food is fresh, hot and cooked to order. Max the waiter is great, and the decor is pleasant and the music is Thai comfortable and relaxing. The place is extra clean, and if it takes a little while to get your order, that's fine - you know it's being prepared fresh. I cant find thai food this good in San Diego. Every time we are in the area, 1-2 x a year, we stop by for authentic food. Im sensitive to msg and have never felt sick afterwards. A small family business, expect long waits for great food, or order to go. The son/waiter is not typical, he takes his time, talks about love and life, then takes your order. Now we love him. At first glance the establishment does not scream "you must eat here". The vibe is very strip mall meets industrial park. As you step inside the carry out section and kitchen is neatly segmented to the left and the main dining area before you. The décor is simple but homey with soft music playing in the background (I later discovered the music was a Lorde album on repeat). We chose a seat and began the journey. A lively and engaging waiter welcomed us and the was a note of sincerity to his welcome which stood out. He encouraged us to engage him with any questions as it was his goal to ensure we were comfortable, relaxed and happy. We perused the menu, which seemed to be standard Thai fare and made our selections (Drunken Fried Rice with Shrimp and Panang curry with beef). When I asked about the spiciness scale and suggested a rating, he adopted a serious mien and asked me about my day, he revealed that spicy food was best after a difficult day to restore humors and after an enjoyable day I should stick to mild. I took his advice and settled back in. The food arrived, not promptly, but not overly long. The curry was exquisite, a hint of burn in the spice and a peanut finisher reminiscent of art. The fried rice was well prepared, the vegetables cooked but crispy and the shrimp neither over nor under done. Again the spice was perfect, just at the level to bring flavor, without pain. At the conclusion of the meal the waiter promptly processed our payment and engaged us with some friendly chatting. The reviews on this place where phenomenal so we decided to try it around 6 30 on a weeknight. We walked in and it looked like a quaint little family run restaurant. The lady in the kitchen greeted us with a friendly smile but was unable to assist us because she was busy at the stove. We waited for a few minutes and then a gentleman came over and showed us to a table. We waited for about 15 minutes before he came to take our drink order. We have been so caught up in conversation that we did not notice the time. The drinks took about 8 minutes to bring back. We were ready to order at that point and did so. Shortly after ordering the guy came back and told us that the kitchen was quite backed up and that our food would not be ready for at least 1 hour! We hesitated but decided that this would be okay. 1 hour and 15 minutes later we were getting frustrated as every other people have been served already. We wave down the waiter and asked if our food would be ready within the next 15 minutes. He said we have not even started it yet so there is no way. Outrageous! We spent 1 hour 45 minutes and they had me even started preparing our food! I really wanted to try this place but I will never have the opportunity because I will be back. read more

We LOVE My Thai! Our usual faves are the General's Chicken #8, Spicy Eggplant #10 & Cashew Chicken #2. we have one non spicy lover thus the #2 haha! We don't mind since it's Mom, Dad & son running the entire show but when we don't feel like taking a chance of sitting for over an hour we just order it for pickup.
