The service is very good here. I needed two special order tires and Andy was able to get them the same day. He runs an organized business and my tires were waiting for me when I arrived. What I like the most is the store keeps appointment times and they started working on my car right on time and I didn't have to wait. The prices are very good and lower than the large retail chain stores. I plan to get my alignment done at My Tire Store and buy more tires from them soon. read more

The guys at this tire shop were super friendly and helpful. Where do I even began we stayed the night at the Santa Clarita motel right next door, right as we were about to leave another hotel guest told us to rev our engine as she believes theirs a kitten in our car, and sure as heck there was, we tried to get it out but couldn't. The hotel attendant told us about the tire shop right next door my wife called and told us they would be able to help out. So after a few minutes put the car on the racks and the kitten and the car were both unharmed. They also inflated my tires while doing so, thanks for everything guys! We do appreciate it, also update on the kitten we took it to the vet hospital down the way and they kept it and was going to take it into the shelter. read more

I love Yelp for this reason. It's a Sunday and of the 8 local tire places, 3 were open on a Sunday. 2 of the 3 had bad yelp reviews and this place had great ones. I called over and the owner Andy answered. I said I had a nail In my tire and could I make an appt? He told me to come on down, he'd squeeze me in and it'll only take 10-15 min. I arrived. He greeted me, and less than a minute later someone already had the tire off. 15 min later we paid $15.00 for the repair and left very happy. We'll definitely be back. I went in to this shop on a Saturday morning because my brakes on my truck were having some issues when I would go into reverse. I was introduced to Josh who asked me about the issue. I explained to him and said he would remove the wheels and do a brake test. He asked me if I was ok with waiting 15 minutes and was right on time. He checked everything and came and told me my brakes looked in good shape but I was low on brake fluid. He also mentioned that this particular truck may possibly have a recall on the brake booster and to go to dealer to have it looked into. He then asked if I had rotated my tires and if I wanted he could do it since the wheels were already off. I accepted his offer and he didn't charge me a dime. I was blown away at this customer service at this store. I want to commend Josh on his professional character and will be returning to this shop in the future. During my last service at the dealership, they recommended brake pad replacement. I brought my car here and discovered I had plenty of thickness left in my pads. Went in to have a punctured tire replaced on my brand new Tesla. I was happy they had the special adapter necessary for Tesla vehicles when using a car jack which was cool of them. Before they began I basically begged them to be very careful with the rim since they are very fragile, expensive, and easily scratched/chipped. He assured me it was no problem. They changed the tire and put it back on the car and sure enough there was a big paint chip and scratch on the rim. I pointed it out and they denied it several times even though I had just showed him the flawless rim just 15 minutes before. I get it, we are all human and make mistakes, but just blatantly lying about it to my face is not cool and bad business. Definitely not going back. read more

Very dishonest place ,I went in for an oil change on my vehicle. Next day my car was leaking oil I talked to Andy my car was checked and I was told it was leaking power steering fluid. We were making our way from Hermosa Beach to Tahoe early on a Sunday morning and got a flat tire. Everywhere was closed and we thought we were out of luck but we called Andy at My Tire Store and not only did he answer our call at 6:30am (before they opened at 7am) he also answered all of our questions with the nicest and most genuine attitude. I will NEVER return to this place, Yes they have competitive prices on tires and that is where most of the 4 and 5 star reviews come from no doubt! However the true test of a business and owner comes when there is a problem, and how they deal with it ! I bought 3 sets of tires from this place over the last 2 years but apparently they would rather save themselves $10.00 over keeping me as a customer. A few months ago I found a strip of stick-on wheel weights in my driveway; Luckily they fell off in my drive; if they fell off on the road somewhere I would NEVER know the wheel was out of balance until the tire started to wear irregularly at which point I would have had to pay for a new tire!!! Since they had to come from my wife's car (the only one with aluminum rims) I brought it back to them to re balance the wheels. They wanted to charge me $10.00 dollars to re balance each tire even though it was THEIR MISTAKE! Stick on wheel weights will not stick very well to a dirty rim... If your employees cannot take the time to clean the inside of the rim properly so that the weights will stick, then they are INCOMPETENT... and if the manager / owner will not take responsibility for their INCOMPETENT employees and re balance the tires (at no cost) then THEY are INCOMPETENT Choose your next tire store wisely and DON'T MAKE IT THIS ONE! read more
