I am updating my review after 8 months. I got a full roof replacement with My Way Roofing. I worked with Sean. Sean told me he was a co-owner but I later found out that he was not. Sean was just the project manager. My Way Roofing left a hole underneath my drip edge and it caused a leak 4 months later. I called Sean to fix the leak. He sent someone over the next day to fix my leak. They "fixed" it by plugging up the hole with white caulk. It took 27 days for My Way Roofing to repair my drywall. My Way Roofing just wanted to paint the drywall. I pushed My Way Roofing to replace my drywall. I later found out after letting My Way Roofing repair the drywall that they should have ran a mold test. My Way Roofing did not. My Way Roofing expected me to accept the white caulk as a permanent solution on the outdoor leak area. I did not. I pushed My Way Roofing to come back to repair the outside leak area the proper way. It took 3 months for My Way Roofing to repair the outdoor leak. They wanted me to pay for labor and materials. They had the audacity to explain to me that it was a good deal because they would not be making a profit from this job. (Why should a company ever make profit from their own terrible work?) My Way Roofing sent over Luis to take off the drip edge, plug up the hole with stucco, and replace the drip edge with a new one. Luis admitted that he was not a stucco guy. Luis damaged my stucco, damaged the shingles, and didn't put the drip edge back correctly. He left nails in my gutters. I found out the proper way to replace a drip edge was to take off a layer of shingles but Luis only took off the nails and forcefully lifted the shingles up. This left my roof prone to water intrusion. When I called Sean to explain that the work was not acceptable and asked him to come see the work, he refused. Sean blamed me and did not want to pay for repairing the stucco, repairing the shingles and he said maybe .... Just maybe he would repair the drip edge. Sean classified this work as "Cosmetic damage" and stated that My Way Roofing was not responsible for repairing it. I later found out that Sean was not the owner and asked to speak to Omri, the actual owner. My roof was going to leak if it rained because of the work performed by Luis. I explained this to Omri and let him know that the weather forecast stated that it would rain soon. Omri did not care that my property was going to get damaged. Omri did not give me the option to have someone place a temporary tarp to protect my roof. I had to pay someone else to tarp off my roof. I would STAY FAR AWAY from My Way Roofing. All they care about is their bottom line. They do not care about your property. If I could go back in time I would have never hired My Way Roofing. Please, I beg you, do not hire My Way Roofing for anything. I have noticed more issues with my roof. I have contacted My Way Roofing asking for a full refund but Omri just wants to do another full roof replacement for free. Their work is so bad I don't even want a FREE FULL-ROOF REPLACEMENT. I will update once this is resolved. read more

Like a lot of structures, due to the excessive rain this year in Southern California, my attached, closed-in patio roof developed several leaks. I called a few roofing companies, and the only one to answer immediately in a live call, as opposed to voice mails, was My Way Roofing in Reseda. I explained my issue and an appointment was set up to see someone in a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly someone could come out due to how busy roofing companies are during the rainy season. Izzy, the Roofing Consultant, was right on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. Izzy accessed the issues quickly and explained exactly what needed to be done to resolve the leaks. Izzy was also able to arrange for gutter work I needed to have done. We agreed on terms and cost and a work crew was out a few days later at 7 AM sharp, as promised. Emmanuel and his assistant worked for the next 8 hours straight, with a short 30 minute lunch. They stripped off the old patio roof and applied new roofing materials. The job also included replacing 3 feet of my main roof and new asphalt shingles. This was necessary because the patio roof is attached to the main house roof, and the patio asphalt roll material must be placed under the main roof shingles 3 ft up to avoid patio leaks. When the job was complete, my property was spotless, with no material left behind. A few days later the gutter sub contractor installed a new gutter, that was formed in the back of his work van. Contractor was very professional and efficient and left no mess. Thanks for a job well done! read more

I had a leak from the roof coming through the wall and onto carpet upstairs in bedroom and called My Way Roofing to see if they could repair it before next rainstorm. They set up a date and came and repaired the roof which was about 500 sq feet of repair. They finished the job in one day and did a very good job on it. They kept me informed by showing pictures and sending to my phone to see the progress and also what they were putting up there to seal the roof underneath the tiles. it looked like very good quality . a few days later it rained again but there was no leak. Every one was very polite and informative as to what was being done to repair the roof and Ron who was the one who came and signed me up for the project always kept me informed was very pleasant to talk to. Any tile that needed to be replaced they replaced which I really appreciated. If we ever had another problem in any other area of the roof I would definitely us them again. read more

I had an incredible experience with Dor and his team replacing the roof on my back-house. The price was great; and the quality of the work is phenomenal, and the new gutters they installed look amazing! Having a baby at home can make renovations tough, but every single subcontractor was incredibly nice and respectful of our space. Dor was an absolute pleasure to work with as our contractor. He kept me informed every step of the way, sending consistent updates and photos of the decking and repairs. When an unexpected issue came up with the city and our solar setup, Dor handled it completely--turning what should have been a massive headache into a totally stress-free experience. Part of me actually wishes my main house needed a new roof just so I could work with him again and have the peace of mind that my main roof is as good as the one on my back-house (not joking). Let me start with the comment that I grew up in a construction family, so I have a bit of background on how construction projects should be run. I worked with Sean at My Way to replace my roof, and the experience was top-notch. Sean is an excellent communicator, he on time for meetings and presented a detailed quote. His was not the least expensive quote I received, but the materials were of the quality I was looking for, so I was willing to pay the 5% more than two other quotes. The project started on time and the materials were exactly as specified. The project finished faster than estimated, was inspected and signed off on with no problems and stayed right to the estimate. Everything was clean, professional and well managed. Sean responded quickly to questions, throughout the process. The roof looks amazing! We were not interested in cutting costs with inferior products or substandard workmanship as we have put roofs on several other houses. We researched roofing companies and My Way Roofing came to the top of the list. Their salesman, Daniel, helped us pick the best color for our extreme environment and did not rush us at key decision points. Our roof needed to be completely re-sheeted with plywood, to include new surrounding fascia boards. My Way installed Owens-Corning high quality shingles with a 50yr warranty essential to the high desert heat and wind. Daniel communicated all costs in an organized and understandable manner. We appreciated that each day was cleaned, made safe and left presentable. We had a leak from the living room area, so we searched for roofing services on Yelp (we mostly use yelp ). Usually I like to see at least 4 estimates before I choose to spend thousands of dollars for a service, so we had 4 and MyWay roofing came up last. Izzy came and was so professional! He was the only one who really tried to inspect! And the only one who didn't just suggest to do a 30k$ full roof replacement, he found the cause so quickly (looks pretty obvious in the pictures I attached here huh?)
