These guys did an incredible job converting my wheels to a beautiful all black gloss. They look awesome !! Better than in the pictures. I initially reached out to My Wheel Guy for a quote by texting them a pic of my wheel. The whole deal was handled over this text string, which I thought was super convenient. Drop off, walk-around, payment and pick up was a breeze. Everyone was great. So why did I only give them 3 stars? My tire pressure sensory went off on my drive home. When I got home to check the pressures, I noticed my custom black anodized valve stem caps had been replaced with cheap plastic caps. When I reached out to ask why, they said this "regularly" occurs. Let me see if we can find your caps. They found them within a minute. I said, this bothers me they would keep them. The person I was talking to said it wasn't intentional. Because we are working on so many vehicles in a day, things like are "regularly" missed. They said that I could come back to pick them up. After driving home and being in traffic for 45-minutes, I sure wasn't going to drive back 30-40 minutes then to drive back home another 45-minutes for $25 valve stem caps. It's disappointing that this is a "regular" issue. One would think...if this is a regular issue that a better handling process should be created. And if it was theft, that's at an entire different level of disappointment. Some of it is on me for not checking before I left. I'll re-order another set of valve stem caps to replace them. Outside of this small issue...their craftsmanship was awesome. I would have given them 5 stars.

This is my second corvette that I have had them do the wheels. It is a 2 tone wheel with a powder clear coat. Also high temp paint on the calipers. Awesome work both times. Responsive communication and whoever is answering my texts seems very "lively", positive and excited about the work. I highly recommend and will return in the future.

Came in for a rim repair for both my boyfriend & I's cars. Bryan and his team are amazing! Finished both our cars in under an hour. Our rims look brand new! Definitely recommend this shop for any tire/rim repairs!

The Wheel Guy was amazing! Texted them to schedule my appointment and had to reschedule one time, but they were super flexible and patient with me. When I arrived, they were extremely courteous, got my car in immediately, and had it done within a reasonable amount of time. Fixing this curb damage cost me $150, and was well worth it! The rim looks like new. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting new rims. Save yourself a boatload of cash and have these guys try and fix your damaged ones for a fraction of the cost.

Brought in my car to get the rims powder coated and calipers painted a couple days ago and My Wheel Guy did an awesome job. It was such a great experience from the start and Alyssa was super helpful. I loved their work so much that I went the next day to get chrome delete and that turned out way nice. I don't have a pic of the chrome delete but here's a pic of how the wheels turned out.

I damaged my rim and was mortified because it is black chrome in color which I figured would be difficult or impossible to fix. I contacted My Wheel Guy by text which made it very easy and received a quick response. No problems scheduling the appointment. I took my car to their shop which is in a nice location and the staff members were friendly. The price was fair and is definitely much cheaper than replacing the rim. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend their services.

I brought my car in today because all four wheels had pretty bad curb rash. I didn't do it, lol. It came that way. They are really nice, so I wanted to get them looking new again. I had just finished registering it and happened to be in the area, so I called right when they opened to see if I could stop by for them to take a look and hopefully repair them. They told me to come by, and when I got there, they checked out the wheels and said they could take care of it. The woman let me know there were a few people ahead of me with appointments, but it should be done in about 3 hours. No problem I'll wait. 45 mins later, they were done. The wheels looked better than new. I wish I had taken before photos to show the difference. Just imagine the entire rim of each wheel was jagged and scraped. Now they look flawless! Excellent service, super fast, amazing work. I highly and will recommend people to them.

Wish these guys never touched my car. Listen to your gut and forget the upsell. Little pieces of masking tape they forgot to peel. Then they had to touch up 3 areas on the corners which was completely not done. Tons of bubbles under the lettering. Only leaving this post too cuz I don't want them to touch the car any more. Just gets worse. No adult in sight. Just kids running the store. Where's the owner? Obviously don't want you touching my car ever again that's why I'm posting this... and I barely raised my voice on the phone... act like I did that at your store lol. Will keep posting how overpriced and bad you are.. I'm getting comments on how I didn't know lol and btw it was multiple spots and multiple touch ups.. I had to return twice and waste my time... don't cut out facts lol

I hit a curb at the ATM and scraped my rim. I was mortified and wanted it fixed asap. I contacted My Wheel Guy and was able to set up an appointment for the following week. I brought it in, went to dunkin donuts and port of subs, talked on the phone a bit and my car was ready. It took 1 hour! It looks so much better and I'm glad they were able to fix it. Highly recommend!

MY wheel guy great place to do business with, the first person I got in touch was with Bryan the owner of this shop, explained everything and gave me some options to make my wheels all black out and the right finish, I made the appointment and was finish on the same day. Great costumer service from all the stuff of this place. Definitely will come back in the future.

I won a IG giveaway May of last year. Fast forward Aug 12, 2023. I knew I wasn't going to keep the 2021 Tacoma. I wasn't sure if Mywheelguy would honor the powder coating giveaway the year after. So I asked and they said of course they would honor it. The Crv won over our hearts and the crv had regular bland wheels. I choose the gloss black and it came out perfect! I dropped it off at 9:36 and they texted me at 3:40. They said it would be ready at 4:30-5:00. When I got there, the CRV was parked outside and I was shocked. What a difference in the look of factory wheels vs gloss black powder coating. Service: super friendly and answered all my questions. Value: I liked the look of the factory wheels but silver was so bland to me. I'm glad I chose the gloss black cuz it matches the paint and my raiders ‍! I can't even tell it's powder coated. It looks straight from the factory. Thank you Mywheelguy for the awesome service and great work.

Found these guys on Google. Texted the number on the website for a quote for my Subaru Outback. The person on the other side quoted me and said they had openings this week. They also sent me examples so I could pick the best color for me. I chose to do satin black. I scheduled it for Thursday at 9 am and it was ready by Friday. Bryce texted me the night before and said my car would be ready to pick up Friday morning. The service was fast and efficient with great customer service BUT most importantly my wheels look SICK!!! read more

ABSOLUTELY A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! I was referred to this shop and reached out to him yesterday. After our discussion he told me to bring it on the next day and they would get me squared away. He gave me a price range and I agreed for the work to be done. I left work, dropped my car off, and they told me about 2 hours. I was at at work for about 30 minutes and got the message my car was done!!!! That was fast!!! Reached out and told them I'd be by after work and picked my car up!!! This place is top notch and I highly recommend them. I guess I hit too many curbs and my rim was cracked. They fixed it and made sure it was good enough to get on the road!!! These guys are fantastic! I got some rim rash on my rear passenger wheel almost a year ago. Sent them a text and included photos of the damage on a Monday afternoon; got a response within minutes with a quote and availability. Dropped my car off first thing the next morning and got a call a couple hours later for pickup. As far as the fix up, just wow. I had a balance and rotation done a few days later and seriously couldn't tell which wheel had the work done. I had to run my fingers around the spots trying to feel for the texture change. Overall, I highly recommend My Wheel Guy for quick rim rash fix-ups. I'll update my post with before and after photos once I pinpoint them on my camera roll. Don't hesitate to call/text these guys. Check-in and check-out is a fkn breeze and communication is super fast! Love the no-nonsense paperwork (literally one page to sign). Incredible work on our 2 month old Tesla Model 3! We had an unfortunate run in with one of Vegas' infamous unmarked medians under construction at night which took some decent chunks out of both drivers side rims. We found My Wheel Guy after some Yelp research and long story short, they did a fantastic job. Excuse the after pic, as it's practically impossible to find the area they worked on ... it was blended in that well on both wheels! We won't hesitate to recommend My Wheel Guy to anyone else who needs repairs done. Fingers crossed we don't need to be back for repairs in the future, but if so, we won't think twice on who to use. read more

I love my car and like to take care of her. I was searching around town for a powder coating place to powder coat and repair the wheels I just bought. Most places have the same prices and services etc. I sent some request around and most of them replied back a day later with bland on personality but not My Wheel Guy. They responded quickly with very detailed responses. I started to do research on them and found that they're locally owned and a family business. I started looking at reviews and found that most of the review pictures were of black and or silver powder coating. I was a little skeptical because the color I wanted they have no examples of. But I saw they they did a space color and I was like why not? I took the chance and Brian called me to make a deposit for the color to be ordered and drop off the wheels. I dropped them off at their shop in Henderson and the waiting game began. Brian kept me up to date on when the powder coat was arriving and when they will start working on it. Took about a week from dropping off to prepping to picWhen it was finally done, I'm in awe of how ridiculously awesome they turned out. This was my second time bringing my vehicles to MyWheelGuy. The first time was to have calipers painted glossy red and they turned out great. This time we took a used vehicle we just purchased to see if they could powder coat the wheels and hopefully get rid of some of the existing curb rash that was on ALL four wheels. The rims had noticeable damage that I honestly didn't expect to be completely fixable. But I was wrong! We picked up our vehicle today and WOW! I cannot even tell where the wheels were damaged. We thought we may have to replace them but MyWheelGuy saved the day and even matched the calipers to the body paint. So obsessed with the result. Thank you!!!!! read more

My experience with this business, hardly anything went right. 2 star is only for the worker Jaimie because it's really not her business and she was professional all the way. If you have anything more than $100k car, don't take it here...even the owner Brian said afterwards that in hindsight he would have to reconsider taking cars of higher value. This shop good for normal/average cars. 1. Vinyls were ordered for the brake calipers, they said they were ready. I got here, they lost it so they had to reorder and I had to come back and get it redone. Had to Uber my ride back and was late for my meetings. 2. Painted the calipers (nuts, wires, and everything) without ever going through which portions of the brake calipers were not supposed to be painted. I sent photos of what I wanted it to look like and not attention to detail was made. 3. Tried to fix the details afterwards and made more problems like paint drips and paint leaks between different parts of the calipers. The paint has dropped and stayed this way leaving a drip residue and he said his shop does not provide powder coating. No one asked for paint drips on the calipers. 4. Owner now says this is the best they can do and go find another shop to fix the issue they caused. FYI, owner suggested I just let it be and maybe it will be less noticeable. Great suggestions. Thank you for the incomplete job. Maybe next time, don't take a job you can't really promise to do right. read more

Drove over 35 minutes one way just to get my car rims done by these guys! There's tons of options of rim repair/powder coating throughout Vegas, however if you want it done right the first time, Go to Brian and Paul! They are not only super knowledgeable but very professional! Don't let these reviews tell you how awesome they are, check out their work! It speaks volumes! I scuffed both of my passenger side wheels leaving a tight parking lot at a concert venue. I text My Wheel Guy on Thursday afternoon and was told to bring my car in Friday morning. I came in Friday morning and dropped my car off in less than five minutes, and two hours later, my wheels were looking as good as new! I came in for a brand new set of tires all around for my Mazda 3. They ended up doing the ""balancing and alignment"" These Joes ended up adding more than 14 quarter-ounce weights on a single front wheel. They were basically chasing weight. Instead of thinking, "Hey, this is a red flag, maybe we should break down the tire and check if it's good," they just kept chasing it. I took the car home. Mind you, this is my lady's car, not mine. She gets on the highway and tells me she feels a rattle going past 50 mph. I take the car for a spin and feel the exact same thing. I take it back to these guys and tell them, "Hey, I noticed you have over 14 quarter-ounce weights on the front of a Mazda 3. This is a small car; that is completely out of the ordinary." They ended up doing it the "right way" and got the balancing done. I took it back on the highway, and it wasn't rattling anymore. Cool problem solved. Look, accidents and mistakes happen. When you're working out in the field in the Nevada summer, I understand people get tired, lazy, and have customers coming in non-stop. However, a couple of days after they fixed that little inconvenience, I took the car for another spin and noticed a new creaking noise. The car has fewer than 30,000 miles on it and is only two to three years old. So, I finally decided to bring it over to the Discount Tire on Sunset Road. These guys are the best; they actually know what they're doing. They aren't just a bunch of Joes--they're all in sync and know exactly what's going on. Immediately after I brought the car in, their technician checked it out and pointed out that the weights from the other shop were hanging out of the wheel instead of being placed on the inside. Now, that wasn't the cause of the creaking noise I was hearing, but the fact that another technician could immediately point out such unprofessional workmanship says it all. The quality of work at the Mark Street location is just incredibly poor. If I were you, I would take your money and bring it over to Discount Tire on Sunset. These guys know what's up, they don't waste your time, they tell it to you straight, and they will actually address any issues with you. They don't have junior apprentices or random Joes working on your vehicle. I don't know what is going on over at Mark Street, but they seriously need to get their technicians recertified. Taking two extra days just to get a full set of tires balanced and aligned is ridiculous. It should have been done right the first time. This is basic, standard work. They are a bunch of Joes over there and a complete waste of time.

I was told to wait at the Starbucks next door as it may take about an hour. I came back and I was notified the car e-brake had been automatically triggered by the tech who was supposed to work on my vehicle, in which the service manager stated the tech told him that he did not press the ebrake. I told him that it is not possible unless its manually triggered. I explained the steps and process on how to undo the mechanism to release it. However apparently the tech who "worked" on my car was not comfortable doing it and so the service advisor Brayden called his manager to ask if it was OK if he did it himself. Come to find out the tech that was supposed to change the oil on my car in the first place didn't even work on my car for the hour I was waiting. All in all Brayden and another tech Garett took it upon themselves to unlock my parking brake manually and change my oil. They were very polite, professional and willing to undo the error of another tech and they didnt even charge me for the oil change. Im leaving a 5 star review due to them being amazing people. However whoever was supposed to have worked on my car, needs to have a meeting with the managers because I believe they lied about triggering my ebrake mechanism and also wasting time in not changing the oil for the whole hour I waited in the first place. I ended having to wait about 2 hours about in total. I will definately go back if Brayden and Garett are the ones working on my vehicle! I definately recommend those 2 to take care of any customer that walks through that door.

Instead, they changed the oil, charged me $205 for diagnostics, and told me to come back if the engine overheated again. On my way home, the engine overheated. I took it directly to the dealership, where I was shocked to learn that the coolant was completely empty. How can a shop claim to perform a basic inspection and fail to check something as fundamental as the coolant level--especially when the customer specifically reports an engine warning? This was not only disappointing, but potentially dangerous. I could have suffered major engine damage because of their failure to perform a basic check. I have completely lost trust in Tire Works and will never return. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

A month earlier I had gotten an oil change and full car inspection at Sun Auto which said that my rear brake pads were at 3mm and my fronts were at 7mm. After the brake inspection and pad replacement, the guys at Brake Masters physically showed me the part and the pads were paper thin, he said about 10% which is less than 2mm. The fronts were at 3mm. That's quite a big discrepancy from 3mm and 7mm that the other place told me. The front desk guy asked who told me they were at 3 and 7 and I told him Sun Auto and he said, "That makes sense. We've been getting several complaints about them." So from now on I'm going here instead for regular maintenance things like oil changes and brake pads. I need to come back soon to get my fronts done.

Nothing but satisfaction! I needed repair work done to a rim on my car (curb rash) and of all the places I called these guys were my choice for good reasons. Paul took my call and was incredibly helpful. Had me send some pics to him as I was stuck at work and he got back to me very quickly to let me know they would be able to help. Very polite and professional. The very next morning I took my car in and they took care of it. Quick, convenient, and a friendly staff. I've been wanting my calipers painted for awhile, and I had some rim damage from the previous owner I've been wanting done since I got the car. I emailed Bryan about both of these jobs, and he got back to me within an hour (it was also not during business hours). Dropped the car off on Tuesday and got it back by the end of the day Wednesday. My 2012 Toyota Prius Plug In has special rims only available for this model. I got too close to a curb and scratched them up pretty good. I took my Prius to Paul at Kwicksilver and in just 45 minutes my special rims looked brand new again. I don't know how they do it, but they are absolutely fantastic, very professional, and very fairly priced. This is my third time coming to my wheel guy and I don't think I will ever go to another place. I call myself an expert at hitting my rims at Starbucks drive thrus so my rims have seen a thing or two and every time I have messaged them, they are quick to respond and very friendly. Such a great experience getting my wheels powder coated. Got a little curb rash on my front passenger rim being dumb on the day before Thanksgiving. Immediately called Kwicksilver and they said yeah we can get you in no problem. A few months ago on a trip to Vegas on Hwy. 93 M.M 2 northbound a…read morebridge connection bent all 4 rims busted a tire, my local Vegas mechanic recommended this place. My 1st visit there they were able to do the front wheels sent home and scheduled the rear wheels for another time because they heat burned the rear wheels and wanted to paint them. Got home and noticed my Mercedes Benz cable caps were replaced with typical black ones, called and was told they didn't have them. (Ordered new ones on Amazon) at my expense. 2nd trip worked on the rear wheels sent home, car still shook, (this trip is 2.5 hours) 3rd trip scheduled, drove up waited all day again, was told they needed it overnight, I reminded them that I live in Havasu and had to be at work in the am, drove it home still shook, and I noticed the rear wheels were grey, not silver like the OE front wheels, was told they forgot to balance and to come back they would paint the rear wheels to match the front and they forgot to balance the wheels before they sent me home. 4th trip scheduled, they still didn't fix the round wheel problem, now all my wheels are grey not silver and several of the rivits are missing and the car still shook, I bought new tires, got an alignment in the middle of all this So, 20hrs of road time wheels not fixed and now they are the wrong color, plus a hodgepodge of random lug nuts I wouldn't recommend this place.

My local Auto Repair shop here in Aliante detected a leak in my flex pipe/muffler and since they…read moredon't repair mufflers, the Manager recommended Discount Muffler and Brakes very highly. I arrived at 8:00 AM today for scheduled appointment and was greeted by Clayton. I don't think I've ever encountered a more personable, professional individual in the Auto Repair industry in my entire life! He greeted me with a big smile and immediately acknowledge my appointmen. Within five (5) minutes my car was back in the shop. They confirmed the leak in the flex pipe and quoted me a price CONSIDERABLY lower than I had anticipated. How often does that happen? An hour later I was back in my car and on my merry way! This is clearly a very well managed business that most other Auto Repair shops should aspire to emulate, but unfortunately very few do. Kudos to Monsieur Clayton and the entire Discount Muffler and Brakes Team!!! Merci beaucoup!
