I damaged my rim and was mortified because it is black chrome in color which I figured would be difficult or impossible to fix. I contacted My Wheel Guy by text which made it very easy and received a quick response. No problems scheduling the appointment. I took my car to their shop which is in a nice location and the staff members were friendly. The price was fair and is definitely much cheaper than replacing the rim. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend their services.

The Wheel Guy was amazing! Texted them to schedule my appointment and had to reschedule one time, but they were super flexible and patient with me. When I arrived, they were extremely courteous, got my car in immediately, and had it done within a reasonable amount of time. Fixing this curb damage cost me $150, and was well worth it! The rim looks like new. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting new rims. Save yourself a boatload of cash and have these guys try and fix your damaged ones for a fraction of the cost.

Brought in my car to get the rims powder coated and calipers painted a couple days ago and My Wheel Guy did an awesome job. It was such a great experience from the start and Alyssa was super helpful. I loved their work so much that I went the next day to get chrome delete and that turned out way nice. I don't have a pic of the chrome delete but here's a pic of how the wheels turned out.

I brought my car in today because all four wheels had pretty bad curb rash. I didn't do it, lol. It came that way. They are really nice, so I wanted to get them looking new again. I had just finished registering it and happened to be in the area, so I called right when they opened to see if I could stop by for them to take a look and hopefully repair them. They told me to come by, and when I got there, they checked out the wheels and said they could take care of it. The woman let me know there were a few people ahead of me with appointments, but it should be done in about 3 hours. No problem I'll wait. 45 mins later, they were done. The wheels looked better than new. I wish I had taken before photos to show the difference. Just imagine the entire rim of each wheel was jagged and scraped. Now they look flawless! Excellent service, super fast, amazing work. I highly and will recommend people to them.

MY wheel guy great place to do business with, the first person I got in touch was with Bryan the owner of this shop, explained everything and gave me some options to make my wheels all black out and the right finish, I made the appointment and was finish on the same day. Great costumer service from all the stuff of this place. Definitely will come back in the future.

Wish these guys never touched my car. Listen to your gut and forget the upsell. Little pieces of masking tape they forgot to peel. Then they had to touch up 3 areas on the corners which was completely not done. Tons of bubbles under the lettering. Only leaving this post too cuz I don't want them to touch the car any more. Just gets worse. No adult in sight. Just kids running the store. Where's the owner? Obviously don't want you touching my car ever again that's why I'm posting this... and I barely raised my voice on the phone... act like I did that at your store lol. Will keep posting how overpriced and bad you are.. I'm getting comments on how I didn't know lol and btw it was multiple spots and multiple touch ups.. I had to return twice and waste my time... don't cut out facts lol

I hit a curb at the ATM and scraped my rim. I was mortified and wanted it fixed asap. I contacted My Wheel Guy and was able to set up an appointment for the following week. I brought it in, went to dunkin donuts and port of subs, talked on the phone a bit and my car was ready. It took 1 hour! It looks so much better and I'm glad they were able to fix it. Highly recommend!

Was parallel parking and in a rush, I thought I swiped up to go forward and it was still in reverse....BOOM! Fuuuuuuuu!!!! Never had rim damage in my 40 years alive. Sh*t happens and I was sick to my stomach on my brand new wheels! I knew it would be ok but not to this extent! Dropped the car off and got a ride from mt sister to my Mom who I'm visiting in Henderson and I kid you not, I got a text in 15 minutes saying the car was done! I lost my breath in shock! Sure enough, I showed up and look at the results! This is some next-level sorcery! Nobody will ever know except me and have to look close! 5 stars all day everyday! Made my wheels perfect again and saved my trip!

I won a IG giveaway May of last year. Fast forward Aug 12, 2023. I knew I wasn't going to keep the 2021 Tacoma. I wasn't sure if Mywheelguy would honor the powder coating giveaway the year after. So I asked and they said of course they would honor it. The Crv won over our hearts and the crv had regular bland wheels. I choose the gloss black and it came out perfect! I dropped it off at 9:36 and they texted me at 3:40. They said it would be ready at 4:30-5:00. When I got there, the CRV was parked outside and I was shocked. What a difference in the look of factory wheels vs gloss black powder coating. Service: super friendly and answered all my questions. Value: I liked the look of the factory wheels but silver was so bland to me. I'm glad I chose the gloss black cuz it matches the paint and my raiders ‍! I can't even tell it's powder coated. It looks straight from the factory. Thank you Mywheelguy for the awesome service and great work.

I reached out to Bryan regarding wanting to get my wheels powder coated. I told him the color of my car and the color wheels I was interested in and he sent me a few different pics of other cars he did with the colors I wanted. I was ready to move forward. I went to the shop to put a deposit down and one of the guys John asked if he could take a look at my car. So we went outside and he recommended we change to a different color of white for my car. I dropped my car off in the morning and got it before 5pm. Super happy with the job they did on my Lexus RC350. I was on the edge between going satin or gloss black, but the owner was able to help me make my decision. I went with satin black and red calipers. It totally changed the look of the car and I love it. Will be bringing my future cars here for any powder coating work. read more

The tire pressure monitor system error message appeared on my car dashboard. I went to My Wheel Guy and asked if they would put air in my tires. I realize that is NOT what this business does at all. Please don't go to this company just to put air in your tires like I did. Anyway, the lady at The front desk was very nice and decided to assist me. I went to the garage part of the shop and the young man was so kind and he put air in the tires of my vehicle. Thank you. read more

My son got a flat a few days ago. He hit a rock over a month ago which caused body damage but we thought no wheel or tire damage. Brought it here first thing in the morning and they discovered the rim had a crack. They told me they would call their welder and have it ready today. In by 9 and ready at 3:30. Took my Jeep Wrangler to My Wheel Guy this past week to get the factory OEM wheels powder coated. I am very pleased with their work. They told me it would take 2 days so I dropped it off Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon as promised. The wheels look great. I am also very impressed with the spin balance work they did. The wheel weights were moved to the inside as they should be and the tires roll very smooth. They also painted the plastic center caps to match the powder coat. I would highly recommend this business to anybody interested in custom wheel work. read more

Scuffed up the rim on a car I only had for two weeks. My Wheel Guy had it fixed in about an hour. Super responsive. Bryan who I believe is the owner super personable and easy to work with. I also purchased brand-new black lug nuts so the entire setup would look clean and finished. Unfortunately, the service experience was very disappointing. When the work was completed, my brand-new wheels looked like they had been handled very roughly. The lug nuts looked worn as if they were years old, and my center caps had visible scuffs and surface damage. It appears the wheels were treated very aggressively during installation. The service manager who took my order also did not seem to listen carefully to my requests about how I wanted the wheels positioned and mounted on the van, which caused confusion and delays. I had previously left them a low score, and this is an updated review. I gave them more business hoping that this time things would improve, but I am even more disappointed with the outcome. Overall, I feel that my investment in new rims and tires was not respected, and the service quality did not meet the standard I expected. I feel that the damage caused during service outweighed the value of the work performed, and I am very dissatisfied with the experience.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

After a massive two-hour diagnostic delay, we were left sitting in our other vehicle in 103°F weather for an additional 45 minutes with absolutely zero updates from the staff. The repair quotes were incredibly sketchy and inconsistent. We were first told it was a simple hose repair, but then a different employee called quoting over $1,000 for a full radiator replacement, claiming a "miscommunication." The price magically dropped to $750 only after I pushed back on unnecessary parts they tried to upsell us on. To top it off, corporate customer service explicitly assured us over the phone that we could look up and use our store credit account at checkout. When we went to pick up the car, the system blocked it, the store manager was nowhere to be found, and the employee left upfront was given zero managerial support to fix the glitch. Because corporate phone lines were closed and management abandoned their own staff, an elderly senior on a fixed income was forced to pay the entire $750 out of pocket. An absolute breakdown in management, mechanical competency, and basic customer service. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

The reason I posted this now is because the cobra got scratched again (same area) the collision center (a good shop) repaired it and I can't see any mismatch in color, Again I'm not sure if you guys overlooked, but the top of cobra is correct with good blending the bottom doesn't show blending at all.

I've been wanting my calipers painted for awhile, and I had some rim damage from the previous owner I've been wanting done since I got the car. I emailed Bryan about both of these jobs, and he got back to me within an hour (it was also not during business hours). Dropped the car off on Tuesday and got it back by the end of the day Wednesday. My 2012 Toyota Prius Plug In has special rims only available for this model. I got too close to a curb and scratched them up pretty good. I took my Prius to Paul at Kwicksilver and in just 45 minutes my special rims looked brand new again. I don't know how they do it, but they are absolutely fantastic, very professional, and very fairly priced. This is my third time coming to my wheel guy and I don't think I will ever go to another place. I call myself an expert at hitting my rims at Starbucks drive thrus so my rims have seen a thing or two and every time I have messaged them, they are quick to respond and very friendly.
