The nail tech was not friendly. She did ok with a white gel acrilic manicure, but it is white polish and she did it really thick - thicker than necessary in my opinion. It turned out fine. She did a diamond design and when I asked her to add one more diamond where there was a gap she didn't seem too happy. I was disappointed in the hand massage. It was literally 5-10 seconds per hand. That is the part of the manicure I look forward to, so that was a let down. It would've been better if they had skipped it all together. I might try this place out again because it isn't too far from my house. But if I have a similar mediocre experience again I will probably just go to my old salon in Holbrook.

It was a Saturday and many places were closing soon already; luckily Precious Nails & Spa was able to take me in + only 10 min away from where I was coming from, Legacy Place in Dedham. I checked in at their check-in tablet kiosk and took that receipt with me (need to take in order to pay after). The technician I had was Ruby, and she was the sweetest! She did my nails pretty fast and efficiently. Kept making sure I was good with every step she did, which I appreciated. I did a pink and white french gel acrylic set and it came up to $70 (not including tip). Lots of parking outside--Located on Prov Hwy in Norwood. I enjoyed getting my nails done here and would for sure come back again. For payment, they prefer Venmo, Zelle, & cash. Card payments will be charged an extra 3%.

I booked with her for 2pm and when I got there I waited over 15 mins and she wasn't in that day, they lied to me 2x first when I made the appointment then when I asked if they could take me earlier. They pressured me to sit with another artist and I did and my nails came out fine but If I booked with a specific artist they should have told me she wasn't in instead of lying and then pressuring me to stay. Overall won't be going back because I will never be able to know if I'm actually getting who I want to do my nails. The woman before me has the translator app open and said they said awful stuff about her so there was that too. Overall as a loyal customer who has been over 20 times this was a dealbreaker for me

They accepted far too many walk ins for the time slot with their staff on hand and pedicure stations ready. No apology or acknowledgement of the wait. I waited 30 minutes before I was invited to sit down in the chair. One of the nail techs started the water which was lukewarm. She increased the temps but an additional 30 minutes later of soaking obviously leads to the temperature dipping again. 1 hour after the "appointment" time they finally start the actual pedicure process. My companions are mostly done and moved onto the manicure station... Unfortunately the nail tech encountered a very PAINFUL ingrown toenail. I think she exacerbated it so afterwards I limped around for the rest of the day. The technique was also very sloppy. She globbed far too thick of coats for the big toes... I waited a sufficient amount of time where all of the other toes dried fine. Of course the big toes get dented. What a waste of money. One woman who was waiting around sighed in despair that she was so late for everything else in the rest of her day. Skip this place unless it's empty unless you have lots of free time to kill waiting around for 2+ hrs before your next event in the area.
