They are accommodating with appointments and the salon is always in spic and span condition. I go every month for a wax and the lady is a sweetheart, definitely puts me at ease. They use a type of wax that doesn't involve paper strips, which I have found to be way less painful. They are normally very meticulous but the one time that I went home with a bit of wax still attached, they were incredibly apologetic and offered me a free session. I also routinely go here for nails. I don't like gels just because of what they do to my nails, so I always go for the Performance line. These are a non-gel that acts like a gel. She said when she got to the spot we agreed to she thought it was still too wild so she kept trimming, without asking me. I didn't complain, because the damage was done and I thought it would grow back quickly, but a month later it's still much shorter than I want - and much shorter than we agreed to. If I can't trust a stylist while my glasses are off, I can't go back here.

Precious Nails & Spa just opened and it is my new go to spot! The atmosphere is welcoming, and everything is extremely clean and organized. All of the supplies are one use only to ensure cleanliness. All of the polishes are color coordinated, and I love how all of the regular nail polishes have the matching gel polishes behind them so you don't have to guess! They even have separate pedicure seats for your little ones incase they need pedicures too! Every employee does an amazing job and all of them are very precise, take their time, and make sure that we the clients are happy with our nails every step of the way. I had such an amazing experience at Precious Nails! I went in to get a regular pedicure along with a full set of Gel-X nails, and everything turned out even better than I imagined. My nail tech, Orange, was absolutely incredible. She was so talented, detail-oriented, and very professional. She did a beautiful French tip design with chrome on top, and it came out completely flawless. She made the whole appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable. With prom coming up this week, I was a little nervous about making sure everything looked perfect, but Orange exceeded all my expectations. I started with Gigi when she was doing nails at another location waiting to open up her own place, she finally did and I absolutely followed her. She then recommended Jessica to me who has been amazing since day one. She does a fabulous and precise job. My mother also goes to her as well. I sometimes can never decide what color and Jessica will recommend a color and its always amazing. She gets to know her clients and remembers what they like. Where should I even start?! I've driven past this Spa many many times and finally decided to come in and get my nails done. I got dip acrylic tips. This was my first time going to a spa during the pandemic, and I'm glad I chose Precious. Everything was so clean and the check-in procedure was seamless (temperature-check, phone number documentation, symptom survey). They let me take my time to pick out my colors, and Mr. Henry did my nails. When you go, you should DEFINITELY ask for him! He is so talented and so so soooo good at shaping nails. Amazing nail spa, very polite, and always willing to go above and beyond. Gigi is my go-to for all my nails (hands) needs, except when I need Dana to do an amazing relaxing pedicure! I recommend precious nails to all my family and friends and will continue to do so. This place is beautiful and with the new space they just expanded to, it offers enough room to bring all the friends and have an amazing get-together. When was the last time you could have 7 people book together in the same group and be seen together? I have never seen a nail spa more accommodating. I wish I could give 10 stars!! I am completely in love with my nails!! My nail Tech Tim is amazing with designs especially the 3D flowers, which I enjoy getting in the summer. You have to try this salon you will not be disappointed, it's clean, well organized and they have so many colors to choose from. I like the service and my nails so much here not only do I recommend people to come here I brought my friends with me and they love it as well. I went in today for a full acrylic set with gel polish. I used to have long natural nails so I had never gotten a full set done before. I first started going to their original location in 2020 once lockdown was lifted, and back then they did amazing pedicures, paraffin, hot stone, long massages - all part of the "regular pedi" service. Now the regular pedi doesn't include anything like that, and the price has since gone up. A few weeks ago, I had a scheduled appointment. I got a call asking to come 20 minutes later because the nail tech was running late - ok, cool no problem. I showed up later. Was brought to the pedicure chair and started soaking my feet. It ended up being 45 mins past my original appointment time before the tech started on me. I was so irritated since I was sitting in lukewarm water for 25 minutes. I wish they had just told me up front that she was 45mins behind. I brought this up to management; they apologized and gave me a 20% off coupon. I was hesitant, but went back today. I made an appointment and went in; waited almost 20 minutes for my tech to start on the pedi - no communication that she was late, just me sitting in a tub of water again. Once she started on me, I felt that she was just rushing through. The price of over $100 for a gel mani/pedi should have much better service than this. I gave them another chance, and they failed - many other places in the area I can go to that will give me much better service. Edited to add - after my 2nd visit, management contacted me again - told me they double-checked the cameras and said she wasn't rushing, offered me 15% off next time. Told me to go to their other location because they are short-staffed at this one, and argued that their prices are the lowest around. Not a fan of this customer service and attempt to get me to stay - so many other places out there better than this place.
