Actually a dope spot. They have the nail color and sample books out front by the door and checking area / waiting area. You can check in via kiosk tablet and select your services. The staff were super nice when we went and our nail tech she was cool, i think the sanding went a bit heavy for the lady she felt micro nicks in her fingers. Overall the nails came out amazing tho! I wanted to get my nails done the other day and was looking for a place that would be able to do an acrylic gel set last minute! It was a Saturday and many places were closing soon already; luckily Precious Nails & Spa was able to take me in + only 10 min away from where I was coming from, Legacy Place in Dedham. I checked in at their check-in tablet kiosk and took that receipt with me (need to take in order to pay after). The technician I had was Ruby, and she was the sweetest! She did my nails pretty fast and efficiently. Kept making sure I was good with every step she did, which I appreciated. I did a pink and white french gel acrylic set and it came up to $70 (not including tip). Lots of parking outside--Located on Prov Hwy in Norwood. I enjoyed getting my nails done here and would for sure come back again. For payment, they prefer Venmo, Zelle, & cash. Card payments will be charged an extra 3%. read more

Ive been coming here for several years- consistent work, friendly staff, its always clean. they opened up a 2nd location, and soon to be opening a 3rd one. A month or so after the 2nd location is open and after they announced the opening of a 3rd one they also announced they are raising prices... which now makes it on the pricey end for this area. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This salon has gone downhill and their service has gotten horrible. I was one of their first clients and they used to be so good! But over the years the customer service and quality has went all the way downhill. They overcharge and the quality has become terrible! This is the last time I ever step foot into this salon. I did a gel pedicure and full set, with no designs or extra length, medium length with a regular painted tip. I was charged over $200 and the nails were terrible!! When I emailed the salon the didn't even offer to fix them or at least refund some of my money to make up for how bad this was. So if you want to be overcharged for bumpy, thick, unnatural looking nails, go here. read more

I used to love this place.. I've been going for over a year to the same girl now. For the last few months, I've been waiting 20-30 minutes after my appointment to be seen, and in the meantime they have some random technician wrap my nails. So my nails are sitting in acetone for 20-30 minutes. That's not healthy for your nails whatsoever. The service has really gone down hill. They rush to the point that my dip manicure has been done in 25 minutes. The prices just went up and from the standpoint of being a loyal customer; the service should be out of this world for the price they charge. I won't be coming back. read more
