The first time she sort of got the shape I wanted but kept going on and on about my nail beds are small ( never heard of a tech not being able to do a shape a customer is paying for and requesting) I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time. She had told me to request extra time on my online booking to have extra time for my nails, which I did the second time. When I showed up she was rude, not friendly, didn't even say hi. She started doing my nails and I didn't like the size so requested longer, she said "you're wasting my time when I could have other customers. I will not be able to do the remaining services you wanted" . She proceeded to do my nails and started doing them terrible on purpose?. At the end of the appt she told me "I hope you can find a better tech than me with more skills because this is the last time I'm doing your nails." She then walked away, while I still needed my toes done and took the other customer in my face. I told her if she knew she couldn't do them why wouldn't she say anything instead of wasting my time and money? DISRESPECTFUL. I am a paying customer and requesting what I want. Customers come first. To rectify this I was offered 10% off and an apology by the office manager to then have to walk around with nails I hate and that look awful. UPDATE MAY 2026: The owner did reach out to me and was so professional and understanding and offered a discount to come in again and also provided some other nail techs who would be able to assist me. I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The woman who helped me took her time and did an excellent job exfoliating and cleaning my feet, gave me a great pedicure and surprised me with an exfoliating leg scrub, hot stones and massage. The massage chair was great as well and the experience was very relaxing. I followed up with a gel manicure which was nice and quick although she did not sacrifice quality and paid very close attention to detail. I was very happy with the services and plan to return. The gel manicure was $35 and the pedicure was $35 which I think is very reasonable!
