My pickup extremely extremely low then, I received a phone call from a young lady and asked me to bring the truck down. They had a buyer that was willing to pay more than their offer. I told her I did not want to waste my time coming to their dealership unless they were willing to pay me what the truck was worth I had had a credit union. Due a blue book value, she said they would when I got there. I was met, buy a slick down hair salesman. It was all I could do to stop laughing. His hair shined finish bright as my truck did. Then, he offered me another extremely low price. I wanted to take my truck into the back and look at it. I told him no, if he wasn't going to offer me more money. I got my Mazda maybe a month ago and I love it! Nothing to complain about it. Juan was amazing and super nice, kept things professional although one of the guys who actually did the paperwork with me was standoffish. He didn't want to work anything out with me which is okay but there were multiple things about the car that could've been negotiated. There's also a stain on top of the roof inside the car they said, they would contact me about and get it cleaned but have not heard anything. Appreciate they got the car down from a different dealer just wish they would have contacted me about the stain! read more

Bought a car here. Started fine till the car started making a noise within 4 months. And after them trying to make me feel like a fool for not getting the 6 year bumper to bumper warranty (I got the 3) they will not even honor THAT!! Shushed me when I tried to explain the problem and to save it for their mechanic who said yup theres a noise. (They didn't bother to look) They told me to go to another mechanic and they'll honor that warranty. Failed to mention I have to release the warranty from them. And the dealership they recommended me to go to next doesn't field my calls at all. It doesn't let me do a zero star but save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. read more

DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!! I purchased my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder at the end of November. Now, in February, I notice my A/C doesn't work. I've made several calls and getting nowhere. I'm supposed to have 6 months or 6000 miles warranty. They received 30,000. cash Well, I'm beyond frustrated with this dealership. I purchased a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder on November 20th, 2024. Here we are now, at the end of February, and i get in my car in the afternoon, it's about 70 degrees. I go to turn on the air conditioning to cool off the car a little, after work it's been sitting all closed up and a little stuffy. I have no A\C in my car. I make a phone call to the dealership and the service manager says well ma'am you bought a used car. I said i paid 30,000. cash I would expect to have my a\c work. He said we cant help you! You didnt buy our extended warrenty. I said the car is 3 months old now since i purchased it. It's winter how did I know that the a/c didnt work. when we tried the a\c of course it blew cold it was freezing outside at time of purchase. The clown that said he was the service department manager then proceeds to tell me well, if you don't like what I have to say, you can talk to the manager I was then transferred to someone's voicemail that NEVER called back. This is how they treat customers that pay cash for their vehicles. It supposedly had on contract I had 6 months or 6,000 miles whichever comes 1st. Neither one of those things apply here. I then called back, spoke to CODY sales manager here we are a week later still no follow up. He was going to talk to his superior and get back to me the next day. Still no call. I would tell anyone and everyone not to give this place your business. Fahrney group has been around along time. I guess these days a reputation doesnt mean anything. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I will continue to tell anyone i come in contact with to absolutely NOT spend their hard-earned money here! There are plenty of dealerships to choose from. Lesson learned, let me be the example I guess so that no one else has to go through the lack of professionalism these people show. read more

This review has nothing to do with the salesman Ricky. He was awesome. The way that I was treated today was unacceptable, and I hope that people are held accountable. First of all I received several texts and phone calls asking me when I was coming while at my credit union. It was a bit much, and unnecessary. I already contacted Ricky so all the extra texting was not necessary. When I arrived I gave Ricky the check, and a copy of my insurance. He told me to wait and that I would be next. I saw other people being helped, and after 40 minutes I left to attend a function for my grandson. When I returned, I asked for service to finalize. I waited and eventually was called in. The guy was I felt rude, and talking fast. I let him know how I felt. He did apologize. When I was done, and time to leave the whole roo mmm of employees treated me like an irresponsible thief. From to different areas I heard, "She can't take that car unless she has full coverage insurance." Mind you Ricky had the information already in the computer already. I was very embarrassed.No confidentiality or respect. They didn't do that when I gave them the check. They knew where it was. I was very annoyed and Wanted to give the car back. My grandson who is 6 looked at me worried. When the fiasco was fixed, I was ready to go immediately. I asked for the keys, and was told to wait once again. Well finally when I received my one key fob I asked for my second one. I told him that car keys come in two. He said, " Not necessarily." I waited and he brought my key. I told him that I saw all the Hispanic, and White customers treated with respect. I told him that because I am black you treated me your car lot treated me differently and that's discrimination. I told him that I would never, step foot in that place again. I did get my second key. I did not get a thank you. The car was almost on E. The car was half washed and vacuumed. I did not get a thank you, or even service info. I have brought many cars. I have never been so mistreated. This place needs to treat every customer with respect. I would not be back. Saw an online listing for a manual transmission Tacoma, which are hard to find. Was contacted by a sales associate, Will, and was told it was an automatic, but he sent me a link with an enthusiastic "this one is stick!" So I made an appointment to see it that weekend. I confirmed with two or three other sales associates who reached out to verify the appointment that I would be there to see the *manual* truck. I drive down day of appointment 4 hours from north of Sacramento, to be assigned to a different sales associate, and within 5 seconds of opening the door to the truck, it was obvious this was an automatic. Anthony, the sales associate, realizes it's the wrong stock number. They check. That one is automatic too! Sales manager gets involved, tells me their Vin decoder that generates their online inventory pages made an error, marking it as manual. Then proceeded to make suggestions for other purchases I was not interested in, including a "great deal on an automatic and you can trade it in when we get a manual!" - why would I pay for something I don't want. He also offered shopping for a '24 model but they are changing the body style and they are more expensive. Spent about 2 hours at the dealership, plus another 4 hour drive home. They filled half a tank for me at $30. For a wasted 10 hour day. It would have taken someone 30 seconds to verify the vehicle had 2 pedals and not 3 as requested.
