I didn't have to pay a dime and he did it in no time at all the people Across The Street were also awesome. I think everybody there is awesome couldn't ask for a better person to buy a car for they made everything easy. Also when I got my truck, I did not get a jack or a way to take off the lugs in my tires. I went back there and got it for free it was like not a big deal brand new. They just gave it to me. Purchase s new f150 lightning from this dealership. After getting back to Stockton with my vehicle two and a half hours away. I noticed a dent in the driver's door and the whole truck was covered with industrial fallout and needed to be completely rubbed out and buffed. It cost me $900 out of my pocket to have my truck detailed that should have been done before I left the dealership. My truck was detailed with an oily substance when I got back to Stockton the whole truck had black dirt stuck all over the tires rims and and other parts of the truck. I tried working with the dealership by calling and writing several letters to the manager and owners with absolutely no reply. All I expected was at least an apology for the way they delivered my truck but not even that. Apparently this dealer has so many customers that losing one really doesn't matter to them... read more

I Wouldn't recommend this dealership! a woman called me under a false promo and had me drive 30 min out to get told a different story. after running my credit and reassuring me I would get the deal I was told on the phone. I will be reporting this dealership for fraud. So if you get a call for a promo just know they're lying to you and will say it doesn't matter if you have bad credit so if you get call from a lady name Elda hang up :) shes a liability waiting to happen. We've been waiting since April 27th for a Ranger Raptor that was in transit, and were just looking to finalize everything so we could sign and drive when it arrived. Instead, Fahrney Ford pulled what felt like a classic bait-and-switch, as they raised the agreed price by $8,500 without any clear explanation, after taking our deposit. We gave them every opportunity to honor the price they had advertised, but they refused. As a result, I've filed formal complaints with the California DMV, State Attorney General, BBB, and Ford corporate. I truly didn't expect things to reach this point, but consumers deserve honesty and transparency, especially when making a major purchase. Diego and Adam, sucks that you've treated us this way. Not sure how this dealership continues to exist. Took my inlaw's Buick in today and with an error code. They have an extended warranty that includes a rental car. Well they won't get to diagnosing the car until at least next week and there are no rental cars available. They now do rental cars "in house" and there is a weeks long waiting list for a rental car. They told me I would probably get my car back before a rental car becomes available. Again, such poor poor service. The community deserves better - take your business elsewhere. Don't buy an extended warranty with rental car coverage, you will never get to use it anyway. read more
