I Drove more than 2 and a half hours , I bought a 2022 honda pilot and wasn't even 2 weeks since i got it and it makes loud noise when i turn the wheel . Took it to my mechanic and said probably it was due that the car had an accident and maybe it has bad axels now i have to take it to the actual honda dealer and and spend money to fix it ! Also i was told i was gona get a good deal before i went the supposedly it was gona come with all the features and everything and when were doing paper work i was told that they couldn't doit. I would be wary of this place. They are shady. Car buying experience was not but, but the insurance broker the referred me to in the lobby of the building sold me a duplicate insurance policy. The guy who took my $400.00 to start the same policy, with the same company I already had insurance with. They never once asked me if I had insurance already. Once I talked with the insurance company, they told me all they had to do was add the car to my current policy. When I went back & talked the the supervisor or the phone, all he keep asking me did I provide proof of insurance. I told them no because they did not ask me for it. I was able to get refund the $225.00 monthly payment, but I am still out $175.00 insurance broker fee. I will never do business with My Car Park again period!!!! read more

After hearing all the awful stories when mentioning what I was going through with my car and this dealer I realized I was robbed...I Bought an Alfa Romeo Guilia 4 months ago and all was good by the second week my car started shaking and I couldn't drive it for two days because I would turn it on and it sounded awful!!!! So I pulled out the car manual to see what was wrong with the car and a bag of cocaine fell out... checked the oil and it was BLACK... never been changed ... I had issues left and right after that and eventually had to call the manufacturer dealer and with the VIN # pulled up all the car facts and said the car hadn't been taken in for existing recalls and also mentioned the vehicle was in an accident which was news to me because it hadn't reported when I purchased it.. I started looking at the car after the call and the car wasn't aligned properly... the front bumper was loose a clip was missing they tried to help me but there wasn't much they can do for me since the warranty was over so I called this dealer and let them know my issues and they wanted to charge me $200 for a diagnosis .. I started realizing this is why they wouldn't let me purchase extended warranty... I'm almost positive this car was never properly "inspected" becauseI didn't find a vehicle on the actual sales floor so the sales man took me to the back to see new inventory that was about to hit that didn't even have prices and had just been washed that morning for pictures. This dealer is a scam I lost $30,000 and ended up having to buy a NEW car In less than 5 months. read more

I bought a car from here asked if there was a second key still waiting on a call or at the very least a text back with an answer! Nope they don't do that. Second having issue with usb port and CarPlay asked if they would be able to fix that since I've only have had the car for 4 days now and nope no call or text back. 2 simple things I've asked from them and no answer! But they 1 guy asked me for proof of insurance cause the one I sent them didn't have my name showing and hounded me for it. Kept text me and texting me well I was trying to get ahold of my insurance to send me the new documents. Gave Julian them information from the time he asked me for it least then 24hrs. First of all, if there was a lower rating than a 1 star, I would definitely give it! I sold my vehicle to MyCarPark on 12/06/2024 and was told that I should receive my check within 7 days. That was far from the truth. I received my check almost 6 weeks later on 01/15/2025 (thank God I was not in desperate need for the money). The excuse I was given is that it takes time to pay off my lease and they would have to receive the title from Kia Finance before they cut my check. They did not send the paperwork to KIA until almost 10 days later. Keep in mind, I sold my previous leased vehicle also from Kia Finance to CarMax in 2021 and was able to receive my check within 1 hour after signing the Bill of Sale contract. I also called in to see if my vehicle was for sale and the lady that answered my call told me "Oh no, that vehicle sold within a couple of days". Interesting that they couldn't pay me, but they were able to sell my vehicle right away without the title and profit from it. The communication or better yet lack of communication was very poor. I would reach out to my sales rep and on several occasions and was not able to make contact. I would leave a message and not even get a response. On 2 occasions I did make contact with him he would tell me that he would get back to me and did not! It took some persistence on my end and after speaking to a couple different finance managers to try and get some answers, as expected I was given the same excuses. I have attached the sales contract and a copy of the check I received from them. As you will see the check is date 12/09/2024 but they held it until 01/15/2025! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealership. Stay clear from them if you are looking for transparency and great customer service. Worst experience I have had with a dealership. Go to CarMax even if they offer you less for your vehicle. Unfortunately, the site is not letting me attach the 2 photos, but rest assured what I am saying is true! read more

My husband and I recently had quite the experience with this typical used car dealership. First, the car was supposed to be delivered on Monday. When we reached out, after multiple calls we were told it would be Wednesday instead. When we again reached out on Wednesday we were told it would be Friday morning. Finally, after multiple calls that went to a full voicemail, it was finally delivered Friday evening without the promised 2nd key fob. After a week of unreturned calls, Josh Nunez has the audacity to lie and say he never promised a 2nd key. Don't do business with these people if you expect honesty or quick and reliable service. read more

I bought a car here on Sunday September 17th. It was not disclosed to me that the car did not come with a second key, they hid the fact that there was no second key. Since I bought the car on the weekend, I was told they would have to get the key on Monday when the manager was back. After I got home with my new car I was excited to look it over and play with all the buttons to get familiar with my new car. I soon found out the car was missing the owners manual, front license plate holder and the coolant reservoir tank cap. It was very shady none of this was disclosed to me. The dealer refused to take care of any of my concerns even though I gave them a 47,000 dollar check just a few days earlier. This dealer is very shady and unethical. read more

Saw an online listing for a manual transmission Tacoma, which are hard to find. Was contacted by a sales associate, Will, and was told it was an automatic, but he sent me a link with an enthusiastic "this one is stick!" So I made an appointment to see it that weekend. I confirmed with two or three other sales associates who reached out to verify the appointment that I would be there to see the *manual* truck. I drive down day of appointment 4 hours from north of Sacramento, to be assigned to a different sales associate, and within 5 seconds of opening the door to the truck, it was obvious this was an automatic. Anthony, the sales associate, realizes it's the wrong stock number. They check. That one is automatic too! Sales manager gets involved, tells me their Vin decoder that generates their online inventory pages made an error, marking it as manual. Then proceeded to make suggestions for other purchases I was not interested in, including a "great deal on an automatic and you can trade it in when we get a manual!" - why would I pay for something I don't want. He also offered shopping for a '24 model but they are changing the body style and they are more expensive. Spent about 2 hours at the dealership, plus another 4 hour drive home. They filled half a tank for me at $30. For a wasted 10 hour day. It would have taken someone 30 seconds to verify the vehicle had 2 pedals and not 3 as requested. Sales Manager joked that he should have been the one to verify. Supremely irritated. read more

I bought a vehicle on 9-3-22 2019 Jeep Compass trail hawk, put $25,000 cash for a lemon. Called by 9-6-22 to schedule an appointment, from there cuz of crappy service could not get an appointment till 9-22-22( a dealership did not have a diagnostic specialist) . Once my vehicle was seen they stated it was Making noise du to the struts and bumpers.For almost 3 moths , I keep calling to see what was going on. I keep getting Jeep is dropping the ball why the part are not here!!! ( They have a completely incompetent service department) Today my vehicle was supposed to be fixed after 3 months of waiting, After a 6 1/2 hour wait and having an appointment. I even brought my vehicle in at 7:45am even though my appointment was at 9:30 even thought I got called 5 times confirming my appointment, but my vehicle was not fixed correctly. While picking up my vehicle the Service person Greg told me that the original person who did my diagnostic no longer work for them, so if you have an issue, call us back!! so another words I bought a vehicle in September 2022 and it's not gonna get fixed until 2023 through a dealership and I even paid for an extended warranty!!!(shitty fucking dealership) oh yah for 3 month I had to call to see what was happening with the parts. Cuz customer service is very shitty, and every supervisor I talked to in the 3 months told me I will look into it and call you back!! Yet not one supervisor called me back!! A female service supervisor for GMC ( Michelle ) , Freddie and Steve yet not one ever called me back!! This is the trump third world country American way!!!! Lie it will be ok!! I had left a great review when I FIRST bought the car, days after driving my car I had 3 issues with the car so I took it in. They said they didn't find nothing wrong with the 2 issues I reported. With one of the issues they supposedly were going to take care of it and NEVER returned my call. I have talked to Hugo for the oil leak. I have been calling to get a copy of the receipt of when I purchased the car and they tell me SUSAN will call me and NEVER does. She took my Social security and my car insurance information but now the bank is telling me they never received anything from the dealership, now it is me dealing with everything she had to take car of before me driving off with the car, but hey ANYTHING to make a damn sale smh. I REGRET driving out there the other dealership I went to years ago took care of everything and always returned my call. The manager or whoever I spoke to when trying to reach susan also is a liar. read more
