I have to put one star but if I could I say zero stars! This place is a nothing more than a crooked car dealership. Preying on people for a sale. We went and purchased a car cash! And Omar was so unprofessional and rude when we confronted him a week later when t lie car broke down. He made rude unnecessary comments and refused to speak with our attorneys paralegal when she called to confront him. He hung up on her. The car is a red BMW and the repairs are over 2k, and we paid 10k at time or purchase. I highly suggest you read all the fine print before you purchase anything from this sleaze ball car dealer. Have a mechanic check it before you even leave the lot. For a cash paying customer you'd think he'd be more professional and more appreciative of business since times are hard right now it obviously he sells lemons in order to make a sale: which is horrible. People come to purchase cars to get to and from work and for the car to just break down with in 5days?... how is that even possible? I obviously he experience here was a nightmare and I don't suggest you buy lemons from OMAR he's morning more than a con artist, horrible sales representative and extremely unprofessional. I went in to buy a 2012 dodge challenger from them. the car was sold to me with no motor oil or transmission fluid! to top it off they bought my car under a different social security number so I was not able to get into my account to make a payment. they repo my car threw all my belongings out of my car the same day! Then told me the tow yard was the person that took my stuff out but couldn't tell me which you'r tow yard was responsible! like how do you not know who tore my car? idk what bullshit they have up their sleeves but I'm reporting all this to better business bureau! read more

Run away from this place. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! My fiancee and I were looking for a vehicle a couple of months ago, we drove by and saw a truck that we thought was interesting. It was a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesman, overall it looked like it was in pretty decent condition and the price was reasonable. Or so we thought. We test drove the truck and everything seemed to run fine, the only thing that was an issue, that should have been a red flag, was that the battery needed to be charged before we could drive it. After the test drive and considering the mileage on the vehicle and the price we decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle with a few conditions. 1 being that a chip in the windshield needed to be fixed, 2 that the battery would be replaced, 3 they would provide a second key, and that if anything went wrong with the vehicle within 30 days it would be taken care of by the dealership. We left the vehicle there to have the chip fixed and battery replaced and we picked up the truck the next day. I drove it home to Visalia the next day. I parked it in my driveway and then went out with my kids about 5 minutes later. The truck's check engine light came on and the truck started shuddering while idling and had very low power. I immediately drove home and parked the vehicle. The next time I started the truck the check engine light had gone off and we thought maybe it was a fluke. It was not, the next day it came on again and the issue persisted this time. We called the dealership and had to arrange dropping off the truck. They had their mechanic work on it and they agreed to bring the truck back. We got the truck back and everything was running fine for less than a week and then the same issue started again. They sent out a mechanic to us and took the truck again to be fixed again. Here we are a little over a month later and the issue has happened AGAIN! I contacted our salesman and they told us "no promises" on helping us because it had been more than 30 days, despite the fact they told us directly to get in touch with them even after thirty days if there was an issue with the truck. I haven't heard anything for days from the dealership. I took the truck to a Napa Certified repair shop and they inspected the vehicle and showed me that all of the ignition coils and spark plugs needed to be replaced which is going to cost us over $1040. They obviously DID NOT t fully check out the vehicle before selling it, they DO NOT care about living up to their word. They took shortcuts to "fix" the vehicle and were happy to leave us to figure it out on our own and pay for something that should never have left the lot in that condition. It's a used vehicle so we are stuck with it "As Is" but this company is despicable. They are not trustworthy and they will sell vehicles with major issues and hope that nothing major happens until 30 days has passed and then stick the customer with the bill. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. I hope no one goes there to buy a vehicle after reading this review. Lastly, the chip they "fixed" was done poorly as well, you could still dig your fingernail into the chip after they had "fixed" it. I'm still in awe that I haven't gotten a response from them after contacting them again about the SAME EXACT ISSUE that they said they had fixed. Run from this place, don't trust a word they say, they will not help you and they will happily sell you vehicles with major issues and ignore you afterwards. read more

Worst car lot to go to. I traded in a vehicle that needed to be paid off and the owner and staff lied 5 times telling me they "mailed" the check but never did. My finance company for the vehicle started to call for payment over a months time and I received a negative ding on my credit report over this. The owner and rude sales/office manager refused to help me and even hung up on me. Horrible do not go to this car dealership, they are crooks. To this date still has not been paid off. Will be taking this to Channel 47 on your side next and court for legal action. read more

I wound give them a zero if I could. I had my 2013 Subaru posted on Craigslist I Asheville NC. I got a text from Felipe Jaiman wanted to buy my car. We agreed on a price and he was going to send a certified check. When I got the check Universal Auto return address was on the priority envelope but the business name on the check was from a company in NY and the bank name was in PA. When I massaged Felipe about this he said don't worry banks can be any where and the other company was just a mailing address. so no problem. just cash the check. I called the bank but they would not give me any information. I called the company and they did not have anything to do with Universal Auto and said this has happen before. They asked for a copy of the check and I sent it to them. I messaged Felipe and told him want I found out and that I would be filing a scam report with the Attorney General office in California against them. I did not hear back from Felipe.
